“It’s a cute place to come in for skewers and beer. I love the neon signs decor. However, if you cannot take any spicy food, it may not be a place for you. Our family came here for dinner couple weeks ago and I specifically asked for the “non spicy” skewers. Perhaps some of the spices landed on our skewers and they tasted very spicy for my child. Otherwise, the food tasted great.“

“Great selection of brews, it’s rivalling The Alibi room with their consistent and high quality selections of beer. I’m noticing also a great improvement on their food menu. Everything tasted fresh and their charcuterie board was really impressive. I probably would’ve preferred they specified they only serve half of a pie in their menu regarding their charcuterie, though.Great staff, excellent food menu, impressive drink menu, terrible parking options—which is typical for downtown, but especially bad here.A great place to visit if you’re downtown!Parking: AVOID parking at 501 Richard’s Street (Lot #107?). They close at 8:00PM and will not grant you access to your vehicle unless you pay them $55 cash to unlock the gate. Awful phone representatives from HangTag. Avoid at ALL costs.“

“I visited to decorate the last day of my trip, and it was a choice I had no regrets about. At the bar, I met the nationality-same-person, had fun and interesting conversations with the same guest. The quality of the cocktails was very good, and some gave me a new perspective. Both the classic and signature cocktails were delicious. If you come back to Vancouver one day, you will be the first to visit.“
“Love R&B for the atmosphere and awesome beer, have been coming to this place for ages. This is just a warning - THE CITY IS RUTHLESS ON PARKING TICKETS HERE! There is only 1hr parking on the entire block, so don't stay for more than a pizza and a pint! Seems unfortunate for the business.“
“Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Brave Brewing, and I must say, their covered patio is a game-changer, especially on busy weekends when it's bustling inside. Opting for outdoor seating by the fire pit added an extra layer of charm to our experience, although do note, the heat from the fire does not spread much so you really need to sit close by to feel the warmth. We indulged in their signature brews, the Stiff Upper Lip and Guts and Glory, both of which were delightful. However, the star of the show, the margarita pizza, unfortunately fell short of expectations. It lacked the crispness we hoped for, and the sparse basil leaf placement provided a comedic touch. Despite this hiccup, Brave Brewing exudes a cozy ambiance, making it an ideal spot for couples seeking a laid-back atmosphere. Overall, it's a decent establishment, with the potential to shine even brighter.“

“I had a chicken enchiladas. They were fantastic. The house enchilada sauce was excellent. Top-notch food at a reasonable price. The place is very echoey, has no sound treatment and the music was too loud for the setting and size of space.. So someone needs to work on managing the atmosphere so it’s tolerable for people to actually sit and talk. Overall, a great lunch, just needs a little help to make it better.“
“Went in for a few drinks and had some food also. They have a great retro vibe to the brewery, very friendly staff. The pizza is very good and usually sells out. So if you want to try it order as soon as you arrive. They do tend to get very busy so budget your time will or just hop into another brewery for a few min and then come back. They also have cockfields on tap but they are once again. Also very sweet. This place has a great atmosphere and really good music. Definitely a place where you can have a few drinks and lose track of time.“

“My friends ordered the beef pho which had generous portions of beef brisket. I ordered the bulgogi baguette (similar to a Banhmi) and it was spicy and tasty but could have used a bit more filling. The kimchi pizza was yummy as well and was a great share plate. It's quite noisy inside and if you come after 5pm expect a 30m+ wait.“

“Strawberry Hills Japanese restaurant- Kami is a fantastic place to eat where prices match food portions. The food was all around great ?Servers are so kind and patient. There are table buttons to push when you are ready to make your order which is such a cool way to get the attention of staff. The exterior is misleading to how gorgeous the interior is. Very styled and inviting.Overall a fantastic experience and if we are again in the area we will make Kami our go to food destination.“
“I've been there twice, nice staff. They have "noche latina" on Saturdays. If you want to dance until 4:00 AM I recommend you to go there, it's located in Gas Town, only a few blocks from Waterfront station. Corona beer it's $9.75 CAD. I haven't try food there, only went past 10:00PM.“

“What truly sets District Bar Restaurant apart, though, is its exceptional service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They are more than happy to offer recommendations, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that your dining experience is nothing short of delightful. While the prices at District Bar Restaurant may be on the higher side, the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the level of service make it well worth it. It's a place where you can indulge in a memorable dining experience and create lasting memories. I highly recommend giving District Bar Restaurant a try for a special occasion or whenever you want to treat yourself to a fantastic meal in an elegant setting.“

“Came here for a surprise Mother’s Day brunch and the location is great. It’s in the heart of Olympic village, lots to see and do. The restaurant itself is really nice and the staff are really friendly. The food for the buffet brunch was your typical breakfast food with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausages, bacon, waffles, chicken and an omelette station which was pretty cool. They had a selection of fruits, and pastries and parfait. The food was just ok, nothing too special. I think I expected too much, for a brunch buffet but all in all it wasn’t bad. They also had bottomless drinks which was nice.“

“This place is the best spot! Easy to get to, always got parking and the atomsphere is chill and cool. Raj and his staff are really friendly. They know what they’re doing! We get greeted right away and customer’s satisfaction is their main priority. Food and beer are good! With some classics cocktails with some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Highly recommend when you’re in the area! You can bring your whole family, food & drinks for all ages.Thank you Raj for making this my go to spot!“
