“First time visiting Tempe- we are heading to Mariners Spring Training. stopped in to have breakfast/lunch. Omg!! so good and seriously the friendliest service. Lafayette, the owner was SO nice. food was outstanding as well. my husband had the best Smoothie he had ever had. highly recommend !“

“We are on vacation and stopped in to try this place. 10/10!!! We sat outside and the mist was the perfect touch, it felt amazing. The food and drinks were delicious and our server even told us about the rewards program! We will definitely be back the next time we visit!“

“Stopped by late at night and was surprised by how many options they still had available. I let the person working pick one for me and ended up with a cinnamon roll style donut that was enormous 😂 Really soft and fresh with tons of flavor!!“

“We love staying at The Buttes and Market Cafe is such a gorgeous place to have breakfast. The service is always excellent, friendly and professional. (Hiba is our favorite server!) We are big fans of the food (the buffet, the crunchy French toast, the hash browns), but are always disappointed that they serve (unhealthy!) fake maple syrup (which is likely GMO corn syrup-based) instead of the real thing. If they were to serve real maple syrup, they would receive all 5 stars.“

“I’m basing this review not only on today, but also the other times I’ve been here. My main review other than today will be below today’s review:
My waitress today was Gloria. She was very on spot with her service, very kind and very professional! I enjoyed interacting with her today. She made my day go better. Too bad she’s in her mid-twenties. Otherwise I would have asked her out on a date or asked her for her phone number.
The food was great with the exception that this is the second time that I’ve gone here and the eggs were a little undercooked, but that problem was resolved this time. Also, this is the first or second time my hot chocolate could’ve been more chocolate and less water.
The atmosphere was fairly welcoming. Of course I can’t control the music, but let’s say I would prefer something else. The restaurant was nice and clean today.
My main concern coming here in the past was sometimes the food was okay, sometimes the waiter/waitress could have been faster and, if I remember right, sometimes the music would be too loud. Other than that, this restaurant has been fairly consistent on doing a good job. 👍“
