“First time visiting Tempe- we are heading to Mariners Spring Training. stopped in to have breakfast/lunch. Omg!! so good and seriously the friendliest service. Lafayette, the owner was SO nice. food was outstanding as well. my husband had the best Smoothie he had ever had. highly recommend !“

From the moment we walked in, the service was nothing short of exceptional.
Megan, the GM, was incredibly hospitable — she personally greeted our table with such warmth, care, and genuine consideration.
Jaeden, our server for the evening, was phenomenal. He checked on us consistently, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly elevated the experience with his attentiveness.
Phoebe, our host, set the tone right from the start. She was welcoming, courteous, and created a great first impression the second we arrived.
For a Sunday - the wait time was not bad at all - we wanted an outside patio spot and we were told it could be 30 or more minutes but it felt like it went by super fast after a quick Starbucks trip. I feel like they texted us to come in earlier! :)
Overall, this place is a super solid spot with an amazing team. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“We were fortunate to get Hida for our server yesterday and she was fantastic! She was extremely professional and courteous. We had a couple people with dietary restrictions in our group and she made sure they were able to eat. She was very caring and considerate. The atmosphere was super cute and relaxing. We will definitely be back!“

“Bought some donuts to bring into work & a lot of people praise the donuts for being huge & beautifully decorated. One coworker actually said “someone should take these donuts to Dunkin & tell them this is how you make a donut”. They were a bit on the heavier side but overall still delicious“

“I got off of work, and was served by a great woman. Her service could not be traded on. She made me feel secure, she satisfied the mood for dining! She even made sure the table was good for me! I really like her, when I come in here I like to tip her because she is great, she has great etiquette, people skills, is courteous And I love her smile.She is so perfect, I love her and IHOP. Her name is Victoria.......working out of rural & 6 th street. Thank you for making me, Isaac Leon McCowans opinion count!!“
