Starbucks in Langley

“This Starbucks is large and has a drive through. Unfortunately, they have taken the bizarre step of removing all the tables and chairs from the lobby and the patio. A Starbucks without anywhere to sit and enjoy your coffee is a disappointment to me. They have also removed the customer restroom. The staff are good. The coffee is as you’d expect.“

“We come here all the time, staffs are always phenomenal here. The drinks here are always consistent, once in a long while there will be bad days but human errors do happen but they make it up and make us a new drink. We like the atmosphere here, always good for chatters and the place is always tidy.“

“This location was the only one open on Christmas Day, so naturally the store/drive-thru/parking lot were a bit of a gong show. However, the staff NAILED it! I was in the store for over an hour and saw them receive some serious attitude from patrons. They were calm and kind to everyone, and did a great job organizing the crowd and the orders.“

“My mother had a specific beverage she wanted but could not recall the name. We made an error with the order, but the female barista patiently listened and crafted the drink based on my mother's description. I want to take this opportunity to send her a BIG THANK YOU. You totally made our day, and I want to thank you for your excellent customer service.“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. It’s fairly large with lots of new tables and I love the cool wood treatment at the bar. The bathrooms are very clean and they have a code locked door to keep it from being abused. My only complaint is that the service can be slow at times because of mobile and large takeout orders that seem to come in often. The baristas are always friendly helpful. Keep up the great work 👍☕️❤️“

“Thanks to Oash(If I remembered his name right.)! I was in drive thru lane earlier today ordering 6 drinks and unfortunately I made a silly mistake. I thought I ordered hot drinks but it came into iced ones. ( Yes, I have to admit that I’m getting old.) So I asked him if I could get half hot and half iced. He quickly checked with his staff around and he made a perfect correction for me. Thank you so much for your professional assistance. I could see he tried not to make me feel dumb or burdened.
