“Just a small Starbucks at Safeway and some staff working there were not very welcoming or trained to properly serve some basic stuff, but it depends on the day you go there.

The majority of the time is your basic Starbucks level of service. Nice drinks, warm food, and good service overall.“

“This is a kiosk, located in the food court. Although it's not a very big place, they have quite a few baristas and exceptionally quick. Although there was a long line up, they went through it very quickly. I decided to do a mobile order, when I saw the long line up and it was extremely fast as well. Kudos to them!“

“While there’s a lot to like about this Starbs, this morning they were pumping Toxic by Britney Spears and while I agree it’s a hot jam, 5am is not the time for Queen B. I used to take my book with me in the morning with the hope that I could do some reading, but sadly who’s ever choosing the music is still in clubbing mode from the night before on most mornings which doesn’t really set the mood. Missing the old jazz and indie playlists in general from Starbs which were incredibly curated and surprisingly erudite.“

“Friendly staff, good drinks, quick service.

Their dragonfruit lemonade was quite enjoyable with the slightly frozen dragonfruit chunks. Although, you can't really sip it in through the tiny opening slot.

The other white chocolate cold brew latte was fantastic. Smooth to drink, sweet but not to a diabetic level.

Overall the environment is nice and there's bathrooms upstairs too.

“I had a great experience at this Starbucks. The place was clean, and there’s plenty of parking available. I ordered ahead, and my drink was ready for easy pickup with everything perfectly prepared. The baristas were friendly and kind, and they were happy to add a little extra cinnamon powder to my drink upon request—such great service! Although the store seemed busy around midday, there were no delays with my order.“

The store's operating hours are also accommodating, and the staff members are consistently friendly and helpful. They have consistently fulfilled my orders accurately as per my requests made through the app. Since it is inside the mall, it's convenient to visit while shopping.“

“Grabbed a coffee because my friend was running late. My Barista Shela was exceptional. She was patient and gave me a recommendation to my existing order and it was super yummy!

The reception at this location was a bit wonky so I had a bit of a challenge in getting in to my app. She suggested me to use the public wifi!

“I had a great experience here. The drinks were fresh and on point, and the staff was friendly. The guy that was in charge of making coffee yesterday morning (Jul 23 around 11-1130am) was very nice and welcoming! My only complaint is that the line was very long.“

“This is the best Starbucks place on campus ( the one at univercity is so mid), they haven't messed up my order yet and I go frequently???. They can still make The ISOM with isent on the menu anymore ❤️?and they have good wood tables. The staff r always nice ??“

“Always playing nice music base on their playlist. Love the manager for his positive attitude along with the workers for making the festive drinks from their recipe. Otherwise on Friday or the weekend, I’ll find everyone is always working hard when studying and catching up with people, since this is a great place because it’s not too crowded in a large area. Even the seats are evenly spaced with blinds to pull down, in case of the sun reflecting your own laptop screen, such a genius design!

“The customer service is probably the BEST I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks! The drinks tasted wonderful! They actually care about the quality of drinks they serve at this Starbucks. I think Starbucks needs to train people at this location worldwide!! Thank you for a great experience.“

“I walked in and was immediately hit with a screeching "HELLO" from one lady. The other staff there were extremely kind, patient and friendly. My Iced black tea came out as expected, and tasted pretty good, however the same lady with the annoying voice called out my order. Her name is Kiera and I really hope she doesn't use that voice in her day to day life.“

“The team here offers friendly service, consistent product quality and that’s what keeps me coming back.They also open at 5am-6am, which is awesome.They get quite busy during peak times in the morning and mid day so be patient or order ahead on the app.“

“It's never available when you ask for a dark coffee around my break in 3pm at this location, only Pike instead. But today when I mentioned my concern, the friendly stuff told they can make a fresh pot for me. I am so impressed since I love strong and rich taste.“
