“I love the drinks that they do have! I’ve been going for years. However, I would really like to see the drinks not be diluted so much with milk even per request when I ask for extra ice less milk the entire drinks just taste like flavored milk, not coffee or Matcha. Just this month I think I’ve been four or five times in three out of the five times. My drinks have been essentially just milk.“

“Absolutely LOVE this neighborhood hangout ... and it's not even IN my neighborhood! Locally brewed beers (even nonalcoholic rootbeer) on tap; Mythic Goat's amazing coffees; a fabulous deli; kitchen producing paninis, fresh-baked croissants, and killer cheese/salume boards ... I could go on!! They have Trivia nights, the locals do Game Nights (Mexican Train Dominoes are the current obsession); there are wine tastings ... I DRIVE to come here several times a week.“

“What a beautiful coffee shop! I felt incredibly uplifting and positive vibes as soon as I entered. The entire atmosphere and aura is light, positive and extremely peaceful. “The carnitas egg bites are the most delicious egg bite I’ve ever had. Not sure what the sauce was that comes with it but it was delicious as well. The caramel latte was amazing, full strong espresso flavor with a creamy caramel finish. My daughter enjoyed her strawberry rose refresher and I went back the next day and had the blueberry lavender refresher and the chocolate croissant, both were 10/10.“

“The coffee here is amazing! It tastes great and the quality is excellent. I love their special flavors and changing menu. The service is also amazing. Today I ordered a coffee and it tasted a bit off, like slightly sour but I wasn’t sure if it was in my head or the milk maybe was slightly bad? I told the baristas and they were so kind and offered immediately to remake my drink. I usually hate asking to remake things but they were so nice about it and I really appreciated that type of service!“

“From savory to sweet , they have it all crepes , pancakes , gelato and of course , all of your favorite coffee drinks and desserts.

After only a trips , here they already recognize me in my favorite drink , a nice large cappuccino , caramel macchiato style.

I like the blueberry lemon cake.
My son loves the pancakes!

The coffee tastes bold/rich like coffee is supposed to be.

Indoor and outdoor seating, very well maintained.

“I came closer to close , but the coffee was really good! I did an iced 12 oz oat latte with maple and date syrup. There was one person in front of me that had a couple drinks , but they all came out really fast! Mine came out shortly after . The baristas were super sweet , the service was really fast, and the coffee was very good . Definitely would come by again if I was in the area ❤“

“I love the vibe here. Very motivating. Drinking a fun iced coffee or matcha in the morning. Plenty of seating. People are lounging and doing school or work. Seasonal drinks are so fun. Plenty of parking in the shopping mall area. Few outdoor seating area.“

“This place blew me away. The coffee was great and the service was exceptional. They must be doing something right because the place was packed on a Saturday morning with lots of happy customers. You can see they’ve clearly built a culture around the cafe. “Of all the Dutch Bros I've visited in the valley, this one has the largest outdoor sitting area and adequate lane space for the drive-thru. How refreshing to not be forced to wait on a main road with my blinker on, trying to get into a Dutch Bros driveway! There's enough outdoor space to actually meet people for coffee at this location! The polite staff took my order and the decaf latte was perfectly prepared. 5/5 stars“

“Lux Max Annex Coffee is one of the best coffee shops in Scottsdale.

The coffee leans more toward a rich, bitter profile rather than a sour or acidic one, and the whipping cream served on top is the real kick (game-changer).
They have a few regular pastries that are always available, alongside a rotating selection that seems to change periodically.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, providing warm and helpful service.

I swim nearby and this will be my new coffee spot before the swims. “We ate there this morning. The food was incredible. The aesthetic was gorgeous. The pretzels were my kids' favorite (they come served with a horseradish mustard that I loved and a salted caramel sauce that they were obsessed with). Another fave was the lavender latte I ordered. They make the syrups in house; it had great flavor and wasn't too sweet. Stoked to have a locally owned restaurant like this in McCormick Ranch!“
