“This is my go to chicken pho spot. It’s not overly busy like their main location in little Saigon. The spicy chilli sauce they have is really good if your into that stuff and if you’re not feeling like pho you can order their fried chicken leg which is super crispy that is also served up with fried chicken skin which is addicting. Just remember they are closed on wednesdays.“

“This place seriously delivered. We ordered the shrimp pho, beef vermicelli, a shrimp and veggie dish with rice, taro milk tea with jelly, fried egg rolls, and shrimp spring rolls. Everything was fantastic. The shrimp spring rolls were a bit on the smaller side, but still super fresh and tasty.
Customer service was warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated that they had gluten-free soy sauce for us gluten-free baddies 🙌
The space itself is tight. Tables are small and close together, but it added a kind of street-side charm. Felt like I got a mini taste of what dining in Vietnam might be like. Cozy, vibrant, and all about the food.
The only thing I didn’t love was the bathroom situation since you have to walk around the back to get to it. The location is also right next to a laundromat, so it’s not the most glamorous setting. But honestly, once the food hit the table, I didn’t care.
Would absolutely go back.“

“The dining experience at Pho Vina was wonderful. As I've mentioned before, Pho is my ultimate comfort food. I love randomly searching for Vietnamese noodle shops in LA to satisfy my cravings. Vina is exactly what I was looking for—you don't need top-tier, luxurious décor, the fanciest cutlery, or complicated culinary techniques. When that bowl of Pho is placed in front of me, a single sip of the broth is enough to fill me with happiness, and Vina gave me that feeling.
I also ordered the Chicken Skewers; the portion was generous, and the meat was marinated perfectly. I particularly enjoyed the Raw Beef (tái); I requested that the kitchen staff blanch the meat slices for me, as I was worried the broth might not be hot enough when served, and Vina graciously accommodated my request.
Yesterday, I gave my first one-star review to a different Pho place, and that experience prompted me to seriously give Vina a five-star rating to prove that I don't have any prejudice against Vietnamese cuisine. The friendly staff and delicious food energized my Monday. Thank you!“

“This place has the best Pho and Lousiana Cajun seafood near Knott's Berry Farm.
Its located on Magnolia near La Palma Ave same center as Popeyes.
Its a mom and pop operation and the food seems home cooked.
Atmosphere is quiet and soothing with the sound of birds
The Lousiana seafood can be boiled which is a great healthier option. The fried seafood is savory.
You must try the Rib Cube beef Pho its super beefy.“

“Wow, the taste was amazing - both the pho and the cucumber lemonade. The pho was richly and deeply flavored and was satisfying while still being bright and fresh feeling. The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful - the server understood my not liking overly sweet drinks and recommended the cucumber lemonade as refreshing while still having sweetness. It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. I almost never eat out, but I would if I lived near Soup Shop.“

“A place I'm not sure I expected to find myself in, but when hunger and mood strike, we found this to be closest. It is a quaint spot, and the woman who served us was welcoming. I was surprised by the composition of the food. It looked delicious and spectacular. I ordered the Salmon with Garlic Noodles, and was impressed with how flavorful it all was. I dare say, a little too flavorful at times. I look forward to coming back.“
“Amazing Vietnamese Comfort Food!
I had such a great experience at Gà Bó Xôi Cali! The gà bó xôi here is flavorful and satisfying, the sticky rice wrapped around the chicken has great texture and taste. I’d definitely come back to try more menu items!“

“I stopped here just after an atmospheric river storm on the way to an event recently. I sat down to order but soon realized there would not be enough time to stay and I did not see anything to drink except the usual mixed sweetened tea/coffee/smoothie type cold beverages so I asked if they have anything hot. Although their hot coffee was not on the menu I agreed to try two of them to go. These were EXCELLENT in robust flavor that was not one bit acidic or bitter. They were incredibly thick and delicious like the kind they serve in Athens Greece…not to mention quite hot which was perfect for the storm. I saved the other half for the next day leaving it in the refrigerator when I came home. The next morning although the temperature of coffee changes the flavor is was still incredibly delicious just a smoother sweet taste. I definitely like this coffee both hot and cold. I would highly recommend this to anyone who actually likes the taste of coffee. No need to add anything to it. It was perfect the way they served it.“
“Good price, excellent quality in both rice and glass noodle - easily put together a tasty hot meal.“

“If I'm hungry and in the area, the thought of that first bite of the grilled pork Bahn Mi has me salivating before I even order. No, seriously. I mainly come here during lunch for the Bahn Mi sandwiches. My recent favorites include grilled pork, J&Q Special, and chicken sandwiches. The bread tastes fresh-baked, with fresh veggies and generous, flavorful meats. The pho and the beef stew are also delicious and filling if I'm craving something hearty and hot.
The staff has always been kind and hardworking when getting orders out. The dining area, with its spacious layout and plenty of tables, makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Lunch is busy, so waiting for some orders takes a little time. The quality of the food is still worth it.“

“Great food and service! My husband loves ordering fried calamari everywhere, and this place has his all-time favorite fried calamari! Has great food for both an adult palate and kid’s palate so everyone’s happy. Kid got a banh mi sandwich and ate the whole thing! They made it not spicy. Surprisingly kid friendly. Can’t wait to come back here on our next Disney trip!“

“This is meant to be a low key, affordable and good value Banh Mi spot. The baguettes they bake in house are delicious and are more on the butter side. The bread stays moisture even after a day. The Banh Mi sandwiches are on the lighter side when it comes to the meat compared to other places, but $6-$8 for a foot long sandwich, I'm not complaining. The meat is just the right amount. The flavors are also good, and the sandwich selection is simple. It's not gourmet compared to other Banh Mi places in the area. However, it makes up for it's reliable service, quality, affordability and flavors.“

“I love this place. Took me over a year to finally write this honest review. Everyone local loves it. Broth is SO FRESH. The owners in the kitchen and the front of the house Ariel always provide best fastest and most exceptional service. It's just a bowl of pho but it makes feel so comforted and cozy. We come here at least twice a week.“

“It's a wedding and event banquet venue seating up to 600 people, with sound equipment, lighting and a dance floor with tasteful decorations.
They serve 7 banquet menus for tables of 10; starting at $238 with 7 dishes. The $286 has Maine lobster with lo mein noodle, also fish maw soup, walnut shrimp, deep fried whole chicken, deep fried fish filets with mango chutney, fried rice ect. Top wedding menus are in $500-600 with exotic and expensive ingredients. Large sales meetings have been known to order low cost menus with only 2 dishes.
Among many banquet venues, this chef is very good. All his dishes are fresh, tasty and flavorful without excess sugar, fat, spices or MSG.
The wait staff was polite and efficient. Service was good. Wine bottles were popped before food was served. Even in an event with 50 tables and 500 guests, all dishes were served fresh and hot in the correct sequence to all tables within 5 to 10 minutes.
They have a private room where they will cater to smaller parties with only 1 or 2 tables. BYOB and just tip the waiters, no corkage fee.
This is a very nice, economical place with authentic, tasty, healthy Mandarin cuisine to take your family and wrap leftovers to go. Worth it!“

“The floating noodles is a smart marketing tool because gets you to order it but the flavor 100% makes you happy about it.
Ordered the anti gravity house noodles
- bowl of egg noodles and garlic butter sauce, sausage and fried shrimp.
It’s Cajun noodles if you’ve offered at your local bag and crab or Cajun bowl grill. Classic flavors of butter, chilli, and spices.
What makes it different is that it actually tastes rich evenly. Some crab bowl spice places skimp and it’s a consistent flavor all the way through.
Shareable between you and your person with out taking too much room if you wanted to try other stuff in the packing district.“

“A simple Vietnamese restaurant. Basics on the menu (Pho, Vermicelli, rice dishes, spring rolls). I had Pho Thai and a Vietnamese coffee, my wife had a grilled pork chop and rice. Both were good. Spring rolls were nice and fresh, 3 to an order. Good service. CASH ONLY!“

“My first job was being a cashier at Lee's sandwiches, I still like the coffee and the croissant sandwich. With everything is being so expensive, they still keep their price, which is a very hard thing to do nowadays. Great place, that's all.“
