This has been my dunkin of choice in Birmingham for over a year despite having two others closer to me- I'll happily voyage to this one since I always know it's going to be a consistently good experience for me. The employees are always so kind no matter who's on shift and my drinks are consistently amazing. I love there not being an additional charge on alternative milk as well, and on top of loving my coffee I get here, the food is always tasty and made well compared to other Dunkin's I've visited all over.“

“The line was 3 cars deep at the drive thru, so I decided to go inside to order. I was greeted immediately with a “thanks for coming in” and a smile by the clerk (brown haired guy with glasses- I didn’t catch his name). He said he would be with me ASAP. He was the only one working both in store and drive thru. I watched him make 8 drinks for 3 cars and ring everyone up with enthusiasm, competence, and a friendly demeanor. He apologized for the “long wait” (it was less than 4 minutes) and cheerfully took my order. I was nice to see someone who was both good at their job and happy to be there.
