We got it via Doordash and the food was mostly right and was really good except for expectable: slightly cold fries, one fry was the wrong kind (crinkle vs curly) etc.But the food itself was so good. I will get that Brisket again for sure!We avoid the Arby's on Flo Blvd because the people there are always kinda jerks to us. Go to the Cox Creek location. They're nicer usually.“

“There was this one girl that looked younger and she was super short with brown hair I’m pretty sure and she gave the best costumer service. She kept on checking on everyone and was super nice to a baby that sitting next to me and my bf. I didn’t catch her name I wish I did. The food was nice and fresh. “We were in town for a funeral. Very last minute, I thought of Jimmy John’s. We needed Covid freely food set up for a repast. Joe was incredibly patient & friendly. And, I was very tired & emotional. “Ignore the bad reviews saying there is a 1 hour wait.They go in at noon rush hour, walk past 10 people waiting on a sandwich, oblivious to the line, and complain when they aren't priority.They could've ordered online, but didnt, and chose to wait instead. Very rare to get a messy order and I have never got the wrong order or anything missing. I would give them 10 stars, its not easy to work fast food but they seem to have a good system going on.👍“
