“This spot offers a great variety of drinks, including new special ones that switch up often. Currently, I'm loving the Mango Mochi Yogurt. The staff is super friendly and dedicated. There was this lovely girl who even brought my drink to me outside when I was on a call once. I'd totally suggest this place to anyone in need of a tasty drink. It's right next to Metrotown Skytrain Station, so it's super convenient!“

“We ordered the brown sugar milk tea and kiwi yogurt green tea, which were excellent. The milk tea had a rich, creamy aftertaste with a perfect balance of strong black tea and smooth milk powder. The kiwi yogurt was light and refreshing, with real kiwi pieces and a nice tang from the yogurt syrup. Great service, quality, and flavour, definitely worth a visit!“

“A friend and I went to buy. We got a large shaved ice to share, and two drinks. The shaved ice was not something I would get again, as the ice had no flavor, and there were still some chunks of not shaved ice. The upside was that the fruit was beautiful, ripe, and fresh. Our drinks were a were full of flavor, and beautifully made. Not a bad price, (cheaper than starbucks) but still was around $5. Overall, 4 star“

“Placed an order for 3 Taro slushies over the phone, when I got my order, I got 2 slushies and one milk tea. Seems like an honest mistake (with the weather today I figured they were super busy and it was just a miscommunication) and when I mentioned the order made over the phone, the girl at the counter (who was not the one who took the order) was very kind and apologized for the error and offered to make me a new slushie per the the original order. I didn't wait very long and got the correct item. Great customer service! :)“

“I came around 5pm and they were out of black pearls and cheese foam. The lady was very friendly and apologized profusely for the lack of toppings. She gave me what was left of the white pearls for free instead. The drink tasted great! I would def recommend this location.“

“I am not sure whether they have a parking lot. I parked in front of the store for a quick stop.The tea tastes good, not water down. There weren't many tables except for one huge table in the middle of the store and some by the window bar stools. But the store wasn't that crowded, so my group sat there for a good 15 mins until more people came. The store was very tidy but doesn't seem to participate in some limited time drinks advertised on the main website.“

“Had passed by 101 Boba before, but was finally introduced to their drinks after winning a gift card. Shoutout to @sadpenguinfoods on Instagram! We had a large Mango Smoothie (with coconut jelly) and a large Roasted Tea Latte with Grass Jelly. Both were refreshing and were August specials! The Mango Smoothie had a small layer of milk foam as well, and while you couldn't adjust sugar and ice levels, it had a good level of sweetness. The cup sizes were a fair size as well for the regular price.

We found the staff to be very friendly and the wait wasn't too long for our drinks. Convenient location beside T&T and near the parkade entrance! Looking forward to returning for my bubble tea fix! Like most bubble tea chains, they also have limited edition drinks and rotating monthly specials at 20% off.“

“Updated review: Was super unhappy since this shop has forgotten parts of our order on multiple occasions, and left a low star review because it was happening way too often. Changing this from a 2 to 4 star to reflect the effort the workers and the owner made this time by refunding us and giving us additional dessert after my partner dropped by to pick up the missing syrup.“

“Nice spacious location! Stopped by when there was a 2 for $10 special and ordered the Grass Jelly Roasted Milk Tea, which is a usual favourite. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the drinks tasted great with the modifications on ice and sugar level. I substituted oat milk to one of the drinks and it's a $1.20 add-on (not cheap for non-dairy drinkers)! But I appreciated the option!

In-store, they had a sign about complimentary parking after 5 pm, but when questioned, the staff couldn't answer how to get to the parking area (off which street, etc.). I forgot to scan my rewards card as I wasn't asked at payment, but I contacted Chatime and they were able to rectify as it couldn't be added after-the-fact in-store. Would recommend! I came mid-day around 3 pm but imagine it gets busier in the evenings.“

“A very nice and warm welcoming cafe. The lady working here was very nice and gave me a wonderful cozy vibe. As if you’re visiting a caring relative. She was very kind and made sure we all found a drink we would enjoy.

The drinks are very delicious and I was very pleased. They use real fruits for some of their drinks and they were very refreshing.

We got 20% off our drinks. The lady told us for the winter months there is 20% off for the season.

I will definitely be back!

I recommend either of the two drinks we got or something made with real fruits!

“Just grabbed a too good to go order here. I received four small different flavored Frozen drinks. Two bubble tees and two smoothies. They were all really good! The woman working there was very friendly. Overall a good experience and good drinks.“

“Other reviews say that these cream puffs are made using the same beard Papa's recipe. We found that these cream puffs were similar but different. These cream puff shells were much larger and also more airy. We got two flavors. The vanilla custard and the matcha custard. The vanilla custard was delicious and did taste like the Beard Papa's recipe. The matcha custard lacked matcha flavor and was a dull green color. When we bit into the cream puff, it was so airy that the cream puff started to fall apart. There was sufficient custard in our vanilla cream puff and it can be quite messy if you do not have the right technique.

We really liked how clean and tidy everything was and that there was enough tables for students to study in for professionals to work in.“
