“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they have a play place at this location.

“Not a huge fan of Milos. That being said the employees were nice and polite, cutting up and having a good time at work. They brought that to the atmosphere of the restaurant, definitely a plus.

Having employees that enjoy their work and work together well while taking care of the customer is a huge deal nowadays.

As far as the food goes it was Milo's, if you like it you do if you don't you don't.“

Love, love, love Burgers, fries & the tea!!! Mr. Carlton used to sell me Milo sauce in a 1/2 gallon milk jug for $2. I do miss seeing him flip those burgers.“

“Went to this restaurant on a Saturday the place was pretty busy but we were able to order and then sit at our table. The staff was very friendly and the service was great.we both ordered a k-dog which were excellent 👌🏾 and not normal menu items so we got lucky to catch them serving them today. The joyland burger deluxe was great as well, the patty was seasoned very well and had good flavor! I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone if you like burgers! “I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“Shamefully,I'm late to the party & this was my first time trying Freddy's. I was pleasantly surprised & it was definitely worth the wait. From the time I was greeted until I received my order the crew provided exceptional service. The manager with the red hair was very polite, professional,& accommodating. “The only complaint was the wait. Once you get your food, you forget about the wait. You won't get anything that's been sitting under a heat lamp! Normally get chicken but ventured out and got a catfish filet plate. THREE pieces at cap ds wouldn't equal one of Green Acres filets. Some of the best I've ever eaten.“

“I'd say Whataburger is the top fast food burger going. All the other top name fast food burger joints have lost quality and customer service. I hope Whataburger doesn't follow them. My wife loves the jalapeños burger. I like my food to be hot and fresh. Order on the app, and the food will be ready for you.“

“Gus' Hot Dogs has survived for a long time and it's because of the loyalty of the many patrons. The menu offers many options and all is delicious! The chili dog is unique as the chili looks like beef dog sauce but it has a rich, chili flavor. Please try one or many!!“

“Memorial Day, 9:00 am, several customers in the drive-thru and inside, and only 3 employees in the building (1 manager, 1 front line employee, & 1 chef). When I tell you these 3 employees did their big one, please believe me! They were a well-oiled machine, pushing out orders like they do this in their sleep. All three employees were absolutely amazing to converse with and the cleanliness of the restaurant was top-tier. The food was hot and made just right. “We love Arby's!! The only complaint I would have is that it's so much more expensive than other fast food restaurants. But the food is always delicious! And the employees at this location are always pleasant and provide fast service.“

“Always check your order at this location. I live close by and stop here often. In my last 4 orders, 2 of them were wrong, they typically leave items out of the order. Happens mostly in the mornings. They do offer to make it right but both times I had already left the restaurant.“

A spicy chicken sandwich that makes you act, look, and maybe even sound like a chicken if you eat it enough. Fries are tiny but they have sauce that goes with them. Pb and J sundae is something you would get at an ice cream shop.“
