“This is my favorite subway, they have the fresh tomatoes every time, and that makes or breaks a subway for me. I'm not sure of his name but the curly haired guy and the young lady with the pigtails are my favorite. They are always super informative and smiling, and willing to help. As long as they are their making my experience better, I will continue to come here. Great job!“

“I try not to eat out too much, but the food is great and the service for breakfast (I don’t go for lunch) is always stellar. My favorite person to see when I visit is Nicole, she is always so kind and seems to care about what I want and making sure I have all that I need. If something is left out of my order and I tell her, she will make sure that it is not only corrected, but also encourages me to come back again by replacing it with no questions asked.. it is rare to see someone in fast food truly care about their job and how they rest customers! I am used to fast food workers being indignant and I understand they are not paid much so maybe that is why it is so common? but they have some good people at this location and are clearly taking care of their workers!“

“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

“Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“

“I absolutely love coming to this Chick-fil-A in Gardendale. The facility is always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is consistently incredible — but that’s something most of America already knows.

“First off I want to take my time to say way to go everyone at this location I had the best experience the lady on the speaker in drive Thur who took my order was so very professional and sweet and knows the customer service so I pull to window to get my food I spoke to lady at window and the lady when to get the lady who took my order I told her great job on her customer service she gave me her name Mrs Dora you know your job keep up the great job we need more people in the businesses like you my food was hot and fresh the whole staff was working hard from what I could see in drive Thur window I will definitely be going back and them chicken bites in the kids meal are a plus“

“Yes, with the caveat, bring plenty of money. Fish & Chicken meal with a large drink was $16! Also, don't order green beans - they were straight out of the can. Very disappointing.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m only giving this place 5 stars because of how amazing Crystal (I hope I spelled that right) and the evening shift are every time we come. Her customer service and communication are always immaculate 10/10 every visit! I wish I could say the same for the manager who’s there mid-day. She always has an attitude, is constantly on her phone, and comes across as extremely rude. Honestly, I’d give this place negative 100 stars just for her. However, Crystal is wonderful, and I’d rather my review highlight the positive manager than the negative! When I mentioned writing a review in the car on the way home, my 9-year-old son said, “Make sure you write that even the kids love Ms. Crystal!” so that’s exactly what I’m doing!“

“I decided too try this new location because it's extremely convenient for me, and I see a lot of bad reviews on here. I didn't experience nothing bad, my food was fresh and hot and my dream shake was delicious. I did how ever notice a bunch of younger employees in there and they were looking like they didn't know what was going on. They kept asking me over and over about the ordering screen and even sent an employee out again about my order because they couldn't get it right, but after that they understood. So at least someone came to my car to get a better understanding so I appreciate that. I will come back to this location!!!“

“Food was hot and accurate. Manager was friendly. Restaurant appeared clean, including the restroom. The woman standing at the register however doing nothing didn't even great me or say a word to me. She just stood there with a big frown on her face and hand on her hip. Also, why charge $0.40 just to add mayo? I've never been to a McDonald's that charges to remove ketchup, mustard, and add mayo. I just don't think it's fair to charge to substitute a sauce for another. The owners of this location must be very greedy.“

“The original late night place to grab something to eat at. Not many of these around anymore and well some of the locations that are still around may not actually be open late nowadays. But I still support the lil square bunned burger even when the cost has went from .35 cents each and a combo coming in at around $3.50 from back in the day to now days ur doing good if get a combo for under $10 and if want cheese then another $1 per slice.. But they still hit that spot at times and they always have had the best Cokes and still do of any food place there is..“

(FYI they serve it at lunch not breakfast.) But they were kind and made me one anyway!! Thank you Jack’s!!! But that’s not all. I go to pay for my meal and the person ahead of me had paid for my meal!!! Thank you kind stranger!!! That was very sweet!!! I really appreciated it!!!! So, I thought that’s a great idea!!! “We come here a couple times a month and are really impressed with the staff. We found out today the managers name is Byron. We just really wanted to commend him for the way he trains his staff and runs this location! They are always nice and the service is quick!“
