I really enjoy going here for the drinks.
Most of the time when I review a restaurant I like to go there a few times to see if the food is consistently good.
I've been to the Northeast location the steak was bad. The drinks there were really good though.
At the crofoot location not long ago I had some calamari and it was like cardboard, and we had the chicken with pickles that was overcooked as well.
I'll be back for drinks...... Great happy hour.“

“My best friend and I occasionally meet up at the Crowfoot Denny’s for breakfast. This was a similar occasion and as always the breakfast was excellent, that goes as well for the service. Karen was very attentive when it came to making sure we had enough coffee and getting our breakfast to the table in a timely manner. She was very polite, and professional. Denny’s at Crowfoor is a great place to meet up with friends for excellent food and great conversation.“

The variety on the menu is great as both my husband and I like different food and we can both get what we want without compromising. “The view was beautiful and the pistou pasta was one of the most delicious pasta dishes we’ve ever had. The space is beautiful and modern with a lovely view from the floor to ceiling windows. There’s also a private dining room for parties.
High chairs and kids menu available. The kids menu is better than most with healthy options as well as the standard kid fare. The kid’s portion was generous too. We ordered the kid’s salmon with broccolini, mash potatoes and veggies. The pricing was good too.

“This place is great; a staple if I need a quick bite and I'm not feeling like going to the grocery store to make something myself. I'm a busy guy, so having the options in the area is always welcome, but I've also had the pleasure of getting to know the guys that work at the StrEats here in braeside firsthand and they've been nothing but friendly and accommodating to me from day one. Besides the food, they make returning to the location worth it.

I know most of the staff by name now, and they greet me with a smile whenever I walk in the door. They know what I normally order, and make suggestions when they think there's something I may enjoy. I normally get the pierogi poutine, and they've also given me an extra pierogi or two unprompted as thanks for being a regular customer, which is always a welcome treat.

Can't recommend this place enough, head over, grab a bite, and get to know the guys. They do a great job, and you won't regret it.“

“My experience did not start off so well but soon turned around. After being seated, nobody had come to our table for atleast 10 min. I got tired of waiting for my server, so I approached the hostess, the lovely lady wearing a red sweater and a white bow in her hair. She was more than willing to help get our drinks situated and orders taken care of on her own. Clearly the hardest working staff member this place has from what I noticed the whole night. Much faster and efficient than the waitress that finished the service of our table. The complimentary bread and butter was a treat. The potato bacon soup was good, but also very thin and runny. My son and I ordered the steak and garlic parm fries. The vegetable medley that comes with it blends nicely with the fries and steak. What the meal lacked in appearance it made up for in flavor and all blended nicely together. My mom had the salmon pasta and the kids had the usual spaghetti and loved it. We all really enjoyed our meals and were nice and full when we left. Turning a rough start into a general great experience. I will be back to bring more business because of the hostess. She is what makes the evening run so smooth from what I saw, being a kitchen manager and chef myself.“

“Absolutely love this place. We have been going here for years and have tried pretty much everything on the menu. Love the scotch broth soup, club Sandwich, Reuben, Monte cristo and salmon. Their bakery is amazing as well. We love their challah bread.“

“Denny's Calgary Barlow Trail Mohini was great making sure everything was good. At some Denny's I have had problems getting coffee refills but not today the coffee kept coming.“

“Used to work here for many years - may be a bit biased, but I love the food, the drinks are affordable and made well. Service is quick and easy, always friendly and respectful. The only thing about the environment is thay its quite dark in there, though we were at a table with no windows.. Never realized the darkness as I always ended work and came out at night, but the sun destroyed my eyes when I stepped out haha.

Nonetheless, always a good time with greay food/drink.“
