“Wow, just wow! I had the best experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A on Monday when I brought my parents and we decided to eat inside. What a great decision that was. We were immediately greeted by one of the kindest souls I have ever met, Maritza! She was amazing, she showed that she genuinely cared and gave great recommendations on the new items! Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“

At the window I received a smile and great service from Tremayah. She confirmed my drink before handing it to me. I watched her recount my change before handing it to me to ensure accuracy, and asked me if I needed anything else.

My bag not only contained hot, fresh food but also the sauce I asked for (two of them!), napkins AND a straw. That’s all I ask for or expect with fast food. Tremayah was just an added bonus with her pleasant demeanor and work ethic“

“I’m not a McDonald’s fan, but on a few occasions I will let my little one get a happy meal. She was begging to stop, so we stopped in Leeds. It was around 3:40 today, 4/17/23. The two ladies that helped me were SO pleasant, welcoming, and just made the atmosphere so relaxing overall. The cashier was just as friendly and really wanted to help me redeem a reward I had and the lady brought me my food while I was fixing drinks. Good job ladies, thank you. “This was by far the best packed meal we have recieved from Jack's. I ordered lunch for my employees and everything was packed to perfection, labeled, hot and categorized. It was easy to split up the meal. This is the first time I have ever left a review for fastfood but I had to today. Great Job Jack's.“

“So I went in at night time last week, and got a bowl per usual. The steak portion I got was barely any and it was served to me while the pan was outside of the dogwell, so I had to ask homegirl if the steak was cold, but it wasn't. I just didn't get much in my bowl, and I got hella beans and lettuce. Today, I go in and order - right - and I asked for queso and sour cream, and green salsa. The guy literally gave me all water - no tomatillos. So I asked him to make it over and it was almost foreign to them. I get the bowl is going to be messy, but if they wouldn't spoon all that rice in the bottom, then there would be room. I had to instruct homeboy to strain my beans, and tell him to pick up the salsa from the bottom of the pan with the ladle so I don't get just juices.
I'm sorry to have such bad anxiety, I just know I won't eat something I watched someone make wrong or carelessly nor can I afford a $20 mess. It's good tho. Thankfully the hardest part is left to chefs at Chipotle“

After being up for over 24hrs && in the car &&/or driving for 8 of them I was so exhausted!! After ordering Nala's chicken && sandwiches I forgot to order the iced coffee that inspired me to stop && wake up to begin with!!!! I must have really looked bad off for the drive thru added a FREE LG ICED COFFEE when they brought my dogs food out!! Made it home safely so I, && my family, are oh so very grateful for their kindness!!!!
