There are some unique syrups (I had a bergamot and fig mocha on ice) and you can customize your drinks. The only reason the atmosphere is 4 instead of 5 stars is there is no place to sit inside and it was so hot out on the patio; otherwise, the decor was cute.“

The croissant was also huge, enough for two people to share. The man who helped me today, who I believe may be the owner, was very friendly & kind. Can’t wait to try other treats!“

“I have started frequenting Grounds on 2nd. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy this place. The staff is incredibly friendly to EVERYONE! Whether you’re from down the street or from Maine, you are welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly hello. There’s a wide variety of drinks, including beer and wine. Lovely sandwiches, don’t get me started on the homemade croissants :). Stop by, you will not be disappointed.

“Second visit. Too hot to sit outdoors so dined in the very tiny indoor area. It's super cute. The Chopped salad is delicious and the portion was much bigger than I remembered. The Mac & Cheese was good but not quite big enough for a meal (it is billed as an appetizer so that's fair). The drinks are good (a little on the small side). But overall, I'd recommend it and will go back.“

“So many dogs! People with dogs love this place. Chill atmosphere inside and out. Staff took orders in drive thru line to speed the process. That was smart.

We dined inside. Ordered a bagel, cream cheese, sausage & egg sandwich, americano and latte. Everything was delicious. The bagel is a soft bread. Cream cheese, whipped. All very delicious.

“First off- I never give reviews because I don’t think twice but this place needs all the hype! We got there and we were told there was a 35 min wait but we could order to go, not a problem whatsoever… but as we were looking at the menu, the owner came up and got us a seat outside right away! The service was amazing, the food was better, and we got a private tour and story afterwards. Literally will never forget this experience and will tell everyone about it!“

“I love d'Lite Healthy Food On The Go! Their service is super fast, the staff is always so kind, and the food always tastes so fresh. I love the sweet beet salad as well as the humanitarian wrap. I will say, I did try to order a hot coffee here a few weeks ago, and the employee who took my order said that they do not have hot coffee, but the menu online does say hot coffee is available. Other than that downfall, d'Lite is quite delightful!“

“Saw a beautiful fluffy ricotta cheesecake in the case while getting ice cream . Ordered the cake for a birthday. Just picked up the cake. It was a lot smaller than the one in the case. The owner and cake maker insisted it was the same size so I asked if she could swap cakes and she said rudely said “definitely not!” I paid $48 for what I thought was a cake that looked like the one in the case. Had I known I could have gotten a same size Cheesecake Factory cake for the same price. And the wait staff would not have been rude to me. BRW tge cake was nothing special. Live and learn.“

The pretzels were my kids' favorite (they come served with a horseradish mustard that I loved and a salted caramel sauce that they were obsessed with). Another fave was the lavender latte I ordered. “I love breakfast and a good cup of coffee in the AM. US Egg delivered on both. My omelet was fluffy and tasty, all the ingredients were wonderful. The pancake was superb, and the coffee was GREAT! They even left me a carafe so I could refill myself.

All in all, a great brekky place. Not cheap, hole in the wall, but great value for the price. Worth every penny!“

The croissant breakfast sandwich wasn’t bad but not great, I think it was the egg that brought it down, I don’t want to guess on how they make the egg but it wasn’t my favorite.“
