“The food there is usually GREAT! My only concern is the 18% service charge that is added without ever telling people. Plus, I always thought a tip was a CHOICE and for something extra. My assumption is that at a restaurant, you order, your food/drinks are brought to the table and that is all part of the menu price. So tipping for what SHOULD be done is RIDICULOUS! It's no wonder less and less people are going out for meals at restaurants and heading to fast food places.”

We talked to our server about our experience and she sent out the manager and he said our entire bill (probably over $120 was covered)!! Plus two $50 gift cards for the inconvenience. WOW! We did not expect them to do that but very appreciative of the wonderful service. Thank you Oliver and Server (sorry we didn’t catch her name) We will be back!”

This is our first week in since he’s been in charge and you can already see a turn around in customer service and food quality. We will definitely return again. He’s very professional and seems like a genuine nice guy that cares and wants to remedy even the smallest issues. It’s nice to not feel like an inconvenience for wanting my order the way I ordered it.”

We chose here for dinner because we felt like Italian- our appetizers were a little longer coming out then I guess they would like as their standard so our server, Katie L, (who also appeared to be the bartender, who i enjoyed watching as she poured drinks and multitasked extremely well all while being extremely pleasant and attentive) took the appies off our bill and also told us that she had a customer at the bar who wanted to give someone else their points in an act of kindness! The points amounted to $60!!”
