“I loved the pub Colby burger and the strawberry shakes. The order taker and cashier was on point. What I did not appreciate was the server who brought my food to the car.I casually mentioned It was in one bag when I asked for two. I had no hostility just acknowledging. She immediately responded by saying it's to busy...... I just stared at her and said nothing... She repeats it like I do not understand English....then adds wait 5 minutes. I told her it's okay just for get it.... Why do servers always say it's to busy as an excuse for shotty service? You should be happy it's busy... that's how you get paid!!!! And they forgot my Marinara.....“

“I picked up an order and realized when I got home that my daughter’s burger was missing. I called the restaurant and was greeted by a girl named Maddison who was sincerely apologetic and assisted me well. She gave multiple option on what she could do but I ultimately chose to come in and have it be made fresh. Great customer service but wish I didn’t have to go back in the first place. Look throught your order before leaving here!“
“If I could give this location more stars I would! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! I always get a custom sub, and they have made some great recommendations on new combos to try! The food quality is always great, I have never had any soggy lettuce! This location is my favorite spot to stop and get some lunch!“

“The subs are always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I generous they are with the ingredients—every bite is satisfying. The staff is friendly and quick, and the restaurant is clean. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, but honestly, everything I've tried has been amazing. Definitely one of my favorite sub spots. Highly recommend!“

“First timer here. I go past once a week and always want to stop. This time I did! I’m in love!! I ordered a corned beef sandwich, plain, toasted and a 5 piece chicken wing combo with root beer. The sandwich was so wonderful, a shame I had to share it! Lol! The wings were fabulous and came with ketchup, hot sauce and bbq!! I will definitely be back!!thank you!!“

“This place was recommended to me by my cousin. I went pretty late into the night. I had the chicken tender and fries. My person had a double cheeseburger with fries. It took around 15 minutes to receive our food. We had a 16 minute to our home and the food was still hot. Everything was great and I would order from here again.“

“We stopped here at lunchtime so it was quite busy, and the staff was very efficient and helpful so we didn't have a long wait. The meats were sliced to order, wheat bread was available, and everything tasted fresh. We will definitely return here in the future.“

“YOOOO! S/O to the staff in here. I work at the T-Mobile next door and we have some Muslim staff who enjoys subs from time to time. My boy Sully came to grab his sub and asked for a glove change. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND and cleaned the slicer for him. When he came back to work, he was almost in tears telling me how nice they were to him. 🥹 THANK YOU!!! This is what America SHOULD LOOK like. Thank Ariana for being AMAZING! We love you next door girl!“

“Birthday cake was delicious. Great colors and display on cake too for my 14 yr. old nephew's birthday, which can be very tricky at that age. All the guests and family loved it. Feed a lot of people. Most importantly he loved it!Really made the moment special and one he'll never forget. Just perfect. Highly Recommend! Also service was friendly, kind, fast, and it was a clean establishment. But it was busy at the time and day i went in. Even with being busy staff was fast. And i think the price was worth the quality product, delicious cake we received.“

“Okay i had to edit this because i rated the wrong qdoba. Fixed the 3/5 to a 5/5. Been here a couple times and the food is fine, portion is great, staff is amazing, atmosphere is great. And every time that i’ve come in here i always see someone cleaning so that’s a good sign. Definitely give this one a try 9/10“
