“Our grandfather took us to the Wood N Frog Coffee Company we had hot drinks and lunch. The Frog Chai Latte was delicious and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I wish we lived closer I would be going every morning before work! Thank you for the lovely experience and amazing drinks and food highly recommend going if you are in the area.“

“My online order was ready, but when I grabbed my ice latte cup, the lid was not properly closed, I end up spilling a quarter of my drink, I told both girls about the lid and they did not acknowledge the problem, just looked at me like if it was my fault.“

“Best coffee ever! Highly recommended. And the chocolate croissant is unbelievably good! Ever since I had their White Chocolate Mocha, I always have a craving for it. Staff, especially the guy with glasses is super friendly and attentive. First Light is a must try bakery & cafe!“

“Coffee was great. Lots of seating in and outside. They need to hire more help. There was only one girl working. And the gal that came in before me ordered about 10 coffees. The gal making the coffee did very good job just kept on working until it was done. People coming and going it was so busy. Whoever the manager is they really should think of hiring two people per shift. Because you did lose a couple of customers today they walked out after waiting too long. I was there around 11 AM.“

“We went to Tim Hortons located at Nordel court river road, the service they gave us was fabulous as one of the employees name Lovepreet singh was at store front, the communication skills with which he talk to us was awesome. He serves us food with very calmness and in very hygienic way.

“This is why I love Starbucks - the online system glitched and my order wasn't ready. Apologizing, they got it ready right away and then we realized part of it had not gone through. No questions asked, no attitude given, just made the drink with a smile. Didn't ask for payment, didn't cause a stink like TH's does. Love them to the moon and back!!“
“It's okay, I like this store because a certain worker always surprises me with drinks I DID NOT order! Love how crazy my drinks get when all I asked for is a strawberry acai, I get a extra hot watered-down strawberry almond milk matcha that somehow ends up having shots of espresso in it as well. “as much as I comment the staff at Tim's are doing their best when you have customers who don't know what to order or how to order! also when you have newbies they need to learn sooner or later so we customers need to be patient.“
