Yuzu ice cream (from daily special) - I personally loved this one, it was fragrant, light and refreshing, perfect for ending off a carb heavy meal

“We randomly came across this place, while going to a restaurant across the road. The curb appeal looked very fun and exciting, so we decided to try it out. The mango shaved ice drink, with tapioca and condensed milk is absolutely amazing. Everytime we come to Vancouver from the island, Mango Yummy is a place that we HAVE to stop at. I may have sat in the parking lot to drink my first, then went in again, to get a second for the ride back to the ferry today!! The only bad thing, is that there is not a Mango Yummy in every city!.....I may have an addiction 😉 if you haven't tried it, you are definitely missing out! 🥭🥭“

Pricing is a little pricey but I still blame this on post pandemic pricing.“

“I tried their Signature Fruit Tea, and added Coconut Jelly. The tea was really good, the price for the drink was reasonable, the service was fast and they were polite and friendly when taking the order. The design on their cup is lovely and nice as well.“

It was pleasure for me every morning enjoy fresh coffee and few minutes ago baked apple pies.

It good that they have lunch as well as a soup or nice rich chilli)

“I’m always very satisfied every time I visit Happy Break Coffee! This cozy, family-owned restaurant has become one of my favorite spots. “Asian breakfast of champions. They have a grilled cheese and apple sandwich that is quite unique and tasty as it's both sweet and salty. Their club house sandwich was also pretty good. Many layers in the sandwich. Heavily buttered toast. Last, the red bean ice cream drink was rich and nutty from the beans. Yum. For take out, it was packaged well but not cheap.“

Tried mango milk tea and it was tasty + quite sweet (we asked for less).
There are a few tables to sit at and wasn’t very busy on a weekend.
