“This Brookwood location has been redone in the past bit, and the updated aesthetic is a welcome change! Aside from that, it's Starbucks through and through, grande Pike's and cakepops abound. Just beware of the parking situation as it shares with both a liquor store and insurance office, and as such can be very populated and possible difficult to navigate in larger vehicles. (But the Shoppers parking lot adjacent is an option as well)“

“I had a great experience at this location’s drive-thru! The associate that helped that morning was Cristy, they made me feel welcomed and had my order prepared efficiently. I will definitely be going back and would recommend to other people!“

“This location was the only one open on Christmas Day, so naturally the store/drive-thru/parking lot were a bit of a gong show. However, the staff NAILED it! I was in the store for over an hour and saw them receive some serious attitude from patrons. They were calm and kind to everyone, and did a great job organizing the crowd and the orders.“

“My orders are perfect every time, got a Grande Mocha Cookie Frappe with Ex cookie crumble and mocha sause with 3 white mocha with Heavy Cream.
And I got that extra and it was perfect.

Since there is nowhere on the app to make special requests, I always call and RACHELLE - this girl- makes my day.
