“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

“Went to this restaurant on a Saturday the place was pretty busy but we were able to order and then sit at our table. The staff was very friendly and the service was great.we both ordered a k-dog which were excellent 👌🏾 and not normal menu items so we got lucky to catch them serving them today. The joyland burger deluxe was great as well, the patty was seasoned very well and had good flavor! I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone if you like burgers! “I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“Went through the drive-thru and was helped by Reeve, he was incredible! Visibly tired, yet full of grace, smiling through it all without a word of complaint. It was the first time someone offered to pray for me specifically at the Chick-fil-A drivethru, and his prayer was heartfelt, clean, and clearly Christ-centered. Truly a standout employee!“

“I'd say Whataburger is the top fast food burger going. All the other top name fast food burger joints have lost quality and customer service. I hope Whataburger doesn't follow them. My wife loves the jalapeños burger. I like my food to be hot and fresh. Order on the app, and the food will be ready for you.“

“Can’t really beat them on value, food options change often too so you won’t get tired of visiting. Service here (online/drive thru/dine in) is pretty good, but it gets bogged down during rush hours, make sure to avoid it. Dining area is pretty tidy and nicely decorated.“

“Went to the drive thru in Qxford, ordered two turkey gyros. Got home my husband had some hair in his first bite. I lost my appetite, gave him the other sandwich. It was hairless.“

I just don't think it's fair to charge to substitute a sauce for another. The owners of this location must be very greedy.“

“I just had the best fast food experience that I've had in months. I decided to dine in and the young gentleman working the counter was not only efficient, but engaging and had a delightful personality. He came out to the dining room after I got my food and individually checked on each guest there. I usually don't get over to this side of town often, but I will definitely be back. I didn't catch his name, but he mentioned that he worked with Krystal's and also another food establishment across the street. This man deserves commendation and a raise. You would be lucky if you had staff that cares as much as he did today. Great job. :)“

The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“

“The way that Milo's is set up now, you cannot go on the inside. Everyone goes through the drive-thru. The food don't seem as good as it used to be but it was not the worst. At the drive-thru they really don't give you a chance to finish your order before they try to rush you around to the side, I have to tell them to wait I have another order. When you first drive up they just asked you your order, they don't speak but I speak to them.“

“Best food on the parkway if you ask me! If they ask you to pull down just know your food with be hot and fresh! I like to get the lemon pepper mild and catfish . Everything is always seasoned. However the soda fountain drink always seems a little flat. Also the lemon pepper mild wings has a little sweetness to it. Everyone is friendly.“

“Great customer service by the young man working when we came. The young man took our order asked if we wanted dessert after we finished our meal we said yes. We were handed our cups for drink sat down and was brought our order to table fast. Young man came and asked if we were ready for our dessert and brought it to us.
