He made sure we were served beverages at an appropriate time while informing us his recommendations along with questioning if we’d like to share with appetizers to start the night right with good conversations. As soon as we entered the establishment we were greeted and sat down right away. I love the fact that they have different waiters and waitresses for different things such as bringing out the food and pouring our drinks. Our waitress was very attentive. The only downfall is the food really didn't have much taste to it. The garlic mashed potatoes didn't taste like garlic mashed potatoes. It taste like regular mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to perfection however the steak was bland even with the whiskey peppercorn sauce. As far as the drinks the strawberry cosmo taste like a sweet Bloody Mary. “My husband brought me here for my birthday yesterday and we had a great experience! The pesto is amazing, as were our entrees, drinks, and dessert. The customer service was fantastic. Our flatbread took a few minutes too long due to kitchen error (we didn’t even notice that it was taking a while) and the manager comped a round of drinks and the flatbread. We couldn’t recommend this restaurant more, and we will definitely be returning!“

“What a nice addition to downtown Chandler! We are always looking for places with really well made drinks and excellent food. The Paper Planes we had here were some of the best we've ever had. For dinner I had the fried chicken, which was mouth watering. Skin on fried chicken can be soggy or overdone sometimes, but at Elliott's it was perfect! My husband ordered a ribeye. It was very tasty, but was not served hot, so that was a little disappointing. We paid our bill and asked to see a manager to let them know. We weren't expecting anything to be taken off the menu - we ate all the food. We just thought the chef would want the feedback. They gave us a gift card for our next visit and asked that we tell the hostess when we come back in so the chef can personally make our food. I think the way a restaurant handles feedback/complaints says a lot about them. This was above and beyond. We will definitely dine here again!!“

When I ordered the extra spicy Korean fried chicken, I received the usual warning, which I now dismiss. But when I took that first bite, I realized that for the first time, the warning was warrented. My face was boiling from how spicy it was, but I couldn't stop eating because it was so delicious. I will definitely be back to order it again now that I know what to expect.“

“First time in Tempe Arizona and this was definitely the place to go. Our server Corwin provided excellent customer service. Our cups were never empty, food came out quickly but not rushed. It was like they knew the pace we ate and timed it beautifully. We ordered a few appetizers. We had the Tuna Tartare and the Calamari, both of which were delicious (I favored the Tuna Tartare....try it you won't regret it!) I had the prime rib amd it was cooked to perfection. The knife cut right through this delicious cut of meat. It was plated beautifully. We finished off the night with Chocolate Cake, Creme Brulee, and a piece Billy Miner Pie. Everything was a hit.“
