“We visited the lower Gibsons location earlier today and stopped by on a recommendation from a local and we were not disappointed. The best matte latte and caramel macchiato we’ve ever had. We sat by the window enjoying great coffee and a stunning view of the mountains. Staff were really friendly and their merch section is top notch.“

“Good drinks. Good food. Location is awesome, there is parking depending on the time of day that you want to come in.There is lots of odds and ends, and cute stuff for sale here.Their set up and displays are very nice.Overall everything is good, just wished that they don't increase prices for everything in such a short time frame.“

“My all-time favourite coffee shop on the UBC campus. Regularly went there every morning for years with my fellow techs. Retired now but still visit about once a week to see the boys and have some great coffee“
“Visiting UBC, Im a coffee snob, been looking for a good cup on Joe and came across this little coffee place. Coffee is fantastic, yes, I tasted it before posting. The guy running it is super nice. Atmosphere is a 3 as it’s on the Regent’s building (not the coffee shop fault) which is in dare need of some renovation.“

“Must visit M&M at this adorably sweet and proper tasty cafe in Horseshoe Bay. Located right across from C Lovers, the chicken salad is a must try. Simple, so fresh and so delicious. What a lovely way to start your day. Support small business in BC, it’s always worth it! Thanks Marcela and Mirta 😉“
“Its one of the nicer atmosphere Starbucks around, it's got waterfront views at horseshoe bay , its got inside and outside seating areas , it can get extremely busy at times . It's got plugs for your electronics to charge here . Its very close to the ferry terminal . Staff are friendly here. Public transportation & parking around“

“I don't drink coffee or any of the lattes. But when I need to find a quiet place to work or write I usually head to a Starbucks and grab a black chai. My experience has universally been a pleasure. Friendly staff who are always willing to refill my tea with more hot water, and they always do it with a smile.
Keep doing what you guys do!

“OK so I normally would never review a Starbucks because we all know what coffee places are like but here’s the deal: this was my second Starbucks location today because I was waiting for my father to get out of surgery from St. Paul’s Hospital and needed to use the washroom, and I ordered a peach green tea iced tea. The three girls working today all greeted me when I came in. When I finished my iced tea, one of the girls asked me if I had a Starbucks card to which I said I did and she told me I can get free refills of iced tea which I did not know about. Not only did I get a passion fruit iced tea as a free refill, but one of the other girls offered me a free oatmeal bar. I didn’t eat anything except breakfast that day and Honestly, it was the silver lining to a really tough time to deal with as I was worried about my dad’s minor surgery.
Parking: There’s two hours free parking at the back of the facility“

“Honestly one of the best and cheapest cafes there is on campus! They have a very cute vibe, cozy study space, and fantastic food for a very low price! The hot entree I got is only $5, and I can't recommend it enough especially if you are a UBC student :)“

“This cafe makes one of the best iced matcha lattes! The place is REALLY busy (I usually go here during lunch so ofc it’ll be busy), but the line moves quite quickly. The staff are full of smiles despite working nonstop to accommodate customers. Took around 10 minutes for me to receive my drink, but it’s all good since it’s busy. They also have tables in front and around so you can study or chill after.“
“The egg waffle ice cream in the coffee shop on the UBC campus is very creative, but it doesn’t have much matcha flavor and is a bit greasy to eat alone. Of course, the egg waffle itself is quite delicious. There are some places to sit next to the counter.“

“I agree with one of the other reviews. This SB is designed for quick service and it's convenient for those in the hotel or the hospital. 4 stars for the food....more vegan options and organic coffee would be an earth shattering move on their part.“
“I don't usually write reviews but Sabina at this location is the best! I've been coming in regularly for quite some time because my classes are close to this location and she recognizes me almost immediately and goes out of her way to explain new recommendations to me. She is fast, efficient, and super friendly. My favorite location on campus!“
