“This Timmy's has the most confusing line up. There are no arrows to clearly direct you to the order area. People walk up to the counter and start ordering while you are standing in a line on the side.
Please change or get new signs. Put arrows to direct your customers to the line up.“

“This is literally the only Tim Hortons location I have been to that has such polite and wonderful staff, always smiling always so friendly usually the same girls in the mornings and a younger gentleman. They have never got my order wrong thus far and I visit 4/5 times a week. Its always clean and welcoming I would go out of my way just to come to this location just because everyone is so friendly.“

“This gets a 5 star compared to other Tim's, I stop by a bunch for work and this one every morning I'm here my order is done fast, the staff are polite and efficient, usually a table to grab, and the make the food we'll. Some places I stop by can't even make a bagel. Always glad when I work by this area.“

“I have been a regular at this Tim Horton’s since I work in the mall and this is the first stop that I have after leaving home. While the staff in general is nice and just gets their job done I just wish that Cynthia is the one who helps me out. She’s such a nice and friendly lady and everytime a person orders from her they leave with a smile. “I have never had any issue at the store in the last 6 years. Very friendly staff, and always best quality food and drinks. But recently, the store stopped buying almond milk. And this has been happening for months now. I kept coming and asking for months because I like to take my coffee only with almond milk from my favorite store. “Wow! It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Tim Hortons and left happy!

I went through drive thru today and the lady over the speaker was extremely polite and friendly. For once I didn’t feel rushed! I got a coffee and a grilled cheese, I was asked to pull forward which I’m totally okay with. The grilled cheese came about 4 minutes later and it was the most perfect one I’ve ever had. It was hot, fresh, super cheesy. I was a happy girl after a long work day.

10/10 would recommend this Tims over any of the others in the area!! Keep up the good work!“

“This Tim Hortons is usually really busy, but the staff works efficiently to take orders and prepare food in a timely manner. This is in vast contrast to the UBC Tims near the Walter gage residence. Per my previous review, my boyfriend and I waited an ungodly amount of time for a bagel and breakfast sandwich. For the amount of traffic they get, one would think they would prepare accordingly, like the KPU Tim’s has done. 5 stars all around!“

“Came here yesterday morning as a request from my son. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful especially because it was our first time. The coffee tastes great and we enjoyed the pastries they offered. Definitely better than Starbucks. We were told it’s the Starbucks of Canada and we all disagree with that comment.“

Despite the place being busy, she took her time to get my order right, and when she spilled my drink all over the lid and counter.. she actually wiped the counter right away and changed the order, wiped the lids again . I was expecting as usual to receive the dirty lids with the drink but not this time.. thankyou! She deserves the recognition.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons in Langley beside Fraser Hwy with three other families with kids. We had a wonderful time there. The place is clean and cozy, with a very good modern interior. The food is very good as usual, especially the coffee, sparkling ginger quencher, and donuts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to spend quality time with friends and family. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the parking lot is a bit small and crowded. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot.“
