“Amazing food, beautiful setting and wonderful staff and owners. What a great place to eat after a tough day of biking the steep roads on Salt Spring. The fish and chips were a cut above, not greasy at all, with just a light malt batter. The lobster mac and cheese, comfort food with a twist, really hit the spot for my wife. Highly recommended…and be sure to reserve with Tock as they are popular. Also, check out the bathroom decor!“

“I went to Moby"s for the first time on August 16th 2025. Highly recommended by people I know. Excellent service , awesome food and friendly atmosphere. I was there with a friend, and Chelsea was amazing.Kudos to Chelsea. I will be back again😀“

“Final supper on the island before our journey back to the prairies. This supper was memorable. Large portions, great seafood linguine, good chowder, fish and chips and the shrimp platter. Service was great, our servers were a pleasure to talk with and made us feel valued and welcome. When we return to the island, this place will be on our must visit list again!“

“Had a nice birthday dinner with my sister in the restaurant. It's in an absolutely beautiful location in the Galiano Inn overlooking Sturdies Bay. The dining area is big and open with huge windows. The server was busy but did a wonderful job. The food was outstanding! I had an East meets West prawns and pasta bowl that was delicious, huge and served piping hot. The prawns were cooked nicely and the sauce was really yummy. My sister had a burger and fries. It also arrived with everything being hot. The presentation of everything was beautiful from the choice of the plate to the actual plating. For dessert we split a frozen custard with salted carmel and a blueberry compote. It was really tasty with the custard having a more full flavour and creaminess than ice cream. The restaurant itself is quite big and it looked like they only had one section open which was fine. It made the meal more intimate as well as everything arriving from the kitchen pretty quickly and very hot. Our server was a delight and did an amazing job looking after us. Definitely recommend this restaurant.“
