“This remodel might be one of the worst ideas. Limited parking for indoor dining, and you have to wait wrapped around the building to park. I miss being able to drive past the line to park. The inside is smaller. Makes no sense. I hope you guys can bring back the lane to park and get rid of the parallel parking on the side. So dumb.“

If Jacks is still having their biscuit the cook-off, the person who makes the biscuits at this location should be included. I don't think there is a close 2nd. Also the manager is always so friendly. “So I went in at night time last week, and got a bowl per usual. The steak portion I got was barely any and it was served to me while the pan was outside of the dogwell, so I had to ask homegirl if the steak was cold, but it wasn't. I just didn't get much in my bowl, and I got hella beans and lettuce. Today, I go in and order - right - and I asked for queso and sour cream, and green salsa. The guy literally gave me all water - no tomatillos. So I asked him to make it over and it was almost foreign to them. I get the bowl is going to be messy, but if they wouldn't spoon all that rice in the bottom, then there would be room. I had to instruct homeboy to strain my beans, and tell him to pick up the salsa from the bottom of the pan with the ladle so I don't get just juices.
I'm sorry to have such bad anxiety, I just know I won't eat something I watched someone make wrong or carelessly nor can I afford a $20 mess. It's good tho. Thankfully the hardest part is left to chefs at Chipotle“

“I ordered using door dash. Captain Ds in Leeds prepared package my order perfectly. The food was exceptional to the point I called and personally thanked them for doing it RIGHT!Two piece fish hush puppies corn on cob and baked potato. I’ll certainly be ordering again!“

“I’m not a McDonald’s fan, but on a few occasions I will let my little one get a happy meal. She was begging to stop, so we stopped in Leeds. It was around 3:40 today, 4/17/23. The two ladies that helped me were SO pleasant, welcoming, and just made the atmosphere so relaxing overall. The cashier was just as friendly and really wanted to help me redeem a reward I had and the lady brought me my food while I was fixing drinks. Good job ladies, thank you. “I just moved back to Alabama after 35 years, where I grew up going to Jack's. It was always special to me even nowadays after a long day it a great break from my own cooking, and I would be there every day.
It is a lot better than my dinners that I cook, and I don't have a messy kitchen to clean.

“I hope this is a one time thing but I was so disappointed in my meal today. I love JJ, and I never thought I’d have anything negative to say but my sandwich left so much to be desired. No lettuce was on it and it was mostly bread with very little avocado. I’ve had the veggie many times before mostly at other locations and it’s never looked like this. Pic attached.“

But the other day my mom-in-law, my daughter, and I had plans to go to Birmingham for the Nutcracker show and decided to stop here on the way for lunch.
