Starbucks in Mesa

“I just wanted to make everyone aware of a theft attempt that occured this morning.

At 6:54am I parked in the front spot of the store to pick up my mobile drink order. As I got out of my car to go inside 2 drug addicted looking men walked outside abruptly & started walking outside. I got a weird feeling. When I walked outside they were both looking on the floor like they lost something.

I have a dash cam & decided to review the footage. On my dash cam footage you can see one of them walk up to my car door then you can hear a sound as of they tried to open the car door where my purse was.

LOCK YOUR DOORS NO MATTER HOW FAST YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN AND OUT.

If I didn't they most certainly would have stole my purse. I will try to post a video on here if I can.

I gave them 5 stars still cause the staff is always friendly and accurate. It's not their fault tweakers exist. They can only do so much.“

“I was sent to get the morning caffeine for my work. I never do the coffee run but I had my list. I tried to rattle off the few items correctly and get my coworkers modifications correct on drinks I hadn't heard of. The Barista (Hannah I believe?) recognized the order after the second drink and asked where I worked. When I replied, she knew exactly what was being ordered without me having to finish reading off the list. She made 8 drinks in no time flat and was so pleasant and happy. She commented that my coworkers are the nicest people and always order the same thing so she knew exactly what I needed. You Rock! Thanks for the much needed caffeine and good vibes.“

“I’m from out of the state, and have been getting my Starbucks fix here for the past couple of days. There were 2 gentleman working today and yesterday that were AWESOME and friendly when educating customers . One even went above and beyond to show me how to get double points! There was also a very sweet woman with gorgeous shiny black hoop earrings and she was an absolute delight to speak with! The service here is wonderful, and my drinks and food was perfect every single time. I will definitely be visiting this location every time I visit! “I always use the drivethru, so I can't comment on the atmosphere but the staff are very friendly and quick. They always ask how my day is, and I don't feel rushed to just get through the line.

Recently I had a barista (Sam, I think?) give me a sample of a drink they had made, and it was delicious and fun to try something I never had. When I said how good it was, they took the time to write down how to order it in the future. I was very impressed with this.

Today I came through, and someone had written on my bag, "I hope you have a great day today. :)" And it made me smile. It's the little things at this store, that add up to a big experience.“

“This is hands down the BEST starbucks in the world!!! Inflation is shit but there is one thing in this world I REFUSE to neglect myself of and that is my morning cup of coffee. And it's not even really the coffee if I'm being honest (but no one would like me without it), it's my baristas. I don't go to any other starbucks anymore because this location is home. The crew is the SWEETEST! They leave these sweet notes occasionally on my coffee but the truth is I need them more ??? shout out to Mickayla and the morning crew!!!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Gilbert/Mesa. I get Starbucks at least three days a week and there are five different locations that I go to depending on where my day is starting. I have never not been greeted at this location. When you walk in the staff says “Welcome in!” In a tone like they mean it. Everyone is smiling. They’ve never messed up my order either. I get the same thing every time and it’s just great to know I can count on them to bring me a consistent product with a smile on their face.“

“Lilly was so amazing! We were those people at 8:15pm on a Friday when they close at 8:30pm but she was still kind personable and offered some AMAZING recommendations. I decided to try one and she even offered to remake a new drink if I didn’t like it I let her know I didn’t want to do that to them so close to closing and she insisted if it didn’t come out to my liking but sure as heck her recommendation was top tier! “One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Very kind people very clean restrooms lady with red hair that had great service man with blonde slick back hair great service as well. My only bad thing which isn’t enough to give it for stars as it does deserve five stars. Is that the restroom has a locking feature which doesn’t make it clear if the door is locked or not as it uses a green or red light not really indicating which means it’s locked. He simple printed out piece of paper would help with this.“

“I got a great Las Vegas Starbucks coffee mug, I went to another Starbucks, it was all orange, and ugly. So, this is your best option for getting a Vegas Mug. They were fast with getting the orders, and the orders with the long lines they dealt with. Love that!“

“This Starbucks naturally don't have a drive through, because it's located in Fry's, but the service is excellent all the way around. When I shop at this Fry's all the time so, when I'm here, I always try to get one of their frappuccinos before or after I shopping here. Like I said, excellent service, excellent productivity. “I order from here via postmates/uber eats as a Friday tradition for my husband and I, and Starbucks is great at packaging my orders and I often have a little thank you note on the packaging that I find endearing. We’ve done this for years and they have almost never made an error which is shocking to me.“

“I recently stopped by Starbucks for a quick breakfast through the drive-thru. I decided to try a few items apart from their summer menu as I have already tried few of them before.

I opted for egg whites with roasted bell peppers, as I prefer them over whole eggs for a lighter start to my day. I also got my usual cafe latte which never disappoints. Their coffee is consistently strong and flavorful, just how I like it.

The service was efficient and the staff were friendly despite the drive-thru being quite busy. The only minor drawback was that the wait was a bit longer than expected, but the quality of the food made up for it. I picked up my order and headed straight home to have a relaxed breakfast.

All in all, Starbucks delivered a satisfying breakfast experience. I'll definitely keep returning for their seasonal menu and reliable coffee.“

I find that ordering drinks at a drive-thru can be difficult and lead to drinks being made incorrectly, so I really enjoy that I can order face-to-face with someone at this Starbucks. “Every time i come here they make my drink PERFECT. Im not a fan of super sweet coffee so i get a shaken espresso most of the time, and out of all locations, this one makes it the best. I love coming here between classes to study and energize. Service is pretty quick for how many students are there after class trying to get coffee. Keep up the great work!“

“I frequent this Starbucks because I live right around the corner, but it's VERY hit or miss! I used to work at Starbucks so I know how things should run and it just seems all over the place. They always seem understaffed and overworked. I notice sometimes they only have about 3 people on the floor at a time which can be challenging in the middle of a lunch rush, especially if you have someone who isn't adept at working solo drive. Every time I come here i'm waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive through, and even then my drinks are made wrong 1/2 the time, which sucks because I like the staff and the Manager. I hope they can pick up the pace and maybe hire more people? The reason i'm giving them 4 stars is because I really do enjoy coming here when they do get it right !“

As a loyal Starbucks patron, I raced in to see if someone would research the address so I could type into my car navigator. This angel employee went out to her car and gave me one of her seven charger cords! Saved me!!“
