“Just wanted to congratulate the workers that were working during the day on November 27th. I don’t usually review bad customer service but I will admit I’ve had questionable customer service and food quality (drinks just tasted way different than other locations) here but the workers today were super nice and attentive and friendly and the drink was definitely made with love and care because it tasted amazing and not so carelessly made like some of the times I’ve been here. The ladies (and one man) working today were also very efficient, more so than I’ve seen in the past. The wait was still a bit long, but I don’t mind since there’s always only 2-3 people running the whole shop, but if you’re the girl with the glasses and dark brown hair working, your drink rocks! I was very pleased :) Hope you get all the things you want in life!“

“I had just walked 18km and was needing a coffee and sitdown. I came across a Tim Hortons, and I thought, mmm, I'd rather have Starbucks. So, I checked and found one 1.5 km away, I kept walking. I got myself my favourite coffee, Decaff Americano Misto with oat milk and sat in a comfy chair, it was worth the walk.“

“Hoping this review is for this particular location on Metral Nanaimo. Went this eve with my young daughter for a special drink. The two young ladies working that night went over the top to make our short visit there and our order really special. They made some fun suggestions and even created a special addition to my daughters drink creating something really cool for her to enjoy. This is what customer service should be and these two deserve a raise for being so client centered and cheerful in their work.“

Also some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. These two deserve a raise. The are model employees with a up beat friendly attitude that makes coming to the location fun.
