“The crew is very nice here. UPDATE: Do not come here if you need the wireless internet. It has not worked for over a month. All the baristas know it (but they can’t fix it and just apologize). Doesn’t affect me but to many this is an issue.“

“I normally wouldn’t go back on a drink that wasn’t correct especially if it was a case where I have driven off to a farther location. But today, i was at work, right around the corner and had a little extra time… and this store does not ever make mistakes 9.5/10 times. Especially never my drink. So this rare occasion was 1 in a million. Whether it was a mix up on drinks or perhaps some crossover of flavor somehow, it was not a big deal. They have always taken care of their patrons and always greet everyone with a welcome in or a good morning!! And today was no different. I hate coming back to have a drink fixed but they were very ready to do so. I appreciate them so much! Cuz now I’m drinking a delicious, perfectly made decaf brown sugar oat milk latte instead of what I think may have been tea… which while tasty… was not my decaf brown sugar oat milk latte that they so perfectly make 🤤🤤🤤🤤. “After a rather unpleasant experience at Costco, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received at the drive-through. A young lady working there stood out with her friendly and professional demeanor, which was refreshing, especially in today's fast-paced environment where such kindness can be hard to come by, even at places like Starbucks.

During my brief interaction, we engaged in a nice conversation about where I’m from and what brought me to the area. It was a genuine exchange that made my visit feel more personal and welcoming, something I truly appreciated.

As for the coffee, it was great—exactly what I needed to lift my spirits after my earlier experience. “I don't know what's been going on with all the other Starbucks around the city but I recently moved here because its the only place where the workers are working and also have energy for work. “I’m from out of the state, and have been getting my Starbucks fix here for the past couple of days. There were 2 gentleman working today and yesterday that were AWESOME and friendly when educating customers . One even went above and beyond to show me how to get double points! There was also a very sweet woman with gorgeous shiny black hoop earrings and she was an absolute delight to speak with! The service here is wonderful, and my drinks and food was perfect every single time. I will definitely be visiting this location every time I visit! Jazmine took my order, a very pleasant girl with a nice personality. Very attentive and professional.

Went back to the counter and was greeted by Elena, I asked for a cup of water, she was very professional, nice and attentive; she gave me the glass of water right away.

“I was so excited for this Starbucks to be built so close to my house and it does not disappoint! My daughter and I spent a couple of hours there and everyone was friendly and accommodating. “I always have a Five Star Experience at Southern & Val Vista store. Hardest working people I know. Ellis a the Captain of the ship over there doing a darn good job if you ask me. Pumpkin muffins are fresh and my Latte is never bitter or Flat. Big Love to This Location ❤️

“This Starbucks is alright, for the most part staff is friendly. They are not friendly when I have ordered online so I don’t do that anymore. I’ve been told I’m too early, even though there is a line anyway, one of my birthdays my order never went through to Starbucks side, the woman was so rude didn’t even acknowledge my birthday and lastly I’ve been told I should’ve come in due to me accidentally not choosing drive thru when I ordered.“

“I really enjoy this Starbucks each time that I go. I find that ordering drinks at a drive-thru can be difficult and lead to drinks being made incorrectly, so I really enjoy that I can order face-to-face with someone at this Starbucks. The workers are generally very nice and know a lot about the drinks offered. Every time I have gotten a drink here it has been made correctly, which I really appreciate. The drinks are delicious each time as well. They also offer a wide variety of food. I highly recommend this Starbucks location.“

“I have been going to the Starbucks for over a year, and no matter how Thirsty I am I don't go to any other Starbucks in Arizona unless I'm way out of town. “I would have to agree with some of the other local guides, this location has become a bit stuffy. Up to and including the requirement of one person per chair. In my case, it was a simple playful opportunity with the prettiest girl in the East Valley to sneak in a quick kiss before a full hard day's work. Apparently the Asst Mgr doesn't like an amazing love story. I will continue to frequent Kissy Korner but now that I understand the stringent hands off policies, it may be a drive thru situation.“

“I was sent to get the morning caffeine for my work. I never do the coffee run but I had my list. I tried to rattle off the few items correctly and get my coworkers modifications correct on drinks I hadn't heard of. The Barista (Hannah I believe?) recognized the order after the second drink and asked where I worked. When I replied, she knew exactly what was being ordered without me having to finish reading off the list. She made 8 drinks in no time flat and was so pleasant and happy. She commented that my coworkers are the nicest people and always order the same thing so she knew exactly what I needed. You Rock! Thanks for the much needed caffeine and good vibes.“

“I got a great Las Vegas Starbucks coffee mug, I went to another Starbucks, it was all orange, and ugly. So, this is your best option for getting a Vegas Mug. They were fast with getting the orders, and the orders with the long lines they dealt with. Love that!“

(Carrie-Anne heads away from the cash register over to the syrup area between the cash register and the east door. Her phone rings, and she picks it up)

Carrie-Anne: I'm in.

(She is pushed by an unseen force north through the right window in the second set across the parking lot toward McDonald's in an identical manner to the opening scene from The Matrix: Reloaded in slow motion and collides with the McDonald's drive thru window. She gets up.)

McDonald's drive thru guy: Hi, welcome to McDonald's. Would you like something to eat or a coffee?

Carrie-Anne: No, thanks, I just ordered a coffee at Starbucks.

(She walks back, re-enters Starbucks, grabs her coffee and drinks it quickly)

Carrie-Anne: I'll take the refill now.“

“This Starbucks naturally don't have a drive through, because it's located in Fry's, but the service is excellent all the way around. When I shop at this Fry's all the time so, when I'm here, I always try to get one of their frappuccinos before or after I shopping here. Like I said, excellent service, excellent productivity. Very well done.“

“I love this Starbucks. It’s got cafe vibes even though it’s a drive thru too. I always get a mobile pick up order and my order is always accurate. The baristas are consistently friendly and nice, making sure to greet me as I walk through the door and saying good bye to me as I leave. I also appreciate the smiley faces and hearts that they draw on my cups often for an added touch of personalization.“

“Its a small Starbucks but moves unlike any other. Times can be difficult with the flow of orders/traffic but I've seen the line move a steady pace. Workers here always answer with politeness and courtesy. This is my neighbor starbucks, early morning I order online and even in the morning the professionalism is great.
