“I ordered from Grubhub so I could not rate on Service and Atmosphere. I was so to see crispy tacos on menu and the chicken taco was delicious and refreshing. In past experience the chicken is stewed with vegetables which is so different than what is served in New Mexico and further south in Texas/Mexico. Also, very happy the spice level is nice. Not the typical bland and non existent heat toted as Hot in other places. Enjoyed the spicy and delicious Chile Relleno. The salsas and tortillas were tasty as well. Can not wait to go to restaurant and enjoy more food and flavors like New Mexico has to offer.“

“Just your basic Mexican spot. They are not nearly as authentic as other spots but it holds its place in Gilbert as closest to authentic.

The atmosphere is a basic set up, there is plenty of seating.

Customer service is great. Whether calling in an order or picking up, they’re pretty fast and rarely get any hiccups being wrongly charged.(only happened once but fixed no problem)

“My favorite whenever I go to any of their other restaurants is shredded beef tacos and shrimp cocktail. They make the shrimp cocktail fresh so it does take a little bit to make.

Loaded with shrimp and avocado. The flavor of the tomato broth is so good.
They do put in hot sauce when they make it. It tastes a little hotter than I like so I asked them to not put any in. Then I will add some of their green verde sauce.

If you go here you have got to try the shrimp cocktail yum. They will give you a bunch of Ritz crackers and you can dip or load up the cracker.“

We will come back soon. The service from Ramiro was super good, he has amazing customer service. It was lunch time so the service and food was fast, few tables busy.“

“Really wanted to love this place, but first impression wasn't great. Ordered food to go for the whole family and my wife and daughter ordered chicken protein bowls. Got the food home, and not a single piece of chicken in either bowl. Food was decent though...beans seemed a bit salty.“

I’m not normally a green salsa guy, so expectations were low. I could not stop eating the green salsa after I tried it. The chips, fajitas, tortillas…were all delicious. After our awesome waitress Ebony told us how much she loves the rice and beans, I tasted them and understood why. The refried beans are the best I have EVER had. 10 out of 10 place to eat. I’ve never had a bad experience at Moreno‘s and I’ve gone Possibly 100 times. Their prices are reasonable for the area. I like that their chips are light and crunchy. Their portion sizes are average. Don’t ever order a la cart because it costs as much as the meal. It doesn’t really save you any money. They do really well with large groups and groupings of tables.“

“I saw this place as I was in the neighborhood and I thought it would give it a try as I've been to some of the other locations. I got their steak potato and cheese burrito and it was a really good for a good price. There was plenty of meat in the burrito there was also crispy potatoes and cheese and the tortilla was top notch as far as flour tortillas go. The only drawback is is this place is very small attached on the side of a circle k. There is no place to sit inside you have to sit at the picnic tables and umbrellas on a patio around it. There was a whole lot of people coming and going as this place seems to be very popular. Another drawback is I don't think they can sell Coke or Pepsi products because they're sold inside the circle k so the only beverages that they sell is the horchata. And if you want a coke you have to go in and get one inside the convenience store which is pretty easy while you're waiting for your food to be made.

Parking: This location is attached to the convenience store it is not a standalone location

Kid-friendliness: Should be fine for kids All of the dining is outside around picnic tables.
