“This place is so cool. I felt like I was stepping into a 1920's jazz club. There was live jazz, dark and swanky, bartenders shaking up drinks and remarkable service. Not to mention the food was delicious. Try the deviled eggs, thank me later.😊“

“Everything we had was high quality, flavorful and super a scrummy!! Guacamole/plantain chips, beef enpanita, shrimp tacos, brisket taco, Cuban Sammy. People around us had these beautiful cocktails with flowers, umbrellas, etc. Huge selection of rum too. Loved the decor and servers were sweet as pie.“

“Couldn't be sadder that they are no longer a morning cafe, was some of the best coffee I was having in Seattle and it was a morning ritual for me for a while since I live nearby. I haven't seen anyone in this city using timers or weights for their espresso which I always saw in my favorite Tokyo cafes.“

“The Rabbit Box rules for honest Seattle music. Low key, hi-fi, all genres of music and people, great food, and absolutely unique vibe. It’s under historic panels of glass built into the sidewalks on Pike St. at the Market. Seriously, you can hear great sounds, drink a fabulous cocktail and eat super food while you actually enjoy seeing people walk all over you. ❤️❤️🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠“

“Excellent service, food, drinks and atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised coming to this bar to have a couple drinks before a concert. Food and drinks came out super fast and were very tasty! Definitely recommend the S.T.F.U. drink and the Pork Belly Banh Mi Tacos.“
“10/10 would recommend. Off the beaten path, Adrian and team were a delight. You can see that they truly take pride in what they do. Friendly, queer friendly, quality, and vibes are a few of the many wonderful ways I would describe this place. Fantastic meal and drinks“
“The Hitchcock Hotel show had it all — laughs, gasps, and a touch of burlesque spice to keep things extra fun. The performers were magnetic, the twists kept coming, and the whole show had this cheeky, sexy energy that made the night unforgettable. Great food, great drinks, great vibes. 10/10 — already planning my next visit!“

“Had a great experience here last night for a show at The Paramount. Food was good size portions, the passion fruit ginger soda is well balanced and refreshing, and the coconut crème pie was the perfect mix of flavor and texture. I had the salmon Caesar salad and my husband had the Chicken Schnitzel, both great flavor. We’ll be back specifically for that fresh made focaccia though! Service was great and friendly. On the more pricey side but I would expect that being across from The Paramount.“

“My absolutely favorite bar in West Seattle. Amazing atmosphere but please hire nicer people as bartenders, people who actually have customer service skills. Often get one bartender who is very rude and unpersonable, seems to hate her job. 💔“

“Love the Jazz vibes, the artwork, and the people. Solid and creative pizzas, but the shining star is their bartender/mixologist. Unpretentious, but maybe the best cocktails in a multiple mile radius. Would definitely come back again for the mixed drinks.“
“Well worth exploring their whole menu. Light, bright, and refreshing. Literally drank mine so quickly that I forgot to take a photo! 😆 I will definitely be coming back, and can't recommend them enough. Quite a hidden gem (on the 2nd floor of Lincoln Square South).“

“My fiance and I went here for a few cocktails and had a wonderful time. Our bartender was Brandon and he was wonderful. The whole staff was very sweet and accommodating. Some cocktail bars give off the too good for you vibe and Canon does an amazing job of making it feel like a normal bar with amazing cocktails! Thanks for a wonderful evening!“

The mixology here is on another level—each drink is crafted with creativity and precision, using high-quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of laid-back and upscale, making it great for a night out with friends or a cozy date. If you’re into expertly made cocktails and a welcoming vibe, Rouge is a must-visit.“

“I came here with my girlfriend this last weekend and not only have I been wanting to come visit for a long time but then we had the absolute pleasure of meeting our wonderful bartender Rachel and she just made the experience even better! I have to give her a shout-out! I can't wait to come back very soon!“
“I arranged to meet a friend here, and although we didn’t have reservations, we were able to sit at the bar after a very short wait. The drinks were excellent, and this location and view are fabulous. The seats outside appeared to be directly in the sun, so I was happy to be inside, where there was still a great breeze and airy, tropical atmosphere. There were clusters of beautiful chairs everywhere, plus some high-top tables. We were a bit startled by how expensive our drinks were, but if I think of the special atmosphere included in the price of the drinks, it wasn’t too bad. I’ll be back. :)“

“I made dinner reservations for my staff at A Stir after a conference in Seattle, though I was unable to attend myself—and I must say, I’m so bummed I missed it! The following Monday, I was greeted in the office by my entire team raving about how amazing the food and service were. Every dish was packed with flavor and crafted with quality. With team members who are gluten-free, it was crucial to find a restaurant that offered more than just a basic salad. A Stir exceeded expectations with a full menu of creative, nutritious dishes and an extensive selection of wine, cider, and gluten-free beer. On the morning of our reservation, I received a thoughtful email from the executive chef, Ton, with personalized recommendations. This added such a nice touch and made the experience even smoother for my team. Our reservation was at 6:15, and when my team arrived, dishes were freshly served, hot, and ready—a perfect way to unwind after a long few days at the conference. Dining at A Stir was the ideal way to close out their weekend, and I can’t wait to visit on my next trip to Seattle to experience it myself. Thank you, Ton and the entire A Stir team, for providing my staff with such a refreshing and memorable dining experience!“

“I have visited about three times now, and the staff are always really friendly, and I enjoy the funk atmosphere and music. The sandwiches are great and I love that they make the seitan themselves in house, or use soy curls rather than ultra-processed alternatives. I chose the rueben sandwich which was delicious! And they also have a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails, my friend and I both chose the non-alcoholic mimosa and it was so good. I have rated a 4 as the prices are a bit too high, my husband ordered 3 small street tacos and they cost 17dollars.“

“A Luxe Espresso Martini at an Unbeatable Price
I had the pleasure of indulging in an exquisite Espresso Martini during happy hour at Bellevue Square Nordstrom, where all signature cocktails are just $10—a steal for the quality and experience offered.
This martini was a masterpiece, marrying the rich, bold flavors of freshly brewed espresso with the smooth sophistication of premium vodka. The touch of coffee liqueur added a subtle sweetness and depth, while the frothy crema crowned with three iconic espresso beans made for a stunning presentation.
Each sip was a balance of indulgent creaminess and refreshing chill, delivering a luxurious cocktail experience at a fraction of the price you’d expect for such craftsmanship. The happy hour pricing made this already impressive drink even more satisfying, transforming a quick stop into a highlight of the evening.
At just $10, the Espresso Martini at Bellevue Square Nordstrom is not only a delightful treat but an incredible value—perfect for winding down a shopping day or kicking off an elegant night out.
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“If you’re willing to walk, explore and find breweries in Seattle then this is worth a visit. Not easy to find but then again that’s good as it’s off the beaten track and not touristy. Imperial stout is strong and warming - but small measures as it’s 12.9%! My new favourite summer beer is Acid wave - kiwi, lime and jasmine tea , yep and you can taste all of these . They’ve not put ingredients that you can’t taste or smell like some breweries do! ! They’ve made a sour beer that you can drink and enjoy as opposed to drink and be in pain. They also do food, so after a walk looking for the place, there is sustenance to be had! . Friendly as well.“

“The happy hour beverage options are fantastic, I had a delicious Old Fashioned for a steal! The tots are always the best and the chicken sandwich was so crispy and delicious. My only complaint is that there is no option for grilled chicken/protein to be added to the salads. The options are either fried chicken or fried shrimp. My wife ordered a salad to be calorie conscious but the only way to add protein was for it to be fried, which negates the point. Add grilled protein options and this would be a 5 start review!“

“Walked by the night before and didn't have time to pop in after work, but took note of the cool looking new spot in GTown. Checked out the menu and my mind (and belly) wouldn't allow me to go another day without experiencing the enoki fritters, so a late lunch ensued with fritters and street corn today. Ridiculously tasty, will be back with friends and family to try the rest of the menu and I'm sure you'll be serving my coworkers (repeatedly) as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“We happened upon the Diller room on our way back from Pikes Place market … what an unexpected but fantastic stop! If you love bourbon (and we DO) this lovely historic bar is a must visit. The bottle selection is exceptional, and Shawn our bartender provided great pours and the most welcoming attitude despite how busy he was!! A true gem of an experience in the emerald city!“

“Such a fun place to grab a craft cocktail and some pho. The drinks were very unique and the pho was surprisingly very good. We also tried the Tofu Dip and the spring rolls. The dip was delicious but very rich and the spring rolls were very fresh. We definitely ordered too much food but it was delicious and a fun experience.“

“Novel idea for a bar! The owner is chill and has a neat story about how he came up with the idea from memories of making pies in his childhood with apples from a tree.
The Desserted Island pie is a tasty treat packed with different fruit, and the local cider had a crisp taste. Fun place to try sometime for dessert or after the bars.“

“Hidden Gem on Beacon Hill ✨
When I arrived at Family Friend, I honestly wasn’t sure if we were in the right spot. This hidden treasure only reveals itself by a small neon sign — unassuming, but absolutely worth the find. Once inside, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and comfort.
There was no hostess at first, but we were seated quickly by Sharon, whose smile and energy could light up any room. Her service alone deserves a standing ovation — patient, kind, and passionate about every dish she described.
🍲 Start with the Corn Soup (Rosary Style) — sweet corn, tender chicken thighs, coconut milk, onion, and garlic. It’s silky, vibrant, and layered with comfort and spice.
🥬 The Gollai Hågun Sope — mustard greens & kale in coconut milk and turmeric over corn. A vegan dream — not a large portion, but rich in flavor and nourishment.
🥟 Riyenu Empanadas — beautiful in presentation, though a bit too fried for my taste. The creamy green fina’dene sauce, however, was divine and worth the order alone.
🍹 Signature Old Fashioned — honey-forward and sweeter than expected; if you’re a traditionalist, you might prefer a classic version.
The outdoor patio was my favorite surprise — warm heaters, cozy art-covered walls, and an intimate setup perfect for date nights or quiet reflection. Accessibility was great, and while I wouldn’t call it “kid-focused,” it’s perfect for adults seeking calm conversation and quality food.
✨ Final thoughts: Modern, soulful, and filled with heart. A neighborhood must-try that feels like home away from home. I’ll be back to try the fried chicken and smash burger everyone’s raving about.
