“Still great since they moved next to 99 Ranch. Same big slices of sashimi in the classic bento. Same fresh shredded daikon (love it- I eat every shred). Same little side dishes (ocean salad. Salad, ginger, and a little Hi- chew candy). Keep it up guys!“

“Their Tan Tan Men Ramen are the best! I love how I have the opportunity to customize our ground meat choices (I.e. ground pork or ground chicken). Topped with nori, baby bok choy, bean sprouts, hard-boiled egg, and ground meat, the ramen have the perfect flavor. Their chicken karaage were the best too!“

“Hidden gem serving yakitori and ramen place in Arcadia!
The service was impeccable. Place wasn't too crowded, likely because we came on Sunday at 3 pm. Believe they also recently opened.
All dishes were well seasoned and balanced. I ordered several yakitori along with grilled herring, squid, and takoyaki. Definitely try the cold okra. It's refreshing and delicious! The grilled squid is so good!
I will definitely be returning to try their ramen. So happy this yummy yakitori/ramen place opened around Arcadia area. Saves me a drive to Tokoyo town.“

“Solid, straight to the point spot for ramen. I got the Kai Red ramen and wife got the Tonkotsu Classic. The Kai red had a good kick, not too overbearing and the soup had a nice consistency. Wife enjoyed the Tonkotsu classic, nothing fancy, just well balanced and very familiar in a good way. For appetizers, we also got Takoyaki and Sesame Fried Chicken, which my daughter really enjoyed. I thought the Takoyaki was the sleeper. The Kai's Boba Milk tea definitely came in handy to cool us off, from both the ramen and the heat outside. I want to try the Spicy Miso and Kai's white ramen on our next run.“

“The ramen is okay, not as great as I expected, but the omurice is so wonderful. Service is nice, and atmosphere/restaurant vibes are gorgeous for the aesthetics.
I'm not sure the Sakura jelly dessert is worth it, but it was nice to at least try once.“

“Solid ramen spot, got the classic ramen recommended by chef as well as their limited time curry ramen. Both options were filling and delicious. I personally prefer the pork belly over charsiu but was surprised they didn’t cut it in half to make it easier to eat this time. Still delicious and would come back when craving a bowl.“
“Haruya Ramen is a hidden gem for Japanese food lovers! This cozy spot on Fremont Ave won me over with crispy, juicy Chicken Karaage, flavorful veggie gyoza, and rich, soul-warming miso ramen. I sipped on a nostalgic bubblegum-flavored Ramune and smiled when they brought mini lollipops with the check—because adulting is hard and candy helps.“

“I am only rating the popcorn chicken Ramen! That is the item I've had 4 times. The restaurant is kinda hidden. If you ever go there, they are right in front of the alhambra carwash and its in a brick building.
The chicken is mild. Medium or hot spice level. Soup is super hot and tasty.
It is quite a treat. You should definitely try this item if its your 1st time. If you are mexican and like spicy like me get medium spice and xtra spice on the side in case you like it very spicy! Will definitely keep going.“

“This place is excellent service and it's like a super market and have fresh fish, lobster and any kind of sea food. This place has fresh sushi made there and all kinds of variety. They also have a eatery that's reasonable prices and they also have all meat and they weigh it by the pound and it's fully cooked. All the vegetables and fruit are always fresh. If you love Asian food this is the place to get everything you need. They also have stuff for woman and all the products that they need to take care of themselves. They also have a place for the kids and toys are all Japanese made. They also have a section that has hard liquor and beer of all kinds. I would recommend this place to everyone to go. It's the best experience and the people are very respectful to the customers.“

“Great food and I was shocked at the affordable prices. I got for for 4 people and it cost only a little above $50, which is insane in this day and era. The Tonkatsu Ramen really was delicious and my family went crazy for the Mushroom Curry.“

“Cute homey Japanese vibes. It’s a small restaurant so I can see there’d be a wait on busy days. Luckily we only had to wait about 5 min. The menu is straightforward. Comfort Japanese dishes. Service was great, they’re super nice and very attentive!
The tempura was good, sauce was great too. Katsu was fried perfectly, sauce was tangy and fantastic, just wish the pork was more moist/tender. Karaage was just okay, probably wouldn’t order it again, most of the flavor came from the sauce. My dad loved his eel bowl set, flavored and cooked well. My katsudon bowl was delicious, again katsu was a little dry, togarashi is a must with this bowl. And the cold soba noodles were great, the sauce dip was perfectly seasoned and noodles were perfect texture, very refreshing to eat.
Parking - small free lot! We had no issues getting parking.“

“The food was really however you had to pay like 2 dollars for each additional topping which wouldn't be so bad if it were a sharable size so more than one person could use them
Kid-friendliness: Not many kid friendly options“

“No amount of poorly-written AI reviews can do this awesome place justice, so as always, you're getting a human-written review from a human-experienced event. Yesenia was our server and she was a 10/10 all-around super professional server from the moment we set fot in the establishment. The food itself is unmatched. I have been to their San Gabriel location at least 3 or 4 times and this place is just as good in terms of flavor and quality. The ambiance is great, the server even went as far as lowering the window blinds after some new customers walked in and they sat close to one of the windows. Tsukemen will forever remain as my favorite kind of Ramen (it's basically cold noodles that you dip in a hot and salty broth served in a small bowl on the side). One of the assistant managers offered to help me in how to eat it but I was already familiar with the concept, so I thanked her for her offer and proceeded to eat. The fried chicken is another ball game, it's literally Japanese fried chicken but they also add a touch of some sort of honey-based syrup that makes it 100 times better. My parents had the tonkotsu and it was great too. Truly a remarkable experience in the heart of Old Town Pasadena.“

“Did you know the SGV is home to a Michelin Guide ramen spot? 🔥 Tucked into a small strip in Monterey Park, this establishment is one of those spots that doesn’t rely on flash to stand out — the food speaks for itself. As a Michelin Guide-listed ramen shop, it’s built a reputation for quality, and after our visit, it’s easy to see why.
Here’s what we enjoyed:
🍗 Kaarage — crispy + tender, pairs well with the dipping sauce.
🍣 Tuna Crispy Rice — my fave app!
🐖 Chashu Buns — flavorful and soft
🍜 Mazemen — exclusive to this location + packed with flavor! Slight tanginess adds the perfect touch!
🍥 Shoyu ramen — rich broth & tender chashu!
🌱 Vegan ramen — creamy and packed with yummy veggies.
Hironori nails the balance of comfort and quality without trying too hard. Highly recommend a visit to experience it all!“

“Great spot for noodles! They are Lanzhou style with 7 different varieties to choose from! This restaurant is located in Atlantic Times Square. There is underground parking that can be accessed on Atlantic or Hellman. If entering from Atlantic, take the upstairs ramp. The restaurant is very close to AMC. (You can park downstairs, but you will need to find the stairs to walk up.)
I do like the N2 braised beef noodle soup, N5 lamb noodle soup, and N4 spicy beef noodle soup. I love the flat noodles! I tried the beef rolls $12.99, but it's such a small portion. The ones at 101 Noodle Express are better (and they have a good green sauce too).
Service is good.
Credit card/Apple Pay accepted. Bathroom is available in the back.“

“My family and I come here often for dinner but usually during weekends when it gets packed. We went on a Wednesday evening and there were just a handful of tables with customers. We ordered a few items from their happy hour menu. Perhaps because it wasn't very busy, their yakitori was perfectly cooked. The pork cutlet curry rice was very good as usual; the cutlet was so crispy and the pork was juicy. My son also enjoyed the ramen.“

“Love the food, I initially doubted the portion size but it turned out to be more than enough. Downside is that it gets really packed whenever I go there and there's at least 30+ minutes of wait, and be prepared for your food to come out a little later than you'd expect. Come with some company and you're good.“
