“The soup broth here is delicious and high quality tasting. We tried the pork rib and the century egg and cilantro broth and both had plenty of ingredients and rich flavour. Would recommend getting the sauce bar option for $3.99 more as it includes fruit, some sides like edamame and pickled radish, as well as the sauces. They have complimentary hair ties that are very thin but work. Wish they had ayce all the time but it’s only limited hours and when we went, it was a la carte. It’s still pretty good but not as amazing as Hai di Lao in terms of a la carte hot pot.“

“I stopped by here for takeout on an off hour when I was passing through the area and was pleasantly surprised. I tried the buldak with cheese and soya / sausage and veggies and both were good. The buldak wasn’t particularly spicy, so if you want it hot it’s probably worth asking for that. For drinks they have Cass (which is great since Terra has been taking over North America), makgeolli, and soju.

Staff are super nice, even when someone randomly stops in for take out and grabs a drink while waiting (Thanks so much!). The space is small/cozy and tucked away on the second floor, and it has good ventilation and wasn’t smoky at all.

I saw a few other reviews mention portion size. I agree it’s not massive, but most of this food is really filling and for the price and quality I think it’s a great deal. I certainly wouldn’t have wanted any more. I almost passed this place up because the name left me wondering if it was Korean, Japanese, or some weird fusion of the two. Glad I didn’t!“

“This was my first taste of Indo-Chinese food, and I was delighted. We shared a number of plates family-style and everything hit the mark. The steamed goat momos and chicken curry were standouts, but I’m sure you can’t go wrong with anything here. The owner, Sharvan, is an absolute sweetheart along with his wife, Hannah, who’s tremendously talented in the kitchen. Will absolutely be coming back!“

“This Korean restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! Their Korean fried chicken is a must-try — perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce strikes just the right balance between sweet and spicy. The other dishes, like the stone pot bibimbap, were also full of flavor and very satisfying.

One of the highlights was the unlimited refills of side dishes. There was a great variety — including kimchi and seaweed salad — all fresh and delicious. It really adds to the value and overall experience.

The restaurant is clean and cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual meals and group gatherings. The manager was exceptionally friendly and attentive, checking in with customers and making us feel at home. “This is a beautiful space with unparalleled views. Our seafood was very fresh and desert was on point. While our server was friendly, she disappeared for long periods of time, so service was spotty. Music was great but the acoustics magnified other diners conversation making for a loud atmosphere. This was especially true because there was a large family with four young children who were being allowed to run amongst the tables playing while their parents dined. This was disturbing the experience of other diners. I don't mind children, but I e never seen this in a nice restaurant. I would eat here again when overnighting at Vancouver airport, just adjust expectations.“

Food is overall very good, I like the sushi, sashimi, BC rolls, salad, chicken teriyaki, futomaki, tempura, and ice cream. “Joe and the Juice is a great European chain that I always enjoy visiting. Their juices are fresh and delicious, and their sandwiches are just as good. I only wish they had more locations outside of the airport, because I would definitely be a regular customer.
