“This has been my favorite place lately. Whether we eat at the restaurant or order to enjoy at home, the quality is always the same, everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. I’ve honestly never tried anything here that I didn’t really like.

Some of my favorites are the Koushi Sushi, Oita Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and California Roll. Everything is always well prepared and full of flavor.“

OG Post - Delicious food, clean and cute environment, large portions, and very friendly service! We tried the fried gyozo, chicken teriyaki, and general tso chicken (pictured) and everything was amazing! The chicken was cooked perfectly for both and the sauces were delicious! The general tso was one of the best I have had in a long time. Saucy, crispy, no dry or chewy pieces, all just juicy yummy crispy chicken. I enjoyed all the added veggies too! The salad looked and tasted so fresh with a tasty dressing. I love that you can buy bottles of their homemade sauces. If you eat inside, the presentation of the food is really nice. I can't wait to try more items from the menu. We will definitely be coming back!“

“WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!

This, in my opinion, is the best sushi restaurant in Seattle. Everything single dish, every single sushi, was perfect. It was clear how much details they put in, to making this an excellent culinary experience.

From the texture of the sushi, the flavor of the fish, the sushi rice, the amount of seasoning and wasabi; the chefs played various combinations that really harmonized and highlighted each ingredients.

We got the Omakasei with pairings. It was so good that even though we were full, we added 2 additionals sushi at the end of the night.

I regret not trying this place sooner.“

“Give this place a chance. I wasn’t sure going in but the service was nice. The menu lacks a lot of detail so it is a bit of a mystery of what to order. But everything was a hit! “Note: We attempted to talk with the managers/staff before posting this, but we were told the fish was supposed to be this way. I didn’t think to take photos because we assumed after talking with the staff the issue would be fixed so we brought them the leftovers. We have been eating sushi for several decades and have never had fish that smelled and or looked like this. Normally we eat here in restaurant, but this last week we ordered and picked up. The tuna handrolls looked like it had been in a meat grinder and tasted bitter. The sashimi special we normally order had all kinds of connective tissue and fat clumps we had to try to tear off the meat because we could not chew through it. Instead of being soft the hamachi (yellowtail tuna) was hard chewy. I eventually spit it out in to my napkin. We gave up when it came to the salmon portion because it didn’t smell right.“

Our table was clean and comfortable. Great variety on the menu; I was able to order non-sushi items for myself and daughter while my friends found some great looking sushi plates. My chicken Katsu was crispy and cooked perfectly, and included a fresh salad and a cup of miso soup, which was very tasty. We tried the potato-ball/squid dish (I can't recall the name) and it was VERY good!!! Great on a cold evening to warm you up. Prices seemed fair and our waitress was very helpful and friendly. Dining in, they provide free hot barley tea. You can order at the counter or through the online menu.

The nigiri dinner came with good size fish. The rice was a little hard so I didn't eat most of it. Waitress brought extra wasabi and ginger quickly when we ran out.

Decor is basic but comfortable. Plenty of free on street parking.“

“Wow! Our first time here and my husband and I were delighted by the speed of service and quality of sushi! They had the little water serving robot, and a belt that delivers your orders! We tried the miso soup, seared salmon negori, green tea and a few other dishes. The bill was affordable and we are full and happy. We will be returning to try more sushi!“
