“DRIVE INTO THE SECOND ENTRANCE (second four wheeler looking parking lot) and face west .It’s Kind of in a weird busy spot, and there’s only 2 ways to back in.Docking can be a bit of a pain. everyone I saw backing next to me pulled out into traffic lanes to back in after trying to turn it in awhile.check in , dock & they will come out to check your seal & bring your paperwork.“The usual “ live loading time.Friendly staff .“

“The atmosphere and service are great. The food itself is good but could be slightly adjusted.

We ordered a tonkatsu and gyudon.

The tonkatsu was cooked well but lacked a bit of sauce. Portion size is appropriate, and overall flavor was delicious.

The gyudon was a bit tough. The beef was a little bit thicker than standard and was a bit overcooked. The rice was a little dry, but we did come in late in the evening, so that's not a major surprise.

Overall, it's a good experience, and we'll try coming back, but a bit earlier in the day.“

“This was the first place we ate at on our Seattle trip, and it was great! In Texas, I think the closest we'd have is like Long John Silvers (which I like but it's definitely fast food). This was a more elevated experience in service and food quality. We loved the fish and chips, especially the cajun option, and the salmon chowder - what a treat. If we'd been visiting in a cooler month, we would have gotten bowls of salmon chowder in bread bowls and been the happiest little tourists in town. As it was, we were there in July so we shared a cup just to taste it. Yum. :)

This location is lovely and you can cross the street to walk around and enjoy the park and lake views! Staff was super friendly and didn't get annoyed that we asked a lot of questions. Appreciate you all!“

I've had their cod a dozen or more times and it's always juicy and fresh, and their tar tar pairs with the fish pefectly. Don't miss out on the clam strips too, snappy and salty and clean-tasting. Also give the white chowder a try. I know it's the new england style while PNW local specialty is smoked salmon chowder. But after trying them all many times, it's the white chowder I go back to time and time again, even getting tubs from costco. “A local Seattle friend took us to a seafood restaurant, and the grilled lobster was indeed a masterpiece, Q-bouncing as if it were fighting with my teeth ...... Steak grilled octopus fried squid clam chowder are all this 👍🏻 and the final dessert of caramelised bread pudding was amazing! The meal cost nearly $650 plus a $100 tip, so it was worth it, haha!😁😋😋I'll be back next time.“

“Craving the official seafood place of the northwest? Stop by Ivar's seafood bar in Issaquah. We started by having our ordertaken from a Vet named Bob. Bob was delightful and made sure our older was entered correct the first time.
Food came out quick and fresh (we had the 4 piece cod and a bowl of chowder) and was deep fried perfectly. The restaurant was clean and well kept up. I would highly recommend stopping by for a meal that isn't burger and fries.
If you are lucky, Bob will stop by your table to share a bit of wisdom from his many years on earth.“

They have crab promotion the night we visited so we tried the lotus leaf/sticky rice steam crab, everyone loves it so much. We also tried their steam abalone with XO sauce it was delicious. We finished it so quickly and forgot to take picture of the abalone. Other foods here are great too. Great service since it was a week night and about 60% full. They have promotion from Monday to Thursday dinner on special item, we probably will come again to try out on different night. All their servers are great, especially Tony, he was so patient answered all our questions and attending to all our needs; it makes our dinning experience much more enjoyable!“

The fried rice was excellent and the fried shrimp, we were mixed on the honey shrimp, really sweet . The broccoli beef was cooked perfectly , not mushy .
The chow mein was lacking the pork and just MEH.
FOR $100 we got all of that and the appetizer combo.
Plenty of food for 4 people with a lunch for 1 leftover. Good portion size .“

“Delicious Chinese place located near the Coal Creek Parkway area! They have a large menu with all of the classic options you’d hope for from Chinese restaurant. We came up from Renton where we’ve found it hard to locate a place that is authentic and tastes amazing. I’d highly recommend trying the tried rice and the noodle dish. The General Tsao chicken was good, but I think I’ll try something the next time around! Definitely a place we plan to go back to. They do take out as well if you’re on the run.“

“One of our go-to restaurants on a cold day. The addicting mala fish is our favorite but the signature sauerkraut is also excellent if you’re not feeling spicy. The crispy pork is a great pair with the soup, especially when dining in so it stays crispy.

Quality has been consistent across many visits and one soup + pork is enough to feed the two of us. Overall a great stop!“

Every seat was filled!
Took a little while to get food but only because there was only one person serving , taking orders, cleaning, ...
We tipped her well.
Clean, affordable, good food.
After 4:00pm we were the only table left.
Lots of familys, again Sunday.
Overall great experience.

Parking: When we got there it was full.
They update capacity well.
