“Cute bubble tea shop in the mall, it was not busy at the time we went so the service was fast. Very nice that you can adjust the level of sweetness and ice, it was actually my first time ever getting bubble tea and I wasn't disappointed. Got the original panda milk tea “

“Absolutely phenomenal place to enjoy a fresh handmade boba. I live seven hours away and I make it a point to tell everyone I know about this place and to always grab one when near the area. On multiple occasions I have driven over 45 minutes from different areas of Vancouver when visiting to go to this specific shop. The staff are very friendly, the menu is visually appealing with lots of options and the boba balls are made fresh daily by hand with real brown sugar. My favourite is the signature brown sugar milk tea, it comes with a delicious foam on top that they caramelize with a torch. This is my favourite drink shop in all of Vancouver and I will always go out of my way to make the stop! Thank you for the delicious drinks!!“

“yogost is my favorite drink place in the area, somehow it's hard to find one like this that doesn't focus on coffee or tea. the price is a bit high and wish they had some menu changes to keep things fresh occasionally though, although they do have a good variety of choices“

“Don’t be fooled by its modest unassuming front, Paradise Juice is a hidden gem in the Crystal Mall food court!

I always get the Paradise Special “Mango Ice cream” which is much closer to a blended mango milkshake than scoopable ice cream. I can’t believe it’s under $5, half the price of many glitzier Boba places nearby. The drink is thick and pulpy, made with real ripe mango rather than powders. A lot of times, drink places will use too much ice in blended drinks to cut down on costs but I found the Mango ice cream to be rich and smoothly blended. It’s just the right amount of sweetness and a refreshing beverage to have with hot noodle soup or stir fry. Paradise juice, like much of the Crystal mall food court, may be no frills in its store front but simply cannot be beat in price and quality! Make sure to bring cash though as they do not accept card like many places in the food court.“

“Been here since I was young and I’ve never had a problem! The teas are strong (oolong, four seasons) and for someone who drinks a lot of matcha, the strawberry matcha is comparable to specialty cafes; they also have oat milk! The owner(s)—man and woman who are always there—are always above and beyond nice :)

This local Asian chain is comparable to Bubble World and Milk and Sugar but out of the three, it is definitely the best quality and the only one that is consistent.

They also don’t prompt for tip so I hope that means they pay their workers well enough? 😂“

“My fiancee and I loved the milk tea & chocolate swirl ice-cream. We created our own parfait by adding strawberry syrup (free), ai-yu jelly & grass jelly too hehehe. We knew the milk tea ice-cream would be good but the chocolate was just as good. The chocolate ice-cream was very distinct. It tasted like dark meji chocolate. Mildly sweet and very much like Asian chocolates!! Next time we shall take a photo because we ate it all before this review LOLOLOLOLOLOL

I always come here for their smoked jasmine macchiato. Now I have to choose between my fav drink and yummy newly discovered ice cream hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Hopefully they will offer more flavours. I highly recommend using Fantuan in-store pay at Shiny Tea. We got about 10% off by using the app. Also, I would ask for a stamp card if you visit often!!“

“Placed an order for 3 Taro slushies over the phone, when I got my order, I got 2 slushies and one milk tea. Seems like an honest mistake (with the weather today I figured they were super busy and it was just a miscommunication) and when I mentioned the order made over the phone, the girl at the counter (who was not the one who took the order) was very kind and apologized for the error and offered to make me a new slushie per the the original order. I didn't wait very long and got the correct item. Great customer service! :)“

“I had never tried shaved ice until going to this super cute cafe —and it was love at first bite! The ube shaved ice bubble tea was absolutely AMAZING! The fine flakes of ice melted on my tongue and the ube flavour was a perfect flavour and sweetness. I greatly appreciated that I could choose my preferred sugar level. I also had try the chocolate flavour in the same visit, and was delighted by that one as well. I highly recommend checking out this place! The decor is adorable and the ice cream looks super tasty (I’m excited to try the Earl Grey!).“

“I really like a cafe that feels family owned, and I really appreciate the care you receive from a business like this. I was greeted so warmly, the woman running the shop made me a bubble waffle with whipped cream and a honey lemon tea, and I enjoyed both immensely. I sat at a little table and peacefully studied for an hour, and I enjoyed the ambiance. It's not a modern, Western interior. It's the same sort of vibe you would get at Happy Day Cafe. “Nice spacious location! Stopped by when there was a 2 for $10 special and ordered the Grass Jelly Roasted Milk Tea, which is a usual favourite. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the drinks tasted great with the modifications on ice and sugar level. I substituted oat milk to one of the drinks and it's a $1.20 add-on (not cheap for non-dairy drinkers)! But I appreciated the option!

In-store, they had a sign about complimentary parking after 5 pm, but when questioned, the staff couldn't answer how to get to the parking area (off which street, etc.). I forgot to scan my rewards card as I wasn't asked at payment, but I contacted Chatime and they were able to rectify as it couldn't be added after-the-fact in-store. Would recommend! I came mid-day around 3 pm but imagine it gets busier in the evenings.“

I go to this store specifically for their 桃香奶茶 and ice cream milk tea since other stores around the mall do not offer this specific flavor and the store does these flavor well.“

“I am not sure whether they have a parking lot. I parked in front of the store for a quick stop.The tea tastes good, not water down. There weren't many tables except for one huge table in the middle of the store and some by the window bar stools. But the store wasn't that crowded, so my group sat there for a good 15 mins until more people came. The store was very tidy but doesn't seem to participate in some limited time drinks advertised on the main website.“

“I recently tried their bubble tea for the first time through DoorDash, and it was pretty good! The drink itself wasn't too sweet, which I really appreciated, it had just the right balance of flavor. However, I found the pearls to be a little on the harder side. I was hoping for a bit more chewiness, as I think that would have really made the drink perfect. Overall, a solid first experience, but a little tweak to the texture of the boba would definitely take it to the next level!“

“Best hidden secret of all of BC. Tried my first Presotea in Calgary in disbelief that it would taste better than my current favourite bubble tea. Boy was I wrong! This is by far the most flavourful bubble tea I've ever tasted! Sweetened and sized to your liking. The taste of their pearls will make you want more. Definitely bringing my friends and family here. “We kind of just stumbled upon this place by accident. We thought it looked interesting and so we went in. We were overwhelmed by the menu, so many different desserts to choose from. This is a fun place to come with a group of people so you can try a variety of desserts. We enjoyed all the desserts we tried. I would definitely come back as there are so many more things I would like to try.“
