“Friendly locally owned place. One of the oldest buildings in Middleton. Ambience is a bit like drinking in your crazy uncle's basement (i.e. the furnace is in the middle of the room) with strong drinks and good food.“

“We are really happy that we chose Capital for our wedding reception. Dawn and colleagues were very accommodating and helpful, and the bartenders on the night were fantastic. We had the two indoors rooms and access to the biergarten, and (despite my best efforts with a killer wedding playlist) by the end of the night everyone was out in the biergarten listening to the great live band. If it says spicy it’s spicy but it also delivers a balance of flavor with heat. It was an explosion of awesome in my mouth. “Classic must try pizzeria. Absolutely delicious, they come up with great pie ideas and they are ALL hits. Their service is impeccable and their excellent cocktails give the experience the cherry on top . To add to that the prices are super reasonable. Great atmosphere, can't recommend this enough. “Waiting for a show at majestic and the manager greeted us and said wed get fast service to be in line for doors and he wasn’t kidding! Service was quick, staff was friendly and the food was amazing, I got 2 tacos and they were genuinely delicious! We were in and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend“

“Imaginary Factory (or “If” iykyk) has a Clockwork Orange themed decor. Think Korova Milkbar with fewer sociopaths and more good cheer.

On offer was a Coconut Julius, an Orange Julius inspired frozen cocktail with coconut milk and wine. As a latchkey child of the 90s, I had no choice but to order. The first sip was a proustian moment. I was immediately transported back to the food court of my childhood suburban mall.

The star attraction of Imaginary Factory is owner and bartender Hastings. Think Sam Malone with the affect of Norm and the sex appeal of Frasier.“

All I wanted today was a sandwich and couldn’t have prepared for the absolute beauty that was placed in front of me, quite quickly I might add. “I have been here multiple times, and every visit is nothing short from amazing! Wait staff are always unbelievably friendly and attentive, the food is always made fresh to order and comes out looking beautiful every time. There isn’t a single item on the menu that I haven’t liked. Prices are more than fair, and competitive with most State St restaurant prices. The owner is very sweet and is always happy to see you! Every time I’ve come alone she makes sure I have a stuffed furry friend to keep me company.

“One of my favorite foods is pastys, I was excited to learn about this place, otherwise you would find them normal in the u.p area of Wisconsin. All of the varieties are great! Had the chicken tikka masala one today, was awesome! I do like they wrap it in foil, because my 40min drive home it's still warm!“

The team was extremely prompt with replies and went over and beyond to help make it a great day, they even helped us put together a custom wine pairing for the event as our theme was “the perfect pair”. We had 25 guests which was a perfect fit for the room, but there was space for overflow. I really appreciated that there wasn’t a room rental and they were flexible with carrying in food, keeping it affordable for a shower! We had it on a Saturday at noon for about 2 hours with 1 hour of set up. Gorgeous venue and tasty wine as well!“

“The food is simple (sandwich, salads, burger and a few other options) but tasty. The staff is friendly and makes sure yi ur experience is good, and the decor is nice. Bonus point for the nice selection of whisky and spirits, great for a restaurant. Also, during happy hour a few items are very fairly priced. Went twice, loved it both times, and will come back again. Thank you for the hard work!“

“I really like the food and ambiance. I got some matcha, a burrito, and a granola bowl. They were able to make my burrito bacon free. They make the food to order, it’s not premade. The girl who helped me was super nice too.

They have like a mini store with items you might need like personal hygiene items, but also items for your pup like dog treats and dog care items. They also have cute handmade earrings. It’s a very cool concept, and I appreciate that they have like a “mini convenience store” given that there’s not many places around the area to get these items. Perfect for emergency or a quick buy if you don’t wanna drive 20 min to the nearest convenience store.

I had been here before and I loved it. I don’t live in the area, I actually live like a 25 ish min drive from this place but I wanted good food and remembered visiting this place after a yoga session at perennial. I drove here and couldn’t find the place initially, and thought they had closed and it made me really sad. Then I called the number on maps, and they’re still open, GPS is just weird.

Walking around this coffee shop/mini convenience store made me think “wow this is such a cool concept, and I hope they stay in business” which is what compelled me to write a review :)“

“I ordered takeout today for dinner tonight and everything I had was delicious! I ordered the Shrimp Poboy with Mac-n-Cheese, Carolina Reaper Drummies, and Cheese Curds. I of course had to have a bite of everything before driving home and ended up putting it in the trunk so that I wouldn't eat it all on the way. Everything I had was very flavorful and drummies were excellently spicy! Even though it was 5 hours ago now, I have to say I think everything traveled well and was just as tasty as my first bites. The menu is big with a lot of options for every kind of eater. My only regret is not getting more! I can't wait to go back and try the Reuben and Gyro!! 10/10 Highly Recommend!“

“Ignore every negative review this place has the best crispy amazing chicken wings I’ve had in a very very long time, melty cheese in the moz corn dogs and some magical boba. I recommend the hot matcha latte and adding boba to it, the warm soft boba is soooo yum. I was visiting Madison for 5 days, discovered teamoji on the 2nd day, and went at least once every remaining day until I had to fly home and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since then I swear. THAT CHICKEN IS SO GOOD“
