“You know what. I love Sushi and I’ve traveled around trying many sushi restaurants trying to find unique quality sushi restaurants that have that flare to make you want to come back again and again. I found that this Sushi restaurant was one of those I would visit again. You know what sets it apart. Is the sushi guys at the sushi bar that welcome you in and make sure to say goodbye on your way out. Not only is there a great greeting, but the service is great too. Even though they are small they pumped out the orders with great speed and finesse. Also, they have very unique sushi rolls that I haven’t seen at most sushi bars. As a sushi enthusiast, it fabulous to find new rolls to try and of course stick with the occasional favorites. Thanks again for the great food and we hope to visit you once again when we are back in town.“

“Omeli Kitchen is my happy place! Every time I go, it's a flavor explosion. The lomo salteado is a guaranteed winner—it's never let me down. And the shaken beef? Seriously, it's so good it should be illegal. This cozy spot might only have 10 tables, but they get the food to you lightning fast. It's a must-have on our regular rotation.“

“We went here for a family breakfast while on vacation based on the other reviews and were not disappointed with the food at all! The chilaquiles great! Burritos are yummy and remain HOT, (be careful not to burn your tongue). Plus their special sauce is yummy and adds a kick! Veggie omelette and fresh fruit were also delicious. We have mixed reviews on the coffee (they do have a proper espresso machine) but overall it was definitely an enjoyable dining experience, especially since the staff were so friendly and attentive. We would recommend The Brunch Cafe for sure!“

“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? “Shout out to Baran Mediterranean restaurant. We had a superbowl/ 50th birthday party yesterday and everything was literally perfect. Food/staff/ decorations/ cake, everything was perfect. There's nothing I would change or do differently. We had a party of 80 and everyone has been texting today saying how good the food was. Go try them out, you won't regret it. Owners are pretty amazing too, super friendly and down to earth. Thank you Baran!!!!❤️“

“Great little hidden gem of a resturaunt. food is always delicious with plenty of options to suit just about anyone's tastes. owners are very nice and do a wonderful job managing and maintaining the quality of food. atmosphere is more of a modern Cafe feel than traditional of the culture and the fox theme is absolutely adorable. I highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a nice little place with traditional flavors and modern twists. We will be returning again soon to done among the foxes!“

Orders came very quickly and each order was enough for 4 people to share. But it didn’t come with rice. We had to order it. Shrimps from two orders were very big and fresh. Northern Thai Khad soi chicken curry was very tasty.
Staff was very friendly but maybe it was during lunch hours was a bit of noisy. Not easy to talk.“

They make their own pies so make sure you check the board on the wall for what is available. If you are really hungry check out the breakfast burger.“

We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. “Thai Town in downtown Orange is a solid spot for Thai food with a chill, laid-back vibe that makes the experience worth the visit. I went with some friends and we shared an order of the Pad Thai noodles with chicken, house fried rice with tofu, and yellow curry with chicken and potatoes. The food overall was decent and satisfying. The Pad Thai had a nice, slightly sweet flavor and was cooked just right—classic comfort food with tender pieces of chicken mixed in. The fried rice with tofu was simple but tasty, with a good texture and well-balanced seasoning that didn’t overpower. The yellow curry was creamy and mild, featuring long pieces of chicken and potatoes that soaked up the rich coconut flavor nicely. The chicken was tender the potatoes were very firm.

Inside, the restaurant has a clean and casual feel—nothing fancy, but comfortable and easy to relax in. The real bonus, though, is the atmosphere outside. Downtown Orange has a super chill vibe, and it adds a lot to the experience. Whether you're eating inside and stepping out afterward or grabbing takeout to enjoy nearby, the location makes a difference.

“I came here on a cloudy Sunday and was immediately greeted and got a seat right away. I ordered the deluxe mazemen with the pork belly and it was delicious mixture of different savory textures and flavors. I definitely liked it more after adding a bit of the white vinegar to cut through some of the richness. I also had the yuzu sour, which if you know me, I love the yuzu like waking up and having no work that day. The yuzu sour was refreshing, not too sweet, and tasted like one of the bottled yuzu sodas out there. If I'm in the area after hitting some golf balls I'll come back.“
