“We are proud members of Samsara and love it so much! It’s fun that they have tasting rooms both here at home in Goleta and also in Los Olivos if we want to take a little jaunt into the valley. The wine is exceptional, especially the pinots. The folks at Samsara are such lovely people - Julie, Jack and Genevieve are especially kind and we love seeing them! The programming at the Goleta location is great (bands come to play, etc). Plus, there is a woman at the LO location who brings her guitar and plays/sings! What’s not to love about a free concert?!

The value is incredible. We have gifted membership to our parents in NYC and they also loved it.

Oh, and they’re super dog friendly! Our dog Pismo loves to hang out there, and everyone is so kind about his antics.“

“I was in the greater Santa Barbara area for 6 days and found this place tucked in a neighborhood just off the 101 in Goleta. We enjoyed several breakfasts here and never had a bad dish. They're open for lunch and dinner too with a mix of traditional american diner dishes as well as some mexi-cali dishes. They'll also deliver your food to the bar at the end of the strip mall. They have some tables out front on the patio and a nice sized dining room inside. Glad we found it, as it saved us a bunch on money over the resort food prices where we were staying.“

“Family owned taste of New Orleans Restaurant. From Catfish Po-boys to King cakes. What a great find for when you want some great Cajun food. Run by a mother father and daughter trio. Was told they do live music and we're even having a Mardi Gras celebration. We ordered takeout and I will say after eating our meal this will definitely become one of our go-to restaurants.“

“This place is awesome. All the Dune's are awesome really. Can't go wrong at any of them. In my experience, this Dune has the most "interpersonal" customer service. For example, they have consistently asked about my day, etc., or made small talk that goes a bit beyond the basic kindness you'd get at any of the other Dune's. Basic kindness, as in, they are really friendly there, either way, during your transaction, but this Dune seems to do a little extra with customer interactions. The coffee (what I usually order; e.g. lattes) are excellent.“

“Not a super big fan of beer so didn’t have many choices. However, I have many friends who enjoy the drinks here. I tried the Michelada and it was NOT good. They do have a great Mexican food truck that we love! They have vegan options which is a plus! Monday trivia is really fun!“

“The Natural Café is one of my favorite spots for a healthy, delicious lunch in Goleta/Santa Barbara. I love their tuna fish sandwich and vegetable lasagna. Both are fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. You can sit inside or enjoy the outdoor seating, which is perfect on a beautiful day. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and a wonderful place to stop for lunch. Highly recommend!“

“The coffee is very good although sometimes it is not as hot as I would like. The atmosphere is decent, sometimes you get people having a loud zoom meeting with no headphones on which isn't really dune's fault but it can be obnoxious. Judging on flavor alone it's probably my favorite coffee around.“

“what a gem! we’ve been to their food trucks at a variety of Santa barbara events but this was our first time going to their location at Santa barbara cider house and it did not disappoint. Food is fresh tasting and full of unique flavors. environment is laid back and fun for families. eventually music started playing too! didn’t know they had this location and am so glad. their entire menu is delicious! we will be back many more times!“

“Drinks are great! The boba is garbage: it ain’t chewy enough, it’s nearly flavoreless, and it feels like you’re swallowing/drinking jelly. These black balls ain’t it and believe me I’ve had my fairshare of black balls before.

Black balls tangent aside, the drinks are solid although price gouged. I don’t blame them though ‘cause have you seen the surrounding real estate? You ain’t surviving selling $5 boba drinks.

Anywho this could easily be a 5-star place if they could get the texture of the boba right. Perchance.“

“Busiest donut shop in the world ..full of college kids. I mean packed but very quiet. Very well behaved..to the owner probably best quality donuts ive ever tasted ! Not doughy and rubbery or greasy ..bursting with flavor ! I had the raised top shelf and the banana cream pie. Ate it the next afternoon. Tasted like just made unreal Flavor !!“

Walk up and order your choice of chicken or Tri-Tip in several options: 1/4, 1/2 or a pound. I got 1/4 pounds of Tri-Tip with corn tortillas, rice and beans.
Tri- Tip was tender and juicy in a tortilla with pickled onions and salsa.“

“Christmas Eve lunch buffet had an excellent selection, but like most buffets the food started tasting the same. Naan bread was not made readily available with buffet food. If the restaurant is planning to close at 2:30pm, they should stop taking reservations at 1:30pm and not take them all the way to 2:30pm. My mistake was to make reservations for 2:00pm and only had a rushed 30 min timeframe to eat before the buffet + dessert + tea was removed.“

“We were looking for coffee and breakfast to go. The staff consisted of two lovely UC Santa Barbara students. The espresso and cappuccinos were wonderful, and they agreed to put smoked salmon on their toast with cream cheese, cucumber, and dill, which was delicious. It fully not our needs. The place is clean and while lighted. You can’t go wrong.“

“Staff was kind and clearly loved their business. The food was super tasty and the portions were hugeeee. We got the udon noodles and only were able to eat half the dish so I also get a tasty treat tomorrow. The atmosphere was awesome and the service was insanely quick especially for a busy day. Would recommend I will definitely be coming back.“
