“Last week, 19 people had a swimming pool manager's meeting at Cerritos Seoul Sundae. I've seen many restaurants in passing, but today was my first time going in, so I was curious about what the food would be like. The food was unexpectedly good and the service was good. I think it will be okay for my group to come next time.“

“I think this is a good place to dine in for lunch, dinner with friends and family. The service, food, and banchan were good. They were served warm, which gave a similar feeling to a homemade meal. What we ordered:

Haemul Pajeon (Seafood Pancake) (5/5): the pancake was well seasoned. There was a balance between the amount of squids, shrimps, and the onions. It was crunchy, easy to eat, and combined well with the dipping provided.

Crisp Garlic Tofu Bites (4/5): like its name, crisp and crunchy. The inside was stuffed and not hollow.

Original Soon Tofu (4/5): I thought the broth was light and soothing, but definitely not bland. I really enjoyed it with the steamed rice, fluffy and sticky...yum yum.“

“A must visit to this hidden gem. My first bite took me right across the Pacific Ocean to South Korea. Don’t be fooled by the old exterior and interior of the restaurant as each dish brings you truly authentic Korean flavours. The beef bulgogi is the best I have tried.

Regarding the poor customer service comments from other patrons, I can imagine this is due to the level of English that the owner and staff speaks. In fact, all I heard while dining is just Korean (including all other patrons). We managed to somehow communicate with each other but I can only imagine the language barrier is a sign of the authenticity of the dish itself.“

“Eunice! ??? All I can say is wow! Absolutely the sweetest person ever. I’m so happy to come back after a while that I haven’t been to this place. I’ve been here since the beginning when they used to close at 2pm. I love how cozy this place is & she made my sister and I feel so welcomed. The best customer service, the best atmosphere, & most importantly how warm she was even coming here around 10:30PM. This is a gem of a place to go to so whenever I have the chance to visit, we always try to. I’m so absolutely happy with Eunice & will love to see her here whenever I dine here. We tried the garlic pork belly (so flavorful), brisket (a classic favorite), beef belly (it melted like butter), and the bulgogi (perfectly marinated and so tender). The corn cheese was incredibly creamy and paired perfectly with the savory meats. Plus, the banchan selection was fresh and yummy—everything was spot on!

The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I also appreciated their lunch special ($22.99 on weekdays) and happy hour discounts on all alcohol and fountain drinks (20% off). “The family was in the mood for some Korean Chinese food and the place closer to my house was closed so we found this place. With good reviews we decided to try it. For those that grew up with Korean Chinese food, this place is just like what you remember from back in the day. They didn't try to modernize anything and just kept it as is, just like it's supposed to be. Everything was good and it tasted fresh. I usually don't order Mongolian beef as most times, the meat is very chewy, but it wasn't here. It was tender and flavored very nicely. We also ordered the Noodles with Black Bean Sauce Noodle aka Jajangmyeon. I liked it but it wasn't great. My family on the other hand thought that it was great. The Sweet & Sour pork and the Fried Shrimp with hot garlic sauce were crunchy despite us ordering to go. Their portion size was also good. I find most places charge more AND reduce the portion size but here, although the prices did increase, the portion size is still good. That's a big plus in my book. Overall, I would come back here again and would recommend it to others.“
