The only suggestion I would have is for the owner or manager: While you have wonderful employees, the operation seems a little unorganized and chaotic (especially when it gets a little busy). Maybe review workflow and look at resource allocation.“

“We were in town for a funeral. Very last minute, I thought of Jimmy John’s. We needed Covid freely food set up for a repast. Joe was incredibly patient & friendly. And, I was very tired & emotional. I called Wednesday evening and he called me back to follow up. The delivery was freaky fast (10mins early) and sandwiches were enjoyed by all. Thanks Jimmy John’s. (This is my 1st online review.)“

“I ordered an ice cream cake on March 9th to be picked up March 14th. I got there to pick it up & was kept waiting at least 5 minutes while, I assume, they were looking for it. When they got back to me, the manager asked me when I ordered it & when I told him he said, "I can't even find any paper on it!" like that was some how MY fault. Then he asked me what kind of cake it was & said, "I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE STUFF TO MAKE!" Again, this MY fault? How? There was no apology, no offer of a cake they did have, no NOTHING! Bad karma. I won't ever be back nor will my family. I will tell everyone I know how truly awful my service was & encourage them to go anywhere else.“

Other than the wait, food was good and restaurant was busy. It was also rush hour and dinner time so I would expect some delays based on that but not any busier than other places I have eaten in.
If in the area again would eat there again to give another chance. Food was hot so was freshly made.“

“Cannot recommend this location enough, hands down the best Subway in Florence. Store is always very clean, staff is always friendly, service is fast and the food is delicious. I've never had a bad experience at this location, some of the employees even remember me and have my order started before I even get in the door. Fantastic store, all around!“
