“Depending on what you're ordering and what time you order it, it can be great. At 7:00 p.m., I ordered the dinner special -two piece chicken. Unfortunately for me, one piece of my chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The other piece was so greasy, I could barely eat it. I ordered an apple pie and I got a strawberry cream cheese pie that had apparently been sitting there all day. My mashed potatoes without gravy and my green beans were fine. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I didn't really have the energy to take it back. I think my dog will be happy with the chicken that I couldn't eat. I think what time it is really does matter what time you order because I got the same order a few days ago early in the day and it was perfection. Lesson learned I guess. it's just the dinner special doesn't start till 7:00, so they had only been running it for an hour. the food was like it had been there all day. So disappointed. Won't be back for a while!“

“The steakhouse burger lacking in the fried onions on the burger as advertised! Once we got home the burger received suppose to look like the picture you're advertising! These are misleading what my husband and I received tonight and it was very dry 😒.. The Hibiscus Lemonade is very sour we're not a fan of that.The banana pudding milk shake is a great addition you should keep instead limited time.The service she gave was positive and vibrant.“

Every time I stop here (mostly Sundays morning on my way to bham Costco) I get the best meal ever. Guys @ the kitchen don’t play around when it comes to food allergies either, wife’s allergic to tomatoes and they ALWAYS got the order right (you guys would be surprised on how many people don’t know that ketchup or bbq sauce has tomatoes in it)

The Drinks taste right, carbonation on point.

“I typically don't review fast food places but I felt I needed to after visiting DQ in Gardendale today. We dropped in for a sweet treat only to be met with the sweetest manager too. She was very personable and so nice. It almost felt like she went out of her way, and unlike so many people on these type jobs, she appeared to really love her job and her customers.“

Her customer service and communication are always immaculate 10/10 every visit! I wish I could say the same for the manager who’s there mid-day. She always has an attitude, is constantly on her phone, and comes across as extremely rude. Honestly, I’d give this place negative 100 stars just for her. However, Crystal is wonderful, and I’d rather my review highlight the positive manager than the negative! When I mentioned writing a review in the car on the way home, my 9-year-old son said, “Make sure you write that even the kids love Ms. Crystal!” so that’s exactly what I’m doing!“

“Today 10-06-2023 went to have breakfast with my wife. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, the cashier finally acknowledged me. I tried to order two breakfast plates and she. Took only about 2-3 minutes to have entire order after making it to the window, and again that was with them being super busy. On top of all this we had multiple things specialized or changed, and everything was made correct and in the bags the first time around. All around they were killing it today!“

“Food was hot and accurate. Manager was friendly. Restaurant appeared clean, including the restroom. The woman standing at the register however doing nothing didn't even great me or say a word to me. She just stood there with a big frown on her face and hand on her hip. Also, why charge $0.40 just to add mayo? I've never been to a McDonald's that charges to remove ketchup, mustard, and add mayo. I just don't think it's fair to charge to substitute a sauce for another. The owners of this location must be very greedy.“

“The original late night place to grab something to eat at. Not many of these around anymore and well some of the locations that are still around may not actually be open late nowadays. But I still support the lil square bunned burger even when the cost has went from .35 cents each and a combo coming in at around $3.50 from back in the day to now days ur doing good if get a combo for under $10 and if want cheese then another $1 per slice.. But they still hit that spot at times and they always have had the best Cokes and still do of any food place there is..“
