The cupcakes were generous in size, delicious, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. You can really taste the care that goes into them. I came into the store thinking I had placed my mobile order at their location, only to realize my app had accidentally sent it to a completely different store. I was embarrassed and expected it to be a frustrating situation, but they turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Matthew was incredibly kind, understanding, and generous. Without hesitation, he offered to make my drink anyway, even though the mistake wasn’t theirs. His willingness to help and his genuine kindness meant so much to me.

“Flacobrewsz is always one of my go-to spots! I absolutely love their arroz con leche matcha and their De La Rosa lattes. Their homemade syrups and unique drink creations are what make them stand out. Everything always tastes amazing and you can tell they put a lot of care into their drinks. Everyone should definitely go try them out!“

My vanilla iced coffee had the perfect amount of sweetness. I can't wait to try their Boba. This is a locally owned company and needs more exposure!“

“Daily drip is not only a coffee shop, they have an extensive menus with teas, smoothies ect. It seems like a great place to sit down and get work done, they have tons of seating. The drinks are great quality. I especially like the Butterfly Matcha and the Red Energy Smoothie. Whether you get food or drinks, they give you a table number and deliver your items to your table. It was very clean and workers were turning tables over quickly. Located in a strip mall with a parking lot.“

The strawberry matcha was good but a little too sweet for me - coming from the strawberry - so it kind of overpowered the matcha but still not horrible!“

Tons of herbal teas and concoctions, tinctures, herbal medicine, etc.You can sample any of the drinks and she offers healthy sugar free sweeteners.There are gluten free and keto snacks, kava drinks, cookies, etc.Sherry was very nice and showed us all around and told us a lot about what she’s go going on. She showed us her medicinal herb garden. I overall recommend coming here for everyone. Especially if you’re interested in alternative or herbal things.“

“Went to this place not too long ago when I was at the mall buying shoes with my son. A nice boy gave us a free sample so I decided to buy drinks for me and my son. There was a man behind the counter yelling at the employees and that made me feel uncomfortable. That was very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I don't even yell at my kids that way, especially not in front of other people. So, with that being said, despite the transgression with the one employee, the smoothie was rather tasty.“

“This is a reasonably priced bakery with unusual pastries and breads. I had the chocolate bun, coconut danish, and chocolate chip bread. I do wish they baked and served the breakfast foods all day long, as I do take out. The food is tasty.
They also serve drinks and slightly more upscale cakes.

I only took a point away as I heard an employee training a new hire and telling her to act or pretend that she was moving items around on the shelf. She shouldn't be saying unprofessional things in front of customers, or at all. If she doesn't want to work hard or respect her employer, she needs to get another job.“

“Went to SIPP (first time) and ordered an Americano. It arrived cold and I was surprised so I questioned the barista and he said they only served cold drinks - I completely missed this. I’ve never had a cold coffee drink, just assuming I wouldn’t like cold coffee but this is good, really good. I was pleasantly surprised. I’m converted. The team there was very nice as well.“
