“Not a huge fan of Milos. That being said the employees were nice and polite, cutting up and having a good time at work. They brought that to the atmosphere of the restaurant, definitely a plus.

Having employees that enjoy their work and work together well while taking care of the customer is a huge deal nowadays.

As far as the food goes it was Milo's, if you like it you do if you don't you don't.“

“for the first time ever i ordered delivery from this location. the next day i went in the store to purchase the same items. The food was excellent as usual, but when having it delivered it was $15 more than in the store. Won't be getting delivery anymore. But I will be back there to eat.“

“Taco Bell is what I would consider fast food Mexican... ish. I needed to stop somewhere quick for a bite of lunch and stopped in. This is the brand new Taco Bell on Valleydale Rd. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered #10 which consists of two beef tacos and a cheese and steak burrito. The tacos were delicious with a crunchy hard shell, some Mexican flavored beef, sour cream, lettuce and grated cheese. This was the best part of the meal. The burrito was just okay. The melted cheese inside was a processed product like Velveeta or something - not so good. There was some beef in there and what appeared to be, maybe, some artificial bacon pieces?? I didn't finish the burrito and probably won't order that again if I ever go back.“

“Went to this restaurant on a Saturday the place was pretty busy but we were able to order and then sit at our table. The staff was very friendly and the service was great.we both ordered a k-dog which were excellent 👌🏾 and not normal menu items so we got lucky to catch them serving them today. The joyland burger deluxe was great as well, the patty was seasoned very well and had good flavor! I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone if you like burgers! We will definitely be back!!!“

The fries have the cheese flavor and are so good dipped in Milo's sauce. The workers were so kind and friendly. It had a great atmosphere too. “Memorial Day, 9:00 am, several customers in the drive-thru and inside, and only 3 employees in the building (1 manager, 1 front line employee, & 1 chef). When I tell you these 3 employees did their big one, please believe me! They were a well-oiled machine, pushing out orders like they do this in their sleep. All three employees were absolutely amazing to converse with and the cleanliness of the restaurant was top-tier. The food was hot and made just right. I will definitely be returning to this location.“

“I picked up my take out order. I told the staff I needed the strawberry shake. I was told a couple minutes later it was in the bag. I checked and I could see the top of the cup so I left. Got home and it was vanilla. My husband ordered the hot ones burger and there was a quarter size of sauce in the middle of the top bun. His burger was basically dry. My bacon burger was cooked too long, part of it was not edible because it was hard as a rock. This was my first time coming here and I don't plan on returning.“

“Of all the Pizza Huts in the Birmingham area, this one on Valleydale road is the BEST. The pizza is always correct, baked just right and the people are friendly. I've never had a negative experience. I have another Pizza Hut closer to me, but I will drive longer for this specific Pizza Hut. It's worth it!

“Ah good old Freddy's, the man himself really built a good establishment and the steakburgers and frozen custard are no joke to be playing around, this location is conveniently placed because of the busy traffic near Highway 280 but hey that's a way, the Freddy's way. ?Service: Nice, calm, and gentle, they will get you what you want if you politely ask and no rush or nothing.Atmosphere: Colorful, red all around, it reminds me of those old school diners back in the day, man Freddy sure knew what the old times looked like, the floor has the checkmate theme to it like a game of chess.Food: Of course, the steakburgers is exclusive here, a jalapeno double burger with the cheese and steak, rich and flavorful. A spicy chicken sandwich that makes you act, look, and maybe even sound like a chicken if you eat it enough. Fries are tiny but they have sauce that goes with them. My bill was $3.07. I gave him $3 and I was digging in my pocketbook for the change I knew I had. I looked up and he was pulling his own personal change from his pocket. He was clearly intending to give me the 7¢ needed. He didn’t have to do that, but kindness is what I felt and I appreciated that. Little did he know I was taking my 86 yo father to have surgery on his eye. Anxiety and worry filled our car. He was a ray of sunshine and kindness. We/I needed that❤️.The receipt says a ladies name but it was a gentleman that made this expression.“

“I go in to this location very frequently, like at minimum once a week. Every time, the food is amazing, the service is spectacular, and if there is a mistake with my food, they always correct it rather quickly and on the first try (which I've only had a mistake once in the almost year I've been going to this store).“

“I just had the best fast food experience that I've had in months. I decided to dine in and the young gentleman working the counter was not only efficient, but engaging and had a delightful personality. He came out to the dining room after I got my food and individually checked on each guest there. I usually don't get over to this side of town often, but I will definitely be back. I didn't catch his name, but he mentioned that he worked with Krystal's and also another food establishment across the street. This man deserves commendation and a raise. You would be lucky if you had staff that cares as much as he did today. Great job. :)“

The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“

“I haven't ate here in over 8ys, so I decided to stop for the heck of it. My food was fresh and hot and service was pretty quick, so this was a win.

Parking: Depends on the time and activities that would be going on.There are spaces directly in front.

Kid-friendliness: I seen children but I would not bring mine here,especially if I am ordering a lengthy order. That would be too time consuming for a child to be around.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is a flat surface but if you are in a chair, I wouldn't advise you to hang out here.This establishment is chair friendly“

“Best food on the parkway if you ask me! If they ask you to pull down just know your food with be hot and fresh! I like to get the lemon pepper mild and catfish . Everything is always seasoned. However the soda fountain drink always seems a little flat. Also the lemon pepper mild wings has a little sweetness to it. Everyone is friendly.“

“Great customer service by the young man working when we came. The young man took our order asked if we wanted dessert after we finished our meal we said yes. We were handed our cups for drink sat down and was brought our order to table fast. Young man came and asked if we were ready for our dessert and brought it to us. “SLOW!….I waited over 20 minutes for a 6 piece combo. The fries were dark brown but if you get cajun ranch on them then they are good. Also the prices are higher than other wing places. The wings are good though. I just don’t like that the ‘medium’ wing sauce is HOT. Next time I will get the ‘Mild’ wing sauce.“

“I hope this is a one time thing but I was so disappointed in my meal today. I love JJ, and I never thought I’d have anything negative to say but my sandwich left so much to be desired. “I've not had a problem at Taco Bell in quite some time. However, the app needs to use your location automatically. Ive had two occasions now in which, I've had to drive to another location to get my order costing me time, money and gas. Other apps have this feature. Please update ASAP.

“This has been the best Jack's experience we have had in a long time. My husband said "wish this one was closer to us so I could get my breakfast here on way to work" we ate around 7pm and everything was fresh and delicious! The staff were all very friendly and patient. The store was very clean, easily the cleanest fast food place I have been in here lately! Wish I would have taken a picture.“
