“All the employees are nice. There’s a lady that’s been working here for a while and she’s the best - always friendly and cheerful and if you have to wait on something, she always let you know right away. The food is hot and fresh and the treats just seem to taste better at this location.“

“Me and my family LOVE this Sammie's specifically. It has a homie atmosphere inside, the workers feel like they're in sync and are very nice to the customers. The food they make is addicting, especially their chocolate shakes. When my family and I move, we'll most likely get Sammie's on the last day we live in this area.“

The atmosphere was so so, there was a person in the place who was non stop coughing and I get it, people get sick or have issues/things going on, there could be so many things but he didn't even cover his mouth, that was a little icky. Hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest Taco Bells I've been to in quite some time.
Walked in, and started tomorrow through the kiosk, a yound man (worker) said if we needed help not to hesitate to ask, which I thought was very nice since most young kids and even some adults these days don't want to even look at you and greet you when you walk through the door.

The dining room was super clean and the food was exactly what we ordered, pop wasn't flat like usual.

Thank you to the young staff at this specific Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and thank you for showing respect to your customers.“

“We took the grandkids there, they ate chicken strips, burgers and finished it off with ice cream. Great place.“

“Best Subway of any we have been in. Always clean. Friendy staff, who if not feeding people are busy cleaning. All toppings are fresh, and the Italian bread is my favorite to wrap around my Cold Cut Combo. Add some sweet onion teriaki sauce, tomatoes, onions and and a little bit of lettuce and it's ready for me. Oh, and before the toppings, it gets toasted. Highly recommend This Subway.

“We called and placed an order for 3 ice cream cakes 3 days before we needed them. They created custom colors and custom florals so they all coordinated. The owner personally helped carry them to the car. She was so excited and grateful that we chose her location for our cake needs. They were beautifully done and enjoyed by all of our guests. “While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“You will not find a better Taco Bell store. The staff is amazing, the food is always hot when served, and actually looks like the pictures. The store is clean no matter what time you go in there, and the staff is always friendly yet professional. I've been to Kenosha, Racine, Burlington, and other locations in S.E. Wisconsin, none can compare to the Richmond, Illinois store. As a Packer fan, I don't like giving a win to Illinois, but on this one, this trophy goes to this store.....“

“Brayden is such a kind man. He is great at taking my order and always has a welcoming face. When I pull up and see his smile. I get full of excitement to order. He is the only reason I come to this Taco Bell. Even though its 16 miles from my house. Its better than going to the Taco Bell in Antioch, which sucks. The parking lot is too small when I try to bring my truck and trailer in. If you see Brayden, you know your order is gonna be good.

“It was quite the lunch rush, looked like they had 5+ online orders, plus a walk in with 10+ sandwiches, all different, to go. The guys behind the counter were SO kind and pleasant despite being slammed. And got me in and out with my lunch in just a few minutes. Sandwich was delicious of course.“
