“I ordered online and I always scared I’ll be waiting forever but the manager at the counter was amazing. So sweet had my order ready and just trying her hardest to keep staff together and getting the food out. It was a breath of fresh air going in there and getting dinner for my family. “I had ordered a pizza last night from Alphonso‘s and I thought it was the absolute worst pizza I ever had when it arrived at my house. It was almost burnt. I called and complained to the manager. He said he would do everything he could to make it up to me. So I stopped in today and they gave me a pizza and one of their sandwiches and I haven’t had the sandwich yet because I’m too full from the pizza, it was a night and day difference From yesterday to today. It was excellent.“

“It was great until I got home they forgot to give me my breadsticks. I called them, and all they could do was when I came again, they would give them to me for free, of course, they're gonna be free, I paid for them. Lol, you would think they would give me something else for free, but no, they just said the next time I came in, they would give me the 2 that I bought for free. Lol, that right there wasn't good customer service. I feel like I had to drive all the way back. Waste my gas for my 2 Breadsticks that I paid for that they forgot they could at least gave me something else, but no, they didn't.
