“My husband and I are regulars at this place. We both enjoy eating here. I always order the vegan tacos and my husband orders various non vegan food. They never disappoint. The Margaritas are the best in town!!! The staff is always friendly and we just enjoy our experience at Mexic 103, that's why we are regulars!“
“Our first time at a Wisconsin supper club/steakhouse. Kristi was an ABSOLUTELY fantastic server. She greeted us within seconds and explained how everything worked there. We started off with two delicious cocktails, two seafood apps, and the fantastic salad, homemade dressings, bread, & relish tray! My partner and I shared a porterhouse (there is a $12 plate fee which was fine for us and the server did mention it in case that would be a hindrance to someone) and we added bleu cheese to it. The medium rare steak with the crusty outside was absolutely perfect. We finished the meal with another round of delicious cocktails & a complimentary piece of key lime pie for our anniversary. I loved the vibes of the place and as we walked out there was live music. I also appreciate that the GM (an assumption) stopped by to check on us. I truly cannot wait to get back to town so we can dine here again- it was a fantastic end to our vacation.“
“This is a gem in Milwaukee. She does come with a price tag but is worth every dollar. The Harbor house sits right on the water with great views of both Lake Michigan and Milwaukee. The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.“
“The food is delicious. I’ve been here three times now. My favorite are the lamb chops. Service was great atmosphere was good a little more adequate for my taste. You don’t really feel comfortable having conversations because you tend to wanna be quiet in this kind of atmosphere which is not bad depending on what you’re going for And most importantly who you’re going with.It is a little pricey, but not too bad, considering how great the food is but the drinks are definitely overpriced and water down.“
“Went there for lunch on a Friday very busy but only waited 20 minutes. Our waiter was quick and efficient and we had oysters and mussels in front of us with our drinks in about 15 minutes. I really enjoy the marketplace and I love the seafood restaurant and of course I enjoyed a cherry cheesecake for dessert from the bakery.“
“A group of friends and I go to different restaurants every Friday night and we've been to Bangkok House many times. The food is always delicious and the service is great. It was especially great the several times we visited in March. The waiter, Clint, was super friendly and accommodating. He remembered us and always treated us well. I always get the chicken Pad Thai, but my friends are more adventurous and tried several things and liked everything they ordered. The chef did a great job of preparing everyone's food with the correct amount of "heat" they requested. The place has a nice decor and always looks very clean.“
“I highly recommend eating here when visiting the Milwaukee public market! It's in the corner of the market with seating next to the restaurant and open seating upstairs. We got the lobster roll with a side of coleslaw and fries, and a clam chowder as well. The lobster roll came with a buttery bun and extremely fresh and flavorful lobster fillings. The side of fries and coleslaw paired really well with this entree and the clam chowder warmed us up from the cold weather outside. The food came out fast as we ordered takeout and sat upstairs with open seating. I would definitely come here again to try more of their entrees!“
“Three of us dined at the restaurant recently with an out-of-town visitor. Our server was very good and recommended wines that matched with our dishes well, but the service was a bit slow probably because the restaurant was quite full. The menu is large, and there are quite a few choices other than steaks despite its reputation as a steak house. I ordered Hudson Canyon Seared Scallops as my main course; the dish was quite flavorful, although the scallops were not as tender as those that I had at other restaurants in town. I also ordered the Seafood Gumbo soup and found the soup to be better than most outside those I had in New Orleans. The restaurant has a fine dining setup, and the price certainly reflects that. The quality of food is good but nothing amazing. As a hotel restaurant, it needs to have the capacity to serve a large number of customers when holding events, likely requiring standardization and limiting room for innovation. So, for the same price or a little less, one can find better-quality food elsewhere in Milwaukee based on my view.“
“We stopped in for a weeknight birthday dinner and were quite impressed. The jambalaya is absolutely AMAZING!! Best I've ever had. Our server Dan was friendly and attentive without being bothersome. We topped the night off with some delicious take home Key lime pie and bread pudding. We will be back again soon!“
“I grabbed a hot cheeseburger and fries and an olde tyme pink lemonade on New years Day. The staff was friendly and quick to help me. My food was made fresh, ready to go within 8 minutes and less than $14 for a combo meal. Absolutely delicious, and I'll be back to try the fish soon.“
“First time visiting this establishment! Ambiance was an amazing neighborhood Italian restaurant with delicious authentic Italian dishes! We enjoyed the margherita pizza, Caesar salad, fettuccini marinara and Bomba dessert! All were so tasty and satisfying!!! Five stars!!!!“
“Had an EXCELLENT breakfast yesterday! Got the Divorced Eggs and it was delicious! Loved the chilaquiles and especially the spicy green sauce. The staff was very friendly (sorry I was too distracted by the food to remember names!) This place was recommended to me and did not disappoint! Will definitely be back!“
“I honestly cannot say ENOUGH great things about Gold Rush Chicken! They’re an amazing crew with fantastic food & service! I’ve been ordering from them for over 30 years & it honestly has only gotten better!! They’re South Side Royalty as far as our family is concerned!! We LOVE Gold Rush Chicken!!“
“This was one of the best meals I have had in awhile. We started with the tuna tartar which was perfection. Then my husband got a steak and I got fish. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. We decided to do the trio of sides to share. I highly recommend doing this as we got a hearty portion of each side and it was nice to be able to try a few options. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back.“
“First time there, loved it! The shrimp tacos were so good! The staff was very polite. Very inviting!Parking: Parking is available and freeKid-friendliness: It is a restaurant with a bar, so be mindful, I guess!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, concrete leads the way!“
“We came here to celebrate our birthdays this past weekend. We ordered the Strip Steak, 16 oz Ribeye and Scallops. To say this food was amazing is an understatement! These were the best steaks and scallops that any of us had ever had! Our server was amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable. Very cozy, and retro atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!“
“Best Calamari in Wisconsin & more! I have traveled extensively in the U.S. & abroad. I don't do reviews. But it's been long overdue to give a great review for this restaurant. Been coming here for several years. Never disappoints! Crab bisque & bread pudding is wonderful. Brian rocks, he remembers me every time & he is super great with service to all.“
“Always a good place to eat. Their food is good, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the service is ok. I ordered a coke and came in a glass bottle room temperature. The waiter didn't bring it cold or ask me if I wanted a glass with ice. Other than that, it's a good restaurant.“
“What an out of the box dinner spot! From the location to the food paired with excellent customer service makes this place a must try in Milwaukee. We had the jumbo mozzarella marinara sticks appetizer made with I think the best Marinara I’ve ever had in my life. My husband had the chicken parm and I had a blackened blue cheese and bacon burger- both were amazing and plentiful portion sizes. And the bloody? Omg, amazing- topped with fried onion tanglers and all the fixings! 10 out of 5 stars.“
“Rare is one of my favorite places to eat in mke. Not only is the food amazing, but the staff really make the experience. There’s so many little touches rare does that you get to experience at each dinner. 10/10 would recommend for a nice dinner or even bar food and a drink.“
“So great I had to share! I went in after a long day at work and ordered a bowl to go. I walked outside and it slipped out of my hands and all over the street. I was so frustrated and upset, but I went back inside to buy another bowl. I explained my situation and NOT ONLY did they give me a new bowl for free, BUT GAVE ME A RICE CRISPY TREAT TO CHEER ME UP!❤️ I’m not sure what the lady’s name was that helped me, but that was the best customer service I have ever had. 100% recommend this place! Great customer service! Thank you so much FreshFin!“
“Stopped in for dinner for the first time and was very happy with everything! Immediately I loved the atmosphere; the chill lighting and the music ? Our server was very kind and welcoming. Food was very good! Rice and beans were flavorful, I had al pastor tacos with onions&cilantro and the meat was tasty and juicy ☺️ The corn tortillas were yummy, warm, crisp and a perfect bit chewy. My partner had a burrito and was very happy with his meal as well! We will definitely return and recommend this place to our friends! :)“
“The Jerez restaurant is a nice place to visit with family and friends.Very good service ? delicious food ? ? I do recommend them.It has ample space for a dinner or family meal. You can reserve a table in advance.Delicious drinks and very delicious food“
“My family and I ate here last night (5/14/2022), and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Tucked away in downtown, Third Coast Provisions is a little hidden gem of fantastic seafood, creative menu design, and exceptional customer service! The front-of-house service was next level. From their warm and friendly demeanor, to their attention to detail and customer consideration, the front-of-house delivered a family-level feel of customer service. Dishes were wonderfully explained at table side, and one could not help but feel a sense of being treated to an exceptional culinary experience. But the experience does not stop at the glowing staff servicing our meal. The cocktails were deeply flavorful and delicious, and warmed our spirits for the meal that followed. Our particular favorites were the “Singer In A Smokey Room”, and “Catacomb Canary”, as these were richly flavored and complimented both the dining experience and the cuisine alike. Chef de Cuisine Elijah Loebbaka delivered an incredible dining experience. The level of thought and consideration that went into each dish was unparalleled, and what I appreciate the most was the consideration of flavors within each plate. The beef tartare for example , while a classic old-school dish, takes a modern design. The whipped bone marrow was luscious and bolstered the flavors of the tender beef. Cured egg yolk added an extra level of umami and visual profile that was greatly favored. The octopus dish was another showstopper, and was both tender and richly flavored, with olives and other garnishes provoking ocean-like flavors and experiences. The seafood was expertly cooked, and showed respect to ingredients and technique required of them. The scallops were tender and buttery as one would hope, with rich seasonal spring time flavors that we found to be both plentiful and complimentary. Each dish was as unique as the next, all the while maintaining a balanced focus on seafood. However, Third Coast Provisions does provide alternative dishes to seafood, which continues to show their flex in culinary creations. My table particularly appreciated the braised short rib, in which its gelatinous and fork tender cook proved to be absolutely divine. All in all, as a first time diner to this restaurant I would say that my experience warranted sharing so that others curious about dining at this establishment can confidently book reservations as the restaurant truly flexes what Milwaukee can be capable of in the culinary world. 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful night out, or a romantic dinner for two.“
“Carry out only here. Do not panic like me if they don't answer their phone right away. The line is busy, it took me like 4 calls to get through and place my order. We got shrimp egg rolls, crab rangoon, general tso's chicken, and the seasame chicken platter which came with a pork egg roll and pork fried rice. My boyfriend loved the shrimp egg rolls and general tso. He didn't care for the crab Rangoon but I liked them a lot! The pork fried rice was good but I prefer my fried rice without peas and carrots. The portions are massive! We would definitely order from here again. The food is good and affordable. When I went to pick up the food, I realized I hadn't given them my name. Then I learned, they identify people with their phone number. When my food was ready, they called out the last 4 digits of my phone number.“
“Had a really nice time for Valentines day weekend dinner. Foods and drinks are amazing. The gentleman on the piano makes atmosphere great. Hostess & Staff were polite and come to the table to make sure you need anything. Absolutely going back!“
“Worker on they phone at counter not able to pay attention to customers cuz I stood there for maybe 5 minutes before this guy looked up out of his phone and asked me could he help me focus on the customer is not the phone let's get it togetherSincerely Mr REVIEW“
“Went to the restaurant for a second time tonight, was not at all disappointed! Receive complementary drinks upon arrival. My party was immediately seated with no reservations. The food looks beautiful and tasted even better! Our waiter was amazing, The show that he puts on when you order a steak is so cool! ? I will be back for sure. Definitely doesn’t feel like a Milwaukee experience!“
“Reviewing Google pictures before making my choice to try out this place I assumed there would be complimentary side dishes served like many other Korean restaurants. I was definitely fooled.I started with the Beef King Dumpling as an appetizer and ordered the Spicy Squid Pork Belly as the main. The flavors were amazing and I was very pleased.Taking one star off because of the deceiving Google image.“
“This is a time capsule into the past. If you're looking for an ultramodern vibe you won't get it here. But if you want to journey into the late 80s vibe and have a cocktail with your really good cracker thin crust pizza than jump in! Run by the owners, they are doing it all and prob nearing retirement so take your time and don't expect the service to be lightning quick. Sip that drink and chill w your friends. Wear your sunglasses at night. It'll be alright...“
“Margaritas were good. Server wasn't very attentive but the Bartender was great and checked on us several times in her absence. Rice and Beans came out cold. Proteins in the fajitas had great flavor but veggies were over cooked and burnt.“
“We went for breakfast during the week. The place was clean. People were friendly and the service was excellent. We both ordered the country fried steak and eggs which were very good and plentiful . Eggs were cooked as ordered. We might have ordered differently if the specials were told to us. Only one downside. We went there for a reason that was important to me. In all the news articles the owner said he was going to have fresh Polish sausage on the menu, like the Landmark on K.K. I asked about the Polish sausage on the menu. And like every restaurant we go to that claims they have Kielbasa I have to ask what color is your Kielbasa. After getting stupid looks I ask is it reddish or grey like bratwurst. Well they did not have fresh polish , claiming that they can't get it. Told them they can't swing a dead cat without hitting a butcher shop in Milwaukee that makes Kielbasa. The word Kielbasa means sausage not "smoked" also suggested they call Usingers. All that being said we will go back and keep asking for Polish sausage“
