“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

“I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“SLOW!….I waited over 20 minutes for a 6 piece combo. The fries were dark brown but if you get cajun ranch on them then they are good. Also the prices are higher than other wing places. The wings are good though. I just don’t like that the ‘medium’ wing sauce is HOT. Next time I will get the ‘Mild’ wing sauce.“

“I'd say Whataburger is the top fast food burger going. All the other top name fast food burger joints have lost quality and customer service. I hope Whataburger doesn't follow them. My wife loves the jalapeños burger. I like my food to be hot and fresh. Order on the app, and the food will be ready for you.“

“Can’t really beat them on value, food options change often too so you won’t get tired of visiting. Service here (online/drive thru/dine in) is pretty good, but it gets bogged down during rush hours, make sure to avoid it. Dining area is pretty tidy and nicely decorated.“

Came back today and I can't recall the last time I had BETTER service in a drive thru. Promptly took my order, didn't have to repeat anything. Then, same at food pickup knew which drink was which...friendly, asked me how I was doing. The food, oh the food. On point. Except one tiny thing...bacon was crisp I like it floppy...or medium rare. But no big deal sandwich was A-ok. The drink, a coke, burned ALL the way down!! My mother's Dr Pepper, same. Her food was just fine too.“

“The way that Milo's is set up now, you cannot go on the inside. Everyone goes through the drive-thru. The food don't seem as good as it used to be but it was not the worst. At the drive-thru they really don't give you a chance to finish your order before they try to rush you around to the side, I have to tell them to wait I have another order. When you first drive up they just asked you your order, they don't speak but I speak to them.“

I decided to dine in and the young gentleman working the counter was not only efficient, but engaging and had a delightful personality. He came out to the dining room after I got my food and individually checked on each guest there. I usually don't get over to this side of town often, but I will definitely be back. I didn't catch his name, but he mentioned that he worked with Krystal's and also another food establishment across the street. This man deserves commendation and a raise. “Great customer service by the young man working when we came. The young man took our order asked if we wanted dessert after we finished our meal we said yes. We were handed our cups for drink sat down and was brought our order to table fast. Young man came and asked if we were ready for our dessert and brought it to us. “The meat was cooked to perfection. The steak had just come off the grill and the rice was some of the best I've ever had. The chips were well-seasoned and the guac was perfectly mixed, too. My only complaint is that the lobby was a bit dirty and when I asked for some salad dressing they gave me a whole cup of sour cream. Luckily I noticed before we drove off, but it was a little silly.“

We had a large order that needed to be filled and they were not annoyed or frustrated like most places around here have been. They made sure each sandwich had our names on the bag so we didn't have to guess who had what due to all the customizations we asked for.
