“my husband brought home some tap n tikka today. we live way up north, so the food took quite a trip. i got the malai goat and he got the goat bhuna masala. we both really enjoyed our main courses. we enjoyed the jeera rice and the garlic naan. my side of raita was pretty runny, runnier than I have ever had it before. the tandoori aloo parantha was also ok, but I have had it better at other places. so it was 50/50 good/not as good as we have had before. might try it again, but for the steep price, I was expecting something a bit more on point.”

I opted for a large taro milk tea with boba. Just the right level of sweetness and the boba were the perfect texture. Very refreshing and cool. I would definitely recommend Boba Tealight to my family and friends and will be back to try more of the other delicious flavors.”

I am hard of hearing with hearing aids but I can have conversations without struggling whether I am in the dining room or bar. I have great service from a number of servers which include Cade (very personable, makes you feel like you are the only person in the room), Mike (funny), Frank (funny, very knowledgeable of the membership and got me known about the member dinners!) and Greg (funny). I would dine with them all again and have. The wine bar is a fun atmosphere and you get to meet others while you are there. Ciera is new. I love the trivia she brings, knowledgeable of the wines and just very sweet. Stephanie has been there for years, knows her wines and has great suggestions. Greg is one of the managers and also works at the wine bar. He is funny, knows his wines and knows what I like and would not. Coopers Hawk is my go to for all occasions.”

Despite managing a full section, he never made us feel rushed or overlooked. Quite the opposite—he took the time to make us feel genuinely welcome and at home. Chase was not only attentive but also clearly knowledgeable about the menu and options. He carried himself with a confidence that showed he takes pride in his work and truly cares about each guest’s experience. Watching him interact with other tables, it was obvious we weren’t the only ones who appreciated his excellent service—everyone seemed to enjoy his energy. As for the food: no complaints whatsoever. Both of our meals were hot, fresh, and delicious. Great portions, great flavors, and served exactly as ordered. All around, it was a great experience. “Tonight I took my wife to Brooklyn V’s at Jermaine and Gilbert in Gilbert for her birthday. My wife ordered spaghetti and a house salad. I ordered meatball calzones with a house salad.. I however, was very disappointed in the calzone. There was no meatball in the calzone. There were strips of some kind of meat in the calzone that tasted nothing like meatballs.. I asked the waitress what kind of meat it was. She said she didn’t know but would check. She came back and told me it was beef and pork. I didn’t order pork I don’t like pork. When the menu says meatballs, it should be meatballs, not pork and some kind of weird tasting beef. If I had ordered spaghetti and meatballs, would it have been strips of this kind of meat across the spaghetti something to think about?”

I ordered eggs benedict - the whites on my egg were so runny/raw, instead of ham steak they used sliced ham which wasn't even fried it was cold on top of the english muffin, the sauce was good but overall the best part of the meal was the potatoes which were warm and good., the eggs/ham were room temp if even that. My daughter took me for brunch she likes the place, I wanted to go to a diner, she chose there - I am not a fan. Presentation of the food was nice, but i like my food warm/hot that plate felt like it was sitting there before i was served.”

They offer milk teas, milk frappes, brewed teas, lemonades, slushes and kid drinks options. The place is open, clean, offers booth and table seating, coffeehouse pop music and has a neutral vibe aesthetic.
I came in and was greeted by a staff member. I informed them I needed a moment to look at the menu.They let me know once I was ready to ring the bell and they went to the back. I was happy to be left alone since boba drinks are new to me and I appreciated not being stared at I ordered one of their specialty milk tea: strawberry milk tea with cheese foam. I was intrigued to try the cheese foam. It was delicious together. It tasted like a strawberry cheesecake or milkshake . It had plenty of brown sugar boba. and the cheese foam was savory and paired well.

“On Sunday night, November 16, 2025 my wife wanted to order dinner and us a 3rd party app called InKind which has a special offer of spend $100 get $50 off your order. We tried several times to figure out how to get the discount and couldn’t figure it out. My wife finally called the store and spoke to Brenda who was very helpful in trying to help us and apply the discount. Ultimately, we couldn’t make it work, so we just ordered dinner without the discount for pick up. 15 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Brenda from Thai Chili 2 Gilbert Crossing who proceeded to tell us a customer had come into the store and told her how to use InKind. She shared this process with us while on the phone with my wife and we successfully used InKind and received the designated discount. I want to stay that Brenda provided the best customer service and experience I’ve had in Gilbert in the last 11 years. Brenda is the consummate professional in customer experience/service and her management should be very proud to have a team member like Brenda. They have a customer for life from me and my dinner guests from a simple act of kindness and service to make a customer feel important to their local family owned Gilbert business! Hopefully, you will have Kei the friendly, efficient & thoughtful server. Kei does amazing work, describing the different plates, ingredients, and sauce as she sets them down. So we started with the primo roll. This roll is fricken full of tastful orgasmic delights. 🤣 If you are on the fence, get this. You will glide thru life after eating it. We moved onto the smoked salmon pepper roll, ahi tuna, and ended with the vegetable & shrimp tempura, side car'd with a sweet and fantastic tasting tempura sauce. The food has some of the best in the valley, who would have thought being so far from the sea. However, Temari has solved that problem with fresh daily deliveries. And for the finale, Kei brought out a cinnamon pastry, decorated with 1 candle & 3 edible flowers. It was delicious. Again, this place is 100% legit with top-notch service!”

Downfall, it took a significant amount of time just to place an order for the drinks and then to receive the drinks. Received a glass of water but with the heat - the temperature of the water changed quickly. The server was kind enough to brink be a bigger glass with more ice and water. It was at least 100 outside - the misters were not turned on. That coupled with the time it took for me to receive the mimosa flights and the temperature of the mimosas- I will not be a return customer. **Update - when I arrived there were only 4 other patrons. And my food and drink order still took quite a long time. I had to ask for water glass. Then ask for glass with ice water. The bartender must be a novice - he had to keep looking at something while putting together the mimosa flight - the champagne should have been chilled and was not! Soo many issues now that I am thinking more on my encounter.”

“4/14/2024 Just had an amazing experience with our large group, celebrating my niece's graduation from nursing school. We rented the Heritage Room and it exceeded my expectations. Our server, Nikki (not sure how she spells it! I'm also a Niki and I know that there are 300 diff ways to spell it haha!) was outstanding. So unbelievably helpful, attentive and kind. “We have been going to Texas Roadhouse next store for years. But for a long while we had to send it back, almost every visit. Usually raw and bland. So finally we had enough, and tried Applebee's.
We tried the back menu 2 meal specials. I was surprised. Been going only here now for the last few months. For over 1/3 less price.
1. Sirloin flavor and texture way better.
2. The side salad twice as big.
3. 2 sides not one. They all taste better as well.
4. Bonus. Their salmon has always been awesome. Better than Pita Jungle at the movie theater. And cheaper too.
Only thing Texas roadhouse had that I miss was the prime rib and rolls. But my wallet seems very happy now. I always leave this Applebee's feeling satisfied. Look on the back of the menu.”

“My husband and I stayed here for a couple days and after trying the local restaurants near this hotel we decided to stay in and try out Brocks. Was very quiet and slow, my husband and bartender, Kody, were able to watch the game and have a great conversation while I enjoyed my very well made Cosmopolitan. We ended up staying for a couple rounds because my husband had such a great time talking sports with Kody and ordering multiple old fashions. They were out of a couple things on the menu but he gave us great recommendations and we ended up having a great dinner. Not sure if Kody does this with everyone or because there was no one else there, HaHa :), but he really went out of his way to make sure we had a great dinner and time. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and crossing our fingers Kody is working that night!”

My daughter took me for brunch she likes the place, I wanted to go to a diner, she chose there - I am not a fan. Presentation of the food was nice, but i like my food warm/hot that plate felt like it was sitting there before i was served.”

“Recently I had the pleasure of tasting malasadas (Hawaiian donuts) made by Mauisadas in Gilbert. When I mean made, I should say homemade and baked by the owners, themselves in their home. They even bring them your car at pick up. Jenn and Ray are the nicest couple. While Jenn being an ER nurse and Ray working at SRP they vacationed in Maui. After returning to Arizona, they had fond memories of the malasadas they had eaten. (Read more on https://www.mauisadas.com) They couldn't locate any locally and decided to bake their own! My favorite fillings for these pillowy, soft donuts are raspberry, blueberry creme and mango! It was easy to place my order. When placed online, you can select from many items. Be it malasadas, their unique cookies or their one of their banana bread varieties. With the Malasadas you are given a choice of filling and dustings. (Cinnamon sugar dusting, cinnamon dusting or plain.) Pick your desired pick up day and time then pay. On the day (Friday or Saturday) and time of your scheduled order, just text them when you drive up and your fresh goodies will be brought right to your vehicle. There are cute signs that mark where to park while you wait. In this local business, it shows the love that is being put into everything they do! A five star experience from beginning to end!!”

“I have been a wine member here for years. Love the wine tastings and always enjoy going in for the wine of the month. There is flexibility to change the tastings for a glass. I am hard of hearing with hearing aids but I can have conversations without struggling whether I am in the dining room or bar. I have great service from a number of servers which include Cade (very personable, makes you feel like you are the only person in the room), Mike (funny), Frank (funny, very knowledgeable of the membership and got me known about the member dinners!) and Greg (funny). I would dine with them all again and have. The wine bar is a fun atmosphere and you get to meet others while you are there. Ciera is new. I love the trivia she brings, knowledgeable of the wines and just very sweet. Stephanie has been there for years, knows her wines and has great suggestions. Greg is one of the managers and also works at the wine bar. He is funny, knows his wines and knows what I like and would not. Coopers Hawk is my go to for all occasions.”

They informed us they list all their ice cream flavors on the menu but rotate the flavors they offer in store. I like how all their ice cream flavors have fun names, they lists what they are made up of and allergens. We learned they have their original store in Downtown Gilbert.
They offer indoor and outside seating. The inside is bright, pink and gives a vintage ice cream parlor vibes.
Our favorite flavor was the Nana's Banana Puddin- it's made of banana pudding ice cream swirled with marshmallow crème and vanilla cookies.”
