“As a person that goes to Starbucks 3 times a day and have been to many I have never been treated so well before in any Starbucks

Today we came in my drink was missing something and they gladly made me a new one and also gave me the old one since they didn’t want to waste it and the. On top of all that they saw I was having a hard time with my kids fighting over one trey of apples and nuts and then my youngest dropped it while firing over a piece so they had given my kids a new one

Two gentleman Cliff and Rylie amazing humans I recommend this location always because of you my kids were happy and I was able to rest a bit thank you“

“I come here Every week (M-F); because it’s near my work; the morning crew is SO Awesome! They remember everyone’s names; they ALL have awesome customer service; and they write such cute positive notes on your drinks! I love the morning crew ESPECIALLY Tony,Amanda,Combie,Italia (Sorry IF I’ve left out SOME people! It’s NOT on purpose!); I guess they’ve got natural customer service skills; that’s why they’ve got LOTS of regulars!!“

“For a location so busy, they have never messed up with my drink. Its one of those American sitcom cafe “where everyone knows your name” hahha. I always go in at random times but the staff is always friendly and kind. The fact that they all know my name is crazy. There are alot of amazing partners like Savanah, Cheryl and many more. “While there’s a lot to like about this Starbs, this morning they were pumping Toxic by Britney Spears and while I agree it’s a hot jam, 5am is not the time for Queen B. I used to take my book with me in the morning with the hope that I could do some reading, but sadly who’s ever choosing the music is still in clubbing mode from the night before on most mornings which doesn’t really set the mood. Missing the old jazz and indie playlists in general from Starbs which were incredibly curated and surprisingly erudite.“

“Friendly staff, good drinks, quick service.

Their dragonfruit lemonade was quite enjoyable with the slightly frozen dragonfruit chunks. Although, you can't really sip it in through the tiny opening slot.

The other white chocolate cold brew latte was fantastic. Smooth to drink, sweet but not to a diabetic level.

Overall the environment is nice and there's bathrooms upstairs too.

“Walking into the Starbucks on Austin Avenue was a really pleasant experience. The moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by that familiar aroma of freshly brewed coffee, which instantly set the tone for a cozy break in my day. The staff were genuinely welcoming. My barista greeted me with a smile and took my order with patience, even though I asked for a couple of small customizations. My caramel macchiato was made perfectly—rich, smooth, and at just the right temperature to sip and enjoy. I also grabbed a breakfast sandwich, which came out hot and fresh, a nice complement to the coffee.
What I really liked about this location is the seating area. There were plenty of spots to choose from, whether you want a quiet corner to read or a table to open your laptop. The tables were clean, and the overall layout made it easy to relax without feeling crowded. Watching people come and go while enjoying a cup of coffee gave me that sense of being in a little community hub, which is something I love about Starbucks.
If there’s one small challenge, it’s that parking around the area can sometimes be busy, but once you’re inside, you quickly forget about that.

“I’ve read some of the one star reviews and I don’t know what people expect the staff can do, Since Starbucks closed on the other side of Marine Way the one on Market crossing has been very busy, If customers don’t have time to wait do everyone a favour and make your coffee at home.

I’ve been going to Starbucks at Market Crossing for many years and it never disappoints, the drinks are great, Staff super friendly, there’s more food items to choose. “I had the best experience there and my wife and I were helped by this really nice girl named alexis. I would love to leave a good tip but they unfortunately are not allowed to receive tips. Hope they change that soon, the team really deserves it ?“

“Decent place, nearby and somewhat nice ambiance. Staff seems somewhat new (they turned over the previous, more experienced staff), and the music selections the last few visits really suck - too loud, and too heavy on the jazz-like, alternative style versions (too folksy), as though they are trying to prove how hip they are. Just make the music more basic, please, and a lower volume.“

“I don’t go to Starbucks very often, but last week I decided to go since I was at the mall and there weren’t many people in line. It was me and my girlfriend, and since we didn’t know much about the drinks, we asked the cashier for a recommendation. I don’t remember her name, but she had a Stitch character on her name tag. She was super friendly and patient, asking if we wanted something hot or cold, if we liked sweet drinks or not too sweet, and if we wanted something with coffee or something like tea or another option I can’t remember. Based on our answers, she suggested something she said was very popular there: an iced white mocha with extra chocolate and vanilla cream instead of whipped cream, and caramel on top. My girlfriend and I loved it, and we even ordered the same drink at another Starbucks this week.“

“Ok yesterday I was at metrotown mall Foodcourt Starbucks this time which I m.only a block away from the mall I always get grande green tea with 2 bags and ask my tea bags on the side this big supervisor kabayan and the server young Korean brother said that they can't give the tea bags on the side and they both said new rule
Well I am always I. This location at Highgate starbucks and never heard any crop like that ever and today I video it to proof that Highgate starbucks never use any excuse when I ask can I have my tea bags on the side they never say anything and they say sure can
This is what I expected from metrotown mall food court to stuff which I have been going there daily since ever been open including the one that was closed in chapters and the one near sky train and all know my name as BC RobinHood.
So all I can say is the metrotown mall Foodcourt Starbucks is bulshitting us or only they have this kind of rule event hough all stuff are very professional and kind as usual at every starbucks bit what ever the rule they made at metrotown mall Foodcourt Starbucks is Plain a bs
Hope somehow the head office see this comment.
Anyway I only cone to Highgate when I have painting project at east . Newwest. South Surrey. Whiterock Langley, delta , Coquitlam and beyond but now I came Here to get my teat and will go to metrotown mall food court. But will not bother with them to get anything unless I have top.

“Always playing nice music base on their playlist. Love the manager for his positive attitude along with the workers for making the festive drinks from their recipe. Otherwise on Friday or the weekend, I’ll find everyone is always working hard when studying and catching up with people, since this is a great place because it’s not too crowded in a large area. Even the seats are evenly spaced with blinds to pull down, in case of the sun reflecting your own laptop screen, such a genius design!
