“I just wanted to make everyone aware of a theft attempt that occured this morning.

At 6:54am I parked in the front spot of the store to pick up my mobile drink order. As I got out of my car to go inside 2 drug addicted looking men walked outside abruptly & started walking outside. I got a weird feeling. When I walked outside they were both looking on the floor like they lost something.

I have a dash cam & decided to review the footage. On my dash cam footage you can see one of them walk up to my car door then you can hear a sound as of they tried to open the car door where my purse was.

LOCK YOUR DOORS NO MATTER HOW FAST YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN AND OUT.

If I didn't they most certainly would have stole my purse. I will try to post a video on here if I can.

I gave them 5 stars still cause the staff is always friendly and accurate. It's not their fault tweakers exist. They can only do so much.“

“I normally wouldn’t go back on a drink that wasn’t correct especially if it was a case where I have driven off to a farther location. But today, i was at work, right around the corner and had a little extra time… and this store does not ever make mistakes 9.5/10 times. Especially never my drink. So this rare occasion was 1 in a million. Whether it was a mix up on drinks or perhaps some crossover of flavor somehow, it was not a big deal. They have always taken care of their patrons and always greet everyone with a welcome in or a good morning!! And today was no different. I hate coming back to have a drink fixed but they were very ready to do so. I appreciate them so much! Cuz now I’m drinking a delicious, perfectly made decaf brown sugar oat milk latte instead of what I think may have been tea… which while tasty… was not my decaf brown sugar oat milk latte that they so perfectly make 🤤🤤🤤🤤. “Walked into Starbucks just wanting a simple black coffee. What I got was a full-on personality reset. This coffee is so strong, I think it made direct eye contact with my soul. No cream, no sugar — just vibes and existential clarity. One sip and I suddenly understood meaning of life (42), my wife, and why cats stare at walls. Highly recommend if you want your heart rate and productivity to spike at the same time.“

“I don't know what's been going on with all the other Starbucks around the city but I recently moved here because its the only place where the workers are working and also have energy for work. “I’m from out of the state, and have been getting my Starbucks fix here for the past couple of days. There were 2 gentleman working today and yesterday that were AWESOME and friendly when educating customers . One even went above and beyond to show me how to get double points! There was also a very sweet woman with gorgeous shiny black hoop earrings and she was an absolute delight to speak with! The service here is wonderful, and my drinks and food was perfect every single time. I will definitely be visiting this location every time I visit! Thank you to those 3 employees for being so wonderful!!“

“I always have a Five Star Experience at Southern & Val Vista store. Hardest working people I know. Ellis a the Captain of the ship over there doing a darn good job if you ask me. Pumpkin muffins are fresh and my Latte is never bitter or Flat. Big Love to This Location ❤️

“I was sent to get the morning caffeine for my work. I never do the coffee run but I had my list. I tried to rattle off the few items correctly and get my coworkers modifications correct on drinks I hadn't heard of. The Barista (Hannah I believe?) recognized the order after the second drink and asked where I worked. When I replied, she knew exactly what was being ordered without me having to finish reading off the list. She made 8 drinks in no time flat and was so pleasant and happy. She commented that my coworkers are the nicest people and always order the same thing so she knew exactly what I needed. You Rock! Thanks for the much needed caffeine and good vibes.“

“Fabulous chai latte by Cupcake! She's the best! Visiting from Canada and was very impressed with the fast service. I asked for extra foam and Cupcake did not disappoint. She took great care making sure it was the perfect temperature I asked for...not too hot, not too cold, just right! Kudos to Cupcake!“

They had my pastry ready & once they saw I was still waiting they made sure my drink was prioritized! The employees are great and so kind!! “I came here the other day literally at 6:25 and they close at 6:30 and I felt so bad. But whoever was working this shift thank you guys so much for the amazing service ! They got my drink PERFECT. I asked them to make sure my matcha is more drink than foam (because everywhere I go it’s always more foam than liquid ) and they met my needs with absolutely no doubts in their work or complaints. Usually when you request this people will say it’s hard to do that with no ice in it but this crew the evening I came did it with no problem! I also wanted to point out that I appreciate them being so kind to me especially since I came right before close. They made me feel so welcomed and I wish I got their names but it was two girls and a guy and if I remember correctly the guy had glasses. Just wanted to shout them out. Also I started coming here because the one by my house is so terrible they always ALWAYS get my drink wrong and I got so fed up with dealing with that Apache location I started to come here and they have never had a problem with making my OG drink which is a white mocha with vanilla pumps. Anyways just wanted to show appreciation to this location since the one in Apache is literally garbage don’t ever go there! I like this location a lot and would highly recommend coming here for good service and quality drinks !“

This Starbucks stands head and shoulders above other locations in all respects. They exceeded expectations on speed of delivery of drinks every single time I order from there. “I recently stopped by Starbucks for a quick breakfast through the drive-thru. I decided to try a few items apart from their summer menu as I have already tried few of them before.

I opted for egg whites with roasted bell peppers, as I prefer them over whole eggs for a lighter start to my day. I also got my usual cafe latte which never disappoints. Their coffee is consistently strong and flavorful, just how I like it.

The service was efficient and the staff were friendly despite the drive-thru being quite busy. The only minor drawback was that the wait was a bit longer than expected, but the quality of the food made up for it. I picked up my order and headed straight home to have a relaxed breakfast.

All in all, Starbucks delivered a satisfying breakfast experience. I'll definitely keep returning for their seasonal menu and reliable coffee.“

“Everyone here is always super friendly and the drinks are made quick. They should work with the new girl, Kat, on her customer service and social skills. “This is hands down the BEST starbucks in the world!!! Inflation is shit but there is one thing in this world I REFUSE to neglect myself of and that is my morning cup of coffee. “This is my favorite Starbucks in all of Gilbert/Mesa. I get Starbucks at least three days a week and there are five different locations that I go to depending on where my day is starting. I have never not been greeted at this location. When you walk in the staff says “Welcome in!” In a tone like they mean it. Everyone is smiling. They’ve never messed up my order either. I get the same thing every time and it’s just great to know I can count on them to bring me a consistent product with a smile on their face.“

2) I came in at 7:15pm on Saturday and I had the pleasure of having Snow take care of me. He’s been my barista for my drinks and also checked me out at the register a few times and I just wanted to say he’s always got a smile on his face and genuinely so sweet and cares about his customer’s experience at this Starbucks location so thank you so much for always making my experience perfect Snow! Not only does he give great customer service but he makes my drinks perfect!! Everywhere I go to get my matcha made they either put too much ice, not sweet enough or too much foam but he makes it perfect every time. I believe his coworker on Saturday night was named Brooke and she also made my drink PERFECT so thank you to both of you guys for making me happy.

“This Starbucks naturally don't have a drive through, because it's located in Fry's, but the service is excellent all the way around. When I shop at this Fry's all the time so, when I'm here, I always try to get one of their frappuccinos before or after I shopping here. Like I said, excellent service, excellent productivity. Grace and Xavier are on the top of my list for friendly and neighborly baristas (this Starbucks is the closest to my home). “Your female employee from Washington gave me a phone charger cord! I was late for a meeting, left my charger cord at the office, phone battery flat-lined. As a loyal Starbucks patron, I raced in to see if someone would research the address so I could type into my car navigator. This angel employee went out to her car and gave me one of her seven charger cords! Saved me!!“

“Every time i come here they make my drink PERFECT. Im not a fan of super sweet coffee so i get a shaken espresso most of the time, and out of all locations, this one makes it the best. I love coming here between classes to study and energize. Service is pretty quick for how many students are there after class trying to get coffee. Keep up the great work!“

(She is pushed by an unseen force north through the right window in the second set across the parking lot toward McDonald's in an identical manner to the opening scene from The Matrix: Reloaded in slow motion and collides with the McDonald's drive thru window. She gets up.)

McDonald's drive thru guy: Hi, welcome to McDonald's. Would you like something to eat or a coffee?

Carrie-Anne: No, thanks, I just ordered a coffee at Starbucks.

(She walks back, re-enters Starbucks, grabs her coffee and drinks it quickly)

Carrie-Anne: I'll take the refill now.“

“✨STELLAR, 5-STAR SERVICE!!! ?I usually don't write reviews, but the AMAZING service I received again today from Ashli the Barista needs to be recognized!! ?Ashli had first helped me navigate the menu back in October because I had always been so overwhelmed by all the coffee choices and was afraid to ask questions. She was so friendly, patient and enthusiastic about helping me discover something delicious! I had visited this location inside Target a few more times in 2022, and she always greeted me happily and BY NAME!! ?It's now March of 2023 and I haven't been to this Starbucks location in over 3 months... You wouldn't believe that because as soon as I walked up today, Ashli says, "Hi Rachel!! It's been a long time!" ?WOW. I can't tell you how special that made me feel!! ? Not only did she make my day by remembering me by name but she made me one of the tastiest drinks I've had yet! (Iced Toasted Vanilla Almondmilk Blonde Espresso) ?Her knowledge and skill as a barista paired with her wonderful customer service attitude is simply unmatched and will bring me inside this Target for my coffee rather than through a drive-thru for THIS level of kindness and service! ?I only wish they could accept tips at this location because Ashli deserves every single tip she's had to graciously turn down!
