“This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD at a subway!!! Micheal I think that was his name even the woman in there with him were both so nice and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I told him the sub I was getting was for my husbands lunch at work and he said let me hook you up and make it right for you and added a little razzle dazzle to it. The store was sooo fresh and clean. Ingredients all looked super fresh and my husband said that sandwich was a banger !!!! Definitely wanted to shout him out I’ve NEVER IN MY LIFE had such great customer service at a subway like that now I could never accept anything less. Definitely don’t want the sandwich if he’s not the one making it!!!! Excellent!!!“

“I love that’s this is a family owed spot. I am a big fan of sandwiches. This sandwich shop is an absolute gem. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding. You can tell they use fresh, and quality ingredients. The flavor combinations are incredible and packed with flavor. They also offer a large variety of options, so there's truly something for everyone, including vegetarian options.

The service was fantastic from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great experience for their customers. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which I always appreciate.

The music and decor created a fun and comfortable environment that made me want to stay and enjoy my meal. It's clear that the owners take pride not only in their food but the experience as well.

“My husband and I stopped by after seeing Eddie Izzard's Hamlet right down the street. I got the Damon Bruce and my husband got thr Hollywoo. Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.“

“The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.“

I can not say enough about how EXTREMELY TASTY that salad was! I also ordered the Cubano sandwich with the works. “When I lived in Nebraska, Picklemans was one of few favorite places to get lunch. I was overjoyed when I found out they brought one to the valley. The original Mac 'n' Cheese is a must buy. I normally get the Asiago chicken sandwich, but the bbq pulled pork and smokehouse stack are delicious as well. The atmosphere has a nice classic deli vibe to it. Service is normally good. 9/10 if you're Glendale or Peoria would highly recommend. They also have deals for every day including free kids meals, Mac 'n' Cheese, and BOGO sandwiches.“

“The bread isn't great but everything else is good. My family eats here all the time and we absolutely love it. It's like a real treat for us. We get the brownies and share them because they're so big. I'm really happy with the quality of the food other than the bread, which is actually pretty good for southwestern or mid-western bread. I do have to add extra cheese and meat sometimes to bring it up to Philadelphia quality But I'm the only one in my family who would know that. Generally speaking, everyone gets fired up when I order Jersey Mike's. This store has consistently great employees and is always clean. We were helped by Ami, and from the moment we walked in she was incredibly friendly and welcoming—even though it was during the rush hour. She stayed upbeat, paid close attention to our order, and made sure everything was done right.

What really stood out was when our gift card wasn’t working. Without us even asking, Ami took the extra step to manually enter the card number so we could still use it. That level of initiative and care is rare and made a big impression.

It was especially noticeable because we’ve had the opposite experience at another Jersey Mike’s in Surprise, where the staff seemed like they couldn’t care less whether you were there or not—even when the store wasn’t busy.
