“I go here 3 times a week and never have had a bad experience. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Sometimes service is slower because of the location during summer so that is to be expected. They have a wide variety of flavors that would appeal to anyone, but I always recommend the brownie batter and fruity pop rocks. Their baby cones are handmade and delicious, and a perfect serving size for an after-dinner snack. The shop is clean and well-maintained and bathroom is clean as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a sweet treat. Check out their glacier pop drink too, it's delicious!”

“Food was great. Service impeccable. Cocktails delicious. Goat cheese with fig is enough for 4 people. The filet was tender and the wine a great match. But I went for my 50th birthday and somehow that information didn’t make it to the staff. I was not acknowledged at all nor did they even ask if we were celebrating anything special. Given the low attendance and high cost of the food I would have expected better. But a minor miscue on an otherwise exceptional meal. Alas, no reason to go back to Juneau but still worth the trip if you’re there and looking for an alternative to the standard fare in town.”

“There is a food truck next to the bar that I have yet to try because they are always closed. The service last time there was lacking. Otherwise it's close to the pier and has heated tables via propane fire pits. Last year they opened a second deck that offers more views of the pier and Douglas Island across the channel.”

“Ate here yesterday. The Iced Teas were perfect, best I had in 20 years! Learned that it's a relative of ginger and pretty good for you as well. The salad that came on the side with my rice noodles/tail-on shrimp/pork was so fresh and the rest of the dish was light and refreshing, crispy spring roll too. Fresh cilantro and other herbs! My wife got the pork combo rice platter and loved it! She loved the "perfectly cooked" fried egg, "savory but not too oily." Definitely our new favorite in Juneau!”

“My cruise ship waiter recommended a filipino food truck by the fort and it was extremely underwhelming. I went to the museum and by sheer luck wandered into Raven Cafe. This place is phenomenal and it’s no farther than a mile away from the fort. We tried the Adobo burrito and a latte and they were great. The burrito was huge and can feed two people. The owner chatted with us and he’s such a cool guy for giving us his time to talk about not only his food but also about Juneau in general. If you want to discover a good Filipino place with great service and even better food, walk a mile from the fort and be surprised: we definitely were.”

“Decided to try this out after seeing Tracy’s prices and long line, we don’t regret it! My wife loved the Bloody Mary with snow crab claws. We had two beers, a pound of king crab, mac and cheese with elk sausage and the halibut bites with everything cooked perfectly. We made it out paying less than a small bucket at Tracy’s. We will definitely be back if we ever make it back to Juneau”

I’m almost 40 years old, and I’ve spent thousands of dollars ordering the exact same drink from coffee shops all over the country. Somehow, she made it better than every single one I’ve ever had.

It was perfectly balanced, unbelievably smooth, and honestly one of those drinks where you immediately take another sip because you can’t believe how good it is.

The lights were dim but not to dim to stub my toe in the dark. Frodo and Sam were on the tele I heard the sounds of historical instruments playing almost those of the Renaissance era of time a stool was free and I took a seat. Was greated by a dark haired beauty with enough style, sass, and grace to keep me from hopping bars and in one place. The music intensified as the crowds grew, the battles for middle earth ragged epically and the bar cheered. A vibe has been curated and the woman behind the madness is a blessing to this establishment by creating such a mood. Don't be a square try a Triangle and enjoy while in town🤘”

“Just came to Heritage coffee in Juneau, Alaska from cruise line. They have 2 cafes and went to the bigger one, very nice atmosphere for small town and welcoming! Coffee and tea is great, definitely recommend getting something here if visiting the town for a small drink. ☕ thanks for having us!”
