“Our regular Pho restaurant was closed so we decided to try Pho Mimosa. We had #29, #34, and a double order of Spring Rolls. All dishes were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. We are switching Pho restaurants to this one. This is a winner folks!“

“I have eaten here many times. The owner is a very nice man and remembers me when I stop by to pick up food. My favorite items are the fresh spring rolls and the chicken pho. I highly recommend this place! If you want great food in North Everett- this is the place to stop by! Also, I love the potted garden in the drive through area. It is well cared for, lush and green! A little natural haven in the middle of the city!“

“This place has the best bahn mi in the area. The pho is great as well. We live 15 minutes away and while we have tried other pho restaurants, this is the only one whose broth isn’t like watered down chicken broth.The pork on the bahn mi sandwich is tender and delicious!“

“I've been to dozens of pho shops, it has always been a favorite of mine.
This place has EASILY blown my previous favorite spot out of the water. The broth is rich, the meat is tender and juicy, the portions are fair for the price. I'm super pleased to have found such a great new place to get good soup.“

“Went to Pho Smile with my boyfriend and we were greeted by a sweet young man named Kevin. We were seated and ordered our food. After talking more to Kevin, this quickly became our favorite dinner experience. The food was outstanding and service was even better. Already looking forward to going back to try all the other menu items! The beef and chicken pho were both phenomenal and we were feeling stuffed after! Ask Kevin about his guitar set he has! :)“

“I did LOVE this place as my go to place for Pho is no longer around. The very first time I ordered I asked for hoisin sauce on the side and got no hoisin sauce at all. I called and asked they said to put it in the notes that I wanted it on the side. I said okay fine. So I put it in the notes on the side the next time I ordered from this place. still got no hoisin sauce. Figured I'd give it one more try so I tried it today wrote it on the side and got no Hoisin sauce. So I called the place and explained the situation and they said that that was their bad and they misunderstood. No rectifying no nothing I hung up out of complete disappointment. I'm done trying this place now. Which super sucks.“

“This place has a nice selection across the menu with plenty of options. The pho is very flavorful and you can't go wrong with that. My buddy got one of their sandwiches and he really enjoyed that.
Plenty of seating and overall was a clean place to eat. Will be back.“

“This is my go-to for a nice hot bowl of Pho on a cold day or fried rice. Or both. The staff are always friendly enough, great conversation every once in awhile. Both a front and back entrance makes it convenient for walking from any side of town.“

“Still my go-to place for pho! They have been getting more pricy but the portions are getting smaller! They used to give you 2 skewer but now only 1 with 3 shrimps and their egg roll got so skinny! I gave 4 star for the portion of protein getting so small. But they are still tasty ?“

“Yesterday, we visited this establishment for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed! From the food and service to the ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. The lighting was just right, not too bright. As someone who is particular about teriyaki, I must say, the dish here was absolutely delicious!“
