“While visiting Milwaukee from Michigan, we have been trying to find a good local ice cream shop. We stumbled upon The Purple Door this evening, and the only thing I'm sad about is that tomorrow is our last day. The ice cream was phenomenal and we received great service. We'll definitely go back for one last visit during our trip, but I'm finding myself wondering if we'd be able to keep some pints frozen during our 6.5 hour drive home. So if you're in the area, you won't regret treating yourself here!“

I was greeted with a welcoming smile from to find out the assistant GM Hilary I think she said her name was. She clarified my confusion and took her time to make sure I was educated on their products. She will be a great GM one day and a great leader. I have owned many restaurants and nightclubs in Buffalo. “amazing food, but we ordered croissants sandwiches and the staff all acted like it was a burden and they hated it when they had to make croissants. it made me feel like I had to ask if I can order what I want and if that was going to be okay with them. it was very rude behavior.“

“Birthday cake was delicious. Great colors and display on cake too for my 14 yr. old nephew's birthday, which can be very tricky at that age. All the guests and family loved it. Feed a lot of people. Most importantly he loved it!Really made the moment special and one he'll never forget. Just perfect. Highly Recommend! Also service was friendly, kind, fast, and it was a clean establishment. But it was busy at the time and day i went in. Even with being busy staff was fast. And i think the price was worth the quality product, delicious cake we received.“
