“This is one of the best Teriyaki place in the area! Consider this as a small mom and pop restaurant that gives you generous portion with flavorful taste. My personal favorite is Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu combo plate. My wife loves sushi so she usually gets Alaska Dream and Americano. We come here at least once a month and never get disappointed!“

“We had a large party and this was our first visit to pier 50. Fina was our server and did such an amazing job. We really did have an amazing experience and she was so kind and patient. “Wow. Just had the most amazing sushi experience. New place Roku near our house. A curated experience with individual accompaniments with each fish type. This was the Sashimi presentation with more exotic fish. All are aged fish which added to the evening“

“First of all, the servers were amazing and attentive! Our total cost of 2 people doing the AYCE was around $90, which is fair. I believe it was $37 per person. The food quality was excellent and it wasn’t too busy. We went at 12:30pm on a Saturday.“

“Came Friday dinner, around 7pm, busy, ~80% full, took ~40mins for the food to start trickle in. The deep fried gyoza were not hot when came out. Surprisingly were only warm. Tried bento box 2 items: sashimi and teriyaki beef. I enjoyed the salad more than expected. Love the house sauce. Teriyaki beef and sashimi were decent. My husband ordered a roll, can't remember the name now, it's decent as well.“

“Silver Sake “Where Everybody Knows Your Name”. This is the go to place for sushi. It’s more than good food. It’s an experience. The staff from chefs, wait staff, to kitchen staff, greet, engage you with friendly smiles. The food is always amazing my kids enjoy their chef choice (Omakase) rolls. Matter of fact we always leave it up to the chef to make whatever they see fit to serve us. Never been disappointed and always left our appetites pleasantly satisfied. When it’s time to leave, as you walk out the doors, you’re always sent off with “ We’ll See You Tomorrow”. It takes every ounce of willpower to not return the next day.

“So far, I have tried the following gimbap, spicy pork, beef bulgogi, and the seoul 1979. Didn't like the seuol one - not enough ham it so you cant really taste it. The beef bulgogi is good, but I loved the spicy pork one. Good flavor and has a little kick to it. I also tried the korean corn dog, and it was ok. I didn't like the sausage inside. Service is friendly. They have a lot of different items to try so definitely will be back.

Update: Went back again and I finally tried a different dish which as the chicken kansu curry which was so good. Chicken was super crispy and not dry. Comes with a side of curry, cabbage and rice. All.of ot was yummy!“

“This place is such an amazing local gem! Its very casual atmosphere is welcoming, and gives off half Japanese bodega/restaurant vibes, as they have both imported goods and yummy eats. The staff is so friendly and honestly made it feel like family serving us. I felt like we were actually eating in a local restaurant in HI, their family is originally from HI, so man the local grindz and chill vibe was spot on. I had the sesame chicken bento box and tempura shrimp à la carte, hubby had a sushi roll with tempura shrimp, cream cheese, avocado, and salmon on top. Everything was really good, very fresh and so ono/oishii. Loved that the tempura and sesame chicken were battered not panko crusted, although they do have panko crusted things on the menu that I’m sure are super yummy. And we had to try their HI snow, which is actually legit HI shave ice, not shaved ice, actually soft shave ice. They even import their syrups from the islands. So so amazing. “You know it’s real when I had to stop mid meal to leave a 5 star review. First of all, cutest packaging, so tasteful and intentional, not necessary but such a nice touch! “Great ramen place at the convenient location, easy to access with plenty of parking. Food is good, but the ramen noodle in the normal size maybe smaller than expected, it has bunch of bean sprouts inside, but the meat and egg is in good portion. So I would say get extra noodle on your order if you come for ramen.“

“Came here like around a month ago and here is my honest experience
Service: The wait times are really long. At the start, I would get my food in around 5-10mins, but then as we ordered more and more food, the wait times get really long. They also forgot to bring our orders in several occasions like I would order sashimi and also a certain roll as well. I understand that they might be forgot one or more things, but at the same time, this happened several times as well. I think the worse part was that the server limited just our table to the amount of sashimi in a AYCE restaurant. I was shocked to see that happening and I was disappointed that they would do that to us.
Food: the food was pretty good and that’s the only thing that I would come for. The presentation of the food is pretty good and there’s several options to choose from
Atmosphere: Pretty small, but not too bad

Overall, I would like to see a change in their customer service since it looks like it feels disorganized. I will change the rating if there are some changes.

“Solid food with a wide variety of menu items, casual vibe, and excellent service. Our waitress was so invested in our comfort the entire time. She was always refilling waters, getting us more napkins or small plates or ginger, and asking if we needed anything. We were a huge group and she was MOVING to accommodate all of us- it was really nice to feel so valued! Would definitely come back just for the service, but the food was also good!“

“A MUST VISIT! The service was delightful, so nice, helpful and just generally pleasant. The food was being delicious! All types of Japanese cuisine so there is something for everyone. Kid friendly as well! The portions are very satisfying, one roll, hand roll, and a small cup of miso was plenty for me, the big kiddo was in line with his dragon roll (pictured) and the beautiful food art on it, as well as a chicken noodle plate. The littlest had maybe half of the kids ramen and plenty of edamame. Really, very pleased with the food quality and the service. We will definitely be going back!“

“AMAZING SUSHI 1000/10!! We have been trying new sushi spots in the Lincoln/roseville area and came across this spot. Atmosphere is really cozy. The service is so quick and very hospitable. We sat at the sushi bar and had the best experience. The sushi shef even gave us complimentary nigiri to try and it was amazing. All the rolls were so delicious and fresh. “I liked the sushi. The all you can eat menu is good and has a lot of items. I mostly like the shrimp tempura rolls and other sushi is good too. I did feel the sauce on some of the sushi made the sushi taste too sweet but overall a good dining experience. The garlic edamame is awesome, very garlicky and delicious, fried rice and miso soup was good. It's also nice to be able to order half rolls, that way you can try a bunch of different sushi“

“Mizuki in Citrus Heights is hands down my favorite spots for sushi in Sacramento. It’s become a go-to for our work (Deacon) crew for years; we’re here so often that the owner, Ella, knows us all by name. That personal touch makes every visit feel special.

The food is consistently amazing. The Red Dragon roll is my favorite with jalapeño peppers also it’s just packs the perfect kick. The Citrus Roll is fresh, flavorful, and a perfect signature touch. And don’t even get me started on the gyoza—easily the best in town. Pam seared to perfection on the outside, flavorful inside, and always served piping hot.

Whether it’s a casual lunch or a post-shift sushi fix, Mizuki is always my go-to. Can’t recommend it enough!“
