“Our very favorite place for breakfast. Food is always fast, good, hot, a quantity that’s filling, and at a more than fair price. The owner is the cook, the help he hires is attentive & friendly. The place holds 40 people max and still (as a rule) provides the same excellence. You won’t be disappointed.“

“My husband and I were on our way home from wausau from a school convention and wanted to get something to eat. Another place had about a 20-22 min wait. So I had him look for something else. He found this place, so we decided to give it a try. Despite the inside being so cramped and not a lot of room to move around, our meals and our server were amazing as well.“

We came to Uncle Larry’s bc a few people in our party had NEVER had FRIED CHEESE CURDS! They were great!! We all just came from a 1950’s Sock Hop, cousins from Denver, California, Minnesota,Arizona and New York! Couldn’t have been better.
We sat out on the deck. Weather was with us and we were out before they closed! Looking to go back next time we are in town.“

“A good place to go if you're looking for a decent meal that's not over priced. They are always willing to accommodate your meal order to suit your needs. Open till 8pm and have never given us a sideways look for coming in close to closing time. There chicken dinner and the onion straws are really good. Staff is always kind, helpful and friendly.“

“Sawmill is one of my all time favorite places to come after church. The food is always amazing, the holiday decor is wonderful and is always a great experience, until today... Unfortunately, the waitress "T" was absolutely awful, she was rude and should really find a new profession not dealing with people. I would hope it was just a bad day for her, but she ruined our experience. We have never left a $0 tip and that should tell management that she needs a chat. Still great food and atmosphere. We'll be back, but will not ever have her again! God Bless Oh and a different waitress had a packer shirt that says "I love it when he goes deep". I'm not a prude, but seriously so inappropriate for a restaurant to allow that!“

“I can't thank Fox and Hounds Restaurant &Tavern enough for their incredible kindness and service! After a recent visit, I accidentally left behind an important package i bought from Holy Hill church(a 2hrs drive from where we live). Not only did the staff find it but they went above and beyond by safely shipping it back to me. Their honesty, care and professionalism truly touch me. The food and atmosphere were already excellent, but this thoughtful gesture shows the heart behind the business. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. “There was one server and one cook when we went in on Monday at lunchtime. The server had 12 tables going at once! She did an awesome job! She took our order right away, our food was brought out quickly and was really good. She handled all of these tables so well and was super pleasant.“

“We had dinner here for the first time in Sweetest Day. It’s been on our list of restaurants to try for some time, but we’re new parents. We enjoyed the spicy poloma margarita! One of the best cocktails I’ve ever had anywhere. Then we had the pretzel crusted cheese curds and jumbo wings as apps. There wasn’t anything jumbo about the wings, but both apps were good. I had the pork schnitzel with spatzel and my husband the pork belly topped burger with fries. Phenomenal!!! Our server, Heather, was super friendly, fast and complimentary. I’ll ask for her again next time!“

“If you are looking for a delicious steak, I highly recommend the fillet at Krimmers. The 10oz was a great size, had a delicious char on it, and it was melt-in-your-mouth tender.

“We absolutely loved The Orville! Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and Valentine's Day, but decided to skip the hustle and bustle of V-Day. Sam was such a sweet and attentive waitress, couldn't ask for better service! We had the best artichoke dip I've ever had, I think it was the grilled toast that really did it, but the dip was amazing too! I had Lobster Mac & Cheese and my husband had a beautiful salmon dish...both perfect, and can't wait to have the leftovers from my Mac (huge chunks of lobster!). I had a lavender martini, simply lovely and delish! Tried my husband's old fashioned and yummmm to that too, had a cinnamon twist to it. We'll be back, hands down. And the ambience and lighting make for a very romantic time. Oh and they gave my husband a birthday card that everyone signed! Gave him a choice of dessert, just so sweet, no pun intended. It would be hard to find a better salted caramel creme brulee. Then since we had a late reservation Sam so kindly said we could take all of the remaining roses 🌹 🌹 🌹. They smell heavenly. Thank you all, we're so excited to have found you, when I heard it was the sister restaurant of The Norbert I knew it would be fantastic, but that's an understatement!!!“

“A bowling alley with a sizable bar area and decent bar food. Service can be slow at times however the bar tenders are friendly. Karaoke on Friday nights pulls in a crowd, and is entertaining most times. There is a enclosed outdoor smoking lounge area that has heat and seating which is a nice feature if you are a smoker. Overall a comfortable place to relax and have a few drinks.“

“My husband and I took our 2 year old son there for lunch today and staff member Issac made it such a nice experience. My son loves lizards and Issac happened to have a lizard tattoo on his forearm and we asked him if our son could see it closer up, and he was more than happy to. Issac also got a Culvers Turtle plush toy and gave it to him so nicely. Very sweet person, very attentive and great staff member.“

“I went with a big group for wing night. $0.75 bone in, $0.50 boneless on Wednesday nights.

The bartender was amazing, handling our group of 10, setting up tables, getting more chairs, cooking and bartending, she did it all.

I prefer boneless wings, ordered a dozen, six Thai Chili and six Nashville Hot. Both sauces were great, the Nashville as advertised was ?. A great deal for $6.

“Ive been coming to Michalenos for well over a year now. Only in the recent months did I start dining in with my mother and daughter. We always come on a Friday, and we usually have Sarah helping us. She is always so kind and patient. My mother has early onset dementia, and often forgets where she is or what she says, Sarah never misses a beat reanswering questions or repeating what she already said six times before. She’s always prompt and accurate as well. Tonight, she was hopping, the phones were ringing off the hook, she had many tables and people coming in and out. She always had a smile on her face and never stopped moving! She suggested we try the baked pasta because we had the regular last time and it was delicious! I had the spinach lasagna and a fresh salad and it was all hot and delicious. The only complaint I had for the evening, is that you could tell the cook in the kitchen was very frustrated with his slamming, yelling and cussing. I know he was busy, we could see all the people, but maybe vent a bit quieter! Despite that, we’ll be back next week, and the next week, and the next week…“

“Wow! Tried some samples at a downtown WB & decided to stop in today. Had no idea they had all this nice seating & huge set up! Food is INCREDIBLE and they offer catering. Very nice people & great service. My fam is obsessing over their meals!!! They also have 7 choices under $7. We'll be back often!“
