“What an amazing night at Chez Mansour! We went to watch Terga Group, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The music was incredible, the ambiance was vibrant and welcoming, and the food was delicious.

On top of that, the owner is extremely kind and made us feel right at home. You can really feel the passion and care behind this place. A perfect spot for a great evening with live music, good vibes, and amazing food.

“This Turkish restaurant is outstanding in all aspects! Our dinner consisted of the Meze Combo, which is an excellent selection of their fabulous appetizers, the Lamb Shish Kebab, with lamb that was cooked to perfection, and the Adana Kebab, which was a fine mixture of lamb and beef in a slightly spicy combination. The waiter was very polite and extremely friendly and welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. We thoroughly appreciated his recommendation of the baklava to compliment the excellent meal we had. It had just the right amount of sweetness and a wonderful blend of walnuts and spices. Due to the meal being so exceptional, we came back the next morning for an outstanding breakfast!!! We had the Menemen (Shaksouka) and the American Breakfast. And finished it off with a bowl of their Sutlac - the creamy rice pudding! Delicious indeed! Great waitstaff at both meals! I spent a long time enjoying my dinner because the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming which makes it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. I really loved the mixed grill platter and the cold appetizers were so fresh and flavorful that they reminded me of some of the best meals I have had while traveling. The quality of the ingredients is top notch and you can tell that the chefs take a lot of pride in keeping the recipes authentic and true to their roots. I noticed that the staff are incredibly friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need while explaining the different dishes on the menu with a lot of passion. Even though it is a very popular place for locals the service felt very personal and I never felt rushed during the entire evening. It is a fantastic destination if you are looking for real comfort food and the Turkish tea at the end of the meal was the perfect way to finish a great experience. I will definitely be returning here soon because the entire menu looks so delicious and I want to try every single dish they offer.“

“This place is delicious. I live in Berkeley and it has kinda ruined to other kebab places for me. It is so flavorful and good. I do take away, as they don't serve beer and the atmosphere is very casual but there are plenty of seats ant tables.“

“I go here often and keep waiting for it to be a bad experience — it never is. Only pointer is to put in your order if you’re in a crunch for time, but trust it’s worth the wait! I’ve tried a couple of their sandwiches and all are delicious. My favorite is the cappicola. Can’t recommend enough!“

“Drove up from San Jose to meet with out of state family and this was recommended. Beautiful atmosphere, fantastic service, and decent pricing. Many great, delicious choices and all with good size portions.
You can eat outdoors or inside comfortably.
Other restaurant owners should send a couple of spies over to observe and understand why a great and friendly restaurant such as Zut! Is always busy with happy customers.
Parking can be an issue on weekends due to that Berkeley area being so popular, but

“Super yummy hummus plates, falafel, kebabs and salads. Found this gem while on a walk in China town. Not easy to find, but once you know where to find it you will come back again and again. Sooooo good.“
