“Our very favorite place for breakfast. Food is always fast, good, hot, a quantity that’s filling, and at a more than fair price. The owner is the cook, the help he hires is attentive & friendly. The place holds 40 people max and still (as a rule) provides the same excellence. You won’t be disappointed.“

It's nice to see a place keeping it affordable. We had the Monday night All-You-Can-Eat broasted chicken. It was perfectly cooked, moist and delicious. The waitress made me a fun non-alcoholic drink, with tea and huckleberry.
They have a Christmas promotion, where you receive an envelope, and bring it in later, unopened, for a surprise gift (like dollars-off or free drink) on a future visit.
Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating. You can also join the club to receive text messages of additional specials. I joined it.“

“12/18/25 First time back since new owners and it was fantastic! Our waitress Eva told us it was a brand new chef that cooked our steaks and they were excellent! Cooked to perfection and the tastiest filet and NY pepper/garlic strip ever! Superb 5 star service (ask for EVA!) Wonderful cozy atmosphere, and watching the turkey and deer right outside the window was amazing! Going back to try the fishfry!“

The place was not packed. I thought that was strange.“

I remember coming here several years ago a couple of times (I live in the neighborhood behind this establishment) and the service was awful. So great job manager, cooks, and waitresses. Tonight i had the fish fry haddock beer batter. 10 out of 10. Pizza appetizer 10 out of 10. Fries 10 out of 10. The server (sorry forgot her name) awesome. Thank you for the great meal.“

“We absolutely loved The Orville! Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and Valentine's Day, but decided to skip the hustle and bustle of V-Day. Sam was such a sweet and attentive waitress, couldn't ask for better service! We had the best artichoke dip I've ever had, I think it was the grilled toast that really did it, but the dip was amazing too! I had Lobster Mac & Cheese and my husband had a beautiful salmon dish...both perfect, and can't wait to have the leftovers from my Mac (huge chunks of lobster!). I had a lavender martini, simply lovely and delish! Tried my husband's old fashioned and yummmm to that too, had a cinnamon twist to it. We'll be back, hands down. And the ambience and lighting make for a very romantic time. Oh and they gave my husband a birthday card that everyone signed! Gave him a choice of dessert, just so sweet, no pun intended. It would be hard to find a better salted caramel creme brulee. Then since we had a late reservation Sam so kindly said we could take all of the remaining roses 🌹 🌹 🌹. They smell heavenly. Thank you all, we're so excited to have found you, when I heard it was the sister restaurant of The Norbert I knew it would be fantastic, but that's an understatement!!!“

Karaoke on Friday nights pulls in a crowd, and is entertaining most times. There is a enclosed outdoor smoking lounge area that has heat and seating which is a nice feature if you are a smoker. Overall a comfortable place to relax and have a few drinks.“

“We stopped into Joker’s 5 for lunch after spotting it the night we arrived in town, and what a fantastic find. The moment we walked in, we knew we’d found the right place — a nice guest helped guide us in, and the bar was completely full of happy locals having a great time. What a warm, welcoming first impression!

We grabbed the two seat table in the back near the pool table and dart boards. My friend was craving a burger, but is very particular about how they’re cooked. After a quick Q&A with the super friendly bartender, we went with the double bacon cheeseburger with curly fries, deep-fried green beans, white cheddar garlic nuggets, and a couple of drinks.

The drinks were spot-on, the service was fast, and the food came out piping hot. Those garlic cheese curds? Absolutely out of this world — leave it to Wisconsin to keep raising the bar on cheese perfection!

My friend took one bite of that burger and looked ready to propose… to the burger itself. It disappeared so fast we actually ordered a second one to go.

Joker’s 5 is everything you want in a local hangout — great food, friendly people, a little gaming, pool, darts, and a laid-back atmosphere where you can just relax and enjoy yourself. I would definitely visit this spot again if I make it back out to West Bend.“

“My husband and I took our 2 year old son there for lunch today and staff member Issac made it such a nice experience. My son loves lizards and Issac happened to have a lizard tattoo on his forearm and we asked him if our son could see it closer up, and he was more than happy to. Issac also got a Culvers Turtle plush toy and gave it to him so nicely. Very sweet person, very attentive and great staff member.“

“Ive been coming to Michalenos for well over a year now. Only in the recent months did I start dining in with my mother and daughter. We always come on a Friday, and we usually have Sarah helping us. She is always so kind and patient. My mother has early onset dementia, and often forgets where she is or what she says, Sarah never misses a beat reanswering questions or repeating what she already said six times before. She’s always prompt and accurate as well. Tonight, she was hopping, the phones were ringing off the hook, she had many tables and people coming in and out. She always had a smile on her face and never stopped moving! She suggested we try the baked pasta because we had the regular last time and it was delicious! I had the spinach lasagna and a fresh salad and it was all hot and delicious. The only complaint I had for the evening, is that you could tell the cook in the kitchen was very frustrated with his slamming, yelling and cussing. I know he was busy, we could see all the people, but maybe vent a bit quieter! Despite that, we’ll be back next week, and the next week, and the next week…“

“It took 20 minutes to get 2 burgers, pretzel bites, and 2 chillers. Then when we got the food, they gave us the wrong size and items. The young lady that brought us our food was top notch and very professional. We were given a voucher for our wait and they remade our chillers. Definitely would go back. Took one star for the few hiccups we had.“
