“We ordered online. When picking up order the workers gave us the wrong bag which we realized after getting in the car. When we went back in they didn't apologize or anything. Just shrugged it off like too bad we inconvenienced you. The food was great but service was lacking.“

“I pick up catering orders from here several times a year, and I also come in for lunch several times a month. Consistently a great option - really good sandwiches and friendly service. The few times I had an issue, I returned to the store and they made it right without complaint and apologized for the mistake. The shorter African American manager also helped me out in a pinch once when I placed an order that was VERY last minute due to a change in schedule with visitors coming to visit our site. The one time I was considering eating in, there wasn't a clean table available. It's a sign of the times and places are short staffed, so I get it. The food prep area has always been very clean, though, which is what matters most.“

“I always order ahead to get the deals on the app The one in Pewaukee inside Walmart is the best always the say guy working and he makes the best subs my granddaughter and I say this is the best subway in the area. The one in Delafield is not good they put a ton of lettuce on to hide the fact that they don't use enough meat and not very friendly. The one in Sussex across from Meijer is also horrible the subs never taste as good and restaurant is always a mess all tables dirty and so is the floor do not like this one at all. I highly recommend the Pewaukee one inside Walmart always delicious“
